Well, it's no wonder we speculate about Kross's position. It's a real shame that he retired. For France, I feel they'd find it difficult getting a goal scoring opportunity after they could not utilize the opportunity they got through Rabiot and Griezmann in the early hours of the game. After that, they have been having their chances blocked by Netherlands. Frankly, I don't expect less in this game because both sides will be looking to overpower each other and as such if it ends like this, it won't be a surprise as both will qualify for playoffs at the end of the day.
These are two strongest teams in the group, so they could as well end this with a tie. These two are going to move out of the group anyway. The thing that matters more for the Netherlands to win against Austria and this is going to be a more equal matchup, so greater probability it will go either way, although France is doing worse in this current match than I expected them to. Maybe, maybe not they are yet to finalise it, they are used to having alot of talented players no doubt and about the rotation , if I get it right I.e rotating mbappe for other player which I don't think it will be very possible although they might want to rest him but rotating him frequently might not be very possible IMO but if it turns out to be true then I hope he adapt without losing form ( don't forget about hazard ,although his case was different..) This is exactly what I have trying to highlight since, the fact that everyone is so keen on mbappe actually hitting it off as quick as possible is just something I have decided to keep an open view about because there is every possiblity that he might end up not living up to the expectations just like Eden harzard. The England team should have won their today’s match to be free from any form of disqualification from the group, they failed to beat Denmark despite having one of the best wingers in the competition, they draw to Denmark after a lucky win against Serbia in their opening match. I am not confident with the England team’s performance, they have failed me because I expect more than this from them because they are my favorites in the tournament because three of my Arsenal players are playing in the team. Looking at the quality of players in the England team but yet they are not performing as they should be performing then I think we should know where the challenges is coming from. They are playing poorly because of their manager, Southgate is not qualified to bring victory to England. He has being coaching them for some long but he has not brought home any trophies. There are many top premier league players and he does not know how to play them as a team. He is keeping players that can create chances on the bench and player that do not create chances are still being allowed to play. Cole Palmer was not substituted in when the teams need more big chances to be created when he has being doing that singlehandedly last season for Chelsea. I think I have also shared my complaint on the poor performance of England and the worse part is that they have all the players and what it takes to actually play good football and get the results but yet they have struggled and continue to struggle in terms of even general performance which for me is very sad. As for the managerial position, I think I support you on actually south gate not being competent enough to manage their affairs. |

Having the premier league u DER their grip isn't something I think Manchester city actually really does, because they have been able tow in the league title back to back for a good number of time isn't enough to think they have gotten the full colony of the premier league, I agree that they have been a really excellent team so far in the premier league but we can't still say they now have so much grip over the premier league as there are other top teams that makes it not a very easy one for Manchester city to be able to enjoy dominance that much. Winning the premier league all these years have been by only a few points a d not by really huge possessive points that will really feel like they are the only subordinate to all others in the league. I believe that if teams like Arsenal or Liverpool and possibly Manchester united or Chelsea gets back in their solid form firm enough, the chances for city at the trophy will become very small that thay may not be able to win the trophy , even the one they just won is with a slight point difference that is less than five, so I still believe the premier league hasn't been totally dominated by Manchester city to the point they will be saying they have got all the grip over the league as at this time. I would have love to know the amount that he would have won if he wasn’t caught - because I don’t know how much he saw that made him take that kind of a risk. He knew that his bet would be consider a crime since he already have information about the result and yet he went ahead to make his bet putting his whole job career at stake and with his position I don’t think he would be able to get a better one. I just hope they are lenient with him. Congratulations to Spain as they have qualified for the next stage by winning two games. The Denmark vs England game was a strange one because England seemed to be playing for long periods in an average manner and looked confused when they should have capitalised the moment they took the lead. Instead they allowed Denmark back in the game.
Well that's the English team for you, always full of potential but yet so much complications when they actually play in the field, England is one of the few teams that have a lot of talents in their squad but for some reason they do keep struggling to play beautiful football and even score goals well atleast for this tournament that's exactly what they are showing because even the first game they won they weren't that much convincing in terms of attacking strength. But let's hope they get a better of Slovenia in their last game of the group stages. |

Carlo Ancelotti is a great coach and he has achieved so much in his managerial career as well. His son should stay by him and try to learn as many things as he can. His father has a huge knowledge of football. Even though sometimes it feels like he makes some weird decisions, those decisions are very calculated and often pay off. Assuming that he is going to be as good as his father is probably not the right thing to do right now. But I can say he is doing the right thing which is learning from his father. Is going to get from his father, is probably something he’s not going to get from anywhere else. I can remember his dad giving him credits for the Joselu substitution against Bayern Munich. His dad ( Don Carlo Ancellotti ) revealed he was key to the decision made to bring Joselu into the game. It feels good to see that he thinks for himself and is a good analyst of the beautiful game of football. Or maybe could his dad benefit more from him if he stays? What if it's the other way? I don't know, what I do is think anyways. Dis he by chance play for any club? We never heard or watch play football. His father has made his own mark in the world of football. Aston Villa is one team who is taking the premier league serious and we all saw that last season. And we the way they performed they now have the believe that they can too compete for the title this new season. Meanwhile they have agreed a deal with Chelsea ahead of Borussia Dortmund for the Chelsea left - back Maatsen with the price of 35 millions Euros to 40 million Euros. However add - on has not been included it which means the price will be higher and much better for Chelsea. On the hand they are looking to buy more players to strengthen the team.
Aston villa is a big team alright but saying that they are now big enough to actually compete for the title is something wild if you ask me although if teams like Bayern Leverkusen can do an unbeaten run in the German bundesLiga last season, the possibility of Aston villa actually winning can't be ruled out and moreover they all have legs used in playing the football and in football now no team needs to be underestimated. |
