Casinos always have strict-rules while is about (Sportbook).

so that's why they said you are "circumventing our sportsbook limits.", your friend's account has been given a betting limit. from what it looks like, they consider your account(despite being verified) as an alt account. you can try and plead your case, perhaps suggest a video call(I've seen casinos do this to verify the account owner), not sure if they'll go for it, but it won't hurt asking. also, even if they accept your suggestion, I'm not sure if they'll believe your story. I am not guilty . God is the witness. I was betting with my saved money. I am so desperate . 😢😢😢😢
this is why you don't gamble with money you can't afford to lose. If they answer me, I will offer this too. I even do it. But they're totally cowardly ducks. They stole an innocent person's money. And after closed my account . Cant login .I cannot withdraw my money from my account. My account has been completely closed. I contacted support. They are reading my message. they are not answering. I will upload all the evidence as soon as possible
From the reply from the support that you have, is stated that the account is banned permanently and that means you may not be able to withdraw your money from the site at this moment using your own normal withdrawal feature since you don't have access to the account any more, I belief of the support/team want to do anything to help is possibly have your balance sent to you automatically. But then you have violated the terms and conditions which stand against multiple accounts, so I don't think the support will attend to you any further since you already got the latest response which states reasons for your account closer. I have been contacting support non-stop for 1 hour. I'm constantly creating new messages. It says "seen" under my messages, but they never respond to any of my messages. There is even a Razer person in this forum with the same name as Razer, on the Rollbit site, which is online now. Most likely the same person as Razer here. They do their best not to answer. They see what I write, but they definitely do not respond. Because they know I don't cheat. The only thing they blame me for is that my roommate and I use the same internet. We live with 2 friends at home. We are using the same internet. Me and my housemate have an account on rollbit. I did not receive any registration bonus. My housemate only won $300 worth of RLB coins while registering. I opened an account in July this year. My housemate has been registered for maybe 1 year. I have been betting, withdrawing and depositing money since July. I didn't encounter any problems. I withdrew money 43 times. I deposited money about 15 times. I placed more than 400 bets. When I woke up today, I realized that I could not withdraw money. I contacted support. They closed my account 1 hour ago. I did not have any fraudulent behavior. We both verified our account.
