Well actually if you wanna read those report, you dont really need to use twitter for that. Yes, every casino is always active on social media to attract more new users there, especially as we know there are lots of people who are active and use their social media so Rollbit focuses on giveaways on their social media rather than on this forum, because this forum is very strict so It cannot be exploited by fake users, especially bots, which I sometimes find on social media.

But for me personally winning is just a bonus and I don't care if I have to win at their giveaway event, sometimes I just do it for fun because it all comes back to luck so there's no problem wasting a minute just to do a few requirements to take part in the giveaway on their social media. Okay first of all, spamming here wont help you with your case

Secondly, we all know that every gambling site has that one household one account policy so even if you claim that it was your housemate's account then it doesnt matter because Rollbit has their rights to terminate your account



So based on this statement, Im guessing that both of you and 'your housemate' must have claimed significant amount of bonuses from Rollbit therefore they terminate your account

I have never used a bonus. But my roommate is much older than me and he won about 300 dollars of RLB coins when he registered 1 yese ago.But I never received a bonus. Yep thats the clue on why they terminate your account. You bet 1.01 and 1.02 odds to level up your account especially on sportsbetting then claim all those level up bonuses. Basically you are doing thing alongside with having another account that you probably claimed it was your housemate's account*

* I put an asterix there because I kinda suspected that you own that account as well but yeah it could be your housemate' account but the point is that there are multiple accounts that got bonuses from Rollbit. Either level up bonuses or RLB bonuses so that kinda violate their terms so yeah

Well actually you are know the reason by now. You were betting 1.01 and 1.02 odds to claim that level up bonuses. There are already several similar cases around here with betting on 1.01 odds to level up account faster to get those bonuses and in your case, there are more than 1 account linked with the same IP so you got terminated instantly

They are just desperate for their issue to get solve immediately then they think that doing that would be the best way for them to get easily notice but that's not actually helping their case. If he just wait for representative to come up and help him for sure he can get the best answer towards the issue he experience. And base on the discussion on the thread he created Rollbit management find something illegal on his account that's why he get banned and can't withdraw his money. A proper settlement towards this case could really help and he should come to the support then cooperate on what other things they ask since creating a thread and accuse them will just delay the process since answering supports need to handle the situation posted here in bitcointalk.

I didn't break TOS. I've been here for 3 months. When I was withdrawing money, my withdrawal was already approved late. In this way, I am sure that they review my account every time. Participation is good as you are not losing anything but if you are lucky you might gain something at one point and was away for some weeks so need to check the latest developments by the team and see how Rollbit is progressing in the market at this time.But keep taking part in most of the giveaways I would say without losing hope.
