With all those sell orders stacking up, I doubt it will go far. If they are removed, and thinned out, we could see a good pump. If not i doubt it will go to 10 sat.

24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [BIOS] BiosCrypto (quark) RoadMap on: November 01, 2016, 02:03:08 PM
I see on the 24th of October the dev had time to post in another topic but couldn't come here to post an update on what is going to happen with BIOS. As many have been saying this shows that he doesn't even care for his own coin any more because if he did he would of come here and let everyone know what is going on.

So wildduck have you heard from the dev? as you seem to be the only one here that ever hears from him.

The worst thing is I see him posting quite often in slack groups I am in. Which makes in more frustrating that he does not bother to come here, or BIOS slack. If he was away then fine, but he is around and has time to post in them. Very very frustrating indeed.

For me there is a big chance that this is just another scam, but scam coins are always the best coins to trade. You have the panic buy, panic sell situation... if this webstore is coming then Jobs will be trading at 20+sats, if it is not coming then it will drop back to 2 sats... It is all based on risks vs rewards. if you invest 0.20 BTC then you know that you can lose 0.20 BTC, in fact you should already believe that you lost 0.20 BTC, but if it is true, if this is another XRA, then those 0.20 BTC will become 2 BTC and even more.

Judging by the price of the Jobscoin on the Yobit in promises at this coin, no one believes. Price has not changed above 4 Satoshi. This is the best proof.

24hrs high whas @ 8

It was at 8, but with all those sell orders now suffocating the coin it will be back down to 1 sat very soon. People panic and think they are gunna lose their $10 so the sells pile up and the coin dies.. Again

WOW, you are so gullible.............

You idiots are all going to get REKT

 Roll Eyes

How am I going to get REKT ??

I put 0.2 BTC into a coin that could make me 10x or i could lose $130. I spend that on a good night out.

It's a gamble, and one i can afford to lose.

Almost all the new coins listed on Bittrex lose value. They go up as the speculation about been added to Bittrex builds up. That is where you need to sell. Once added it almost always goes down.

Nothing to see here. Coin is dead.. Move along.

Bought 0.2 BTC worth at 4 sat. Sometimes you just have to take a chance. Will hold and see where it goes. I have made worse decisions in crypto, who knows this one might pay off.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [MOJO] MOJOv2 - 20% PoS | masternodes | active development on: October 25, 2016, 03:58:50 PM
I moved 250k Mojo from Livecoin to my wallet between 14th and 21st of October. Some transactions were instant, some got stuck for a day or 2, but they all got there eventually. I had to lock/unlock my wallet quite a few times and send them in small amounts, 5k-20k batches.

32  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: October 20, 2016, 01:00:36 AM
People use bitcoin because of a lot of reasons,  the security of bitcoin is a very good reason. Also the anonymousity of bitcoin, pay with bitcoin since it doesn't register to any name or any personal information.

Yes that is the best reason which attract customers to use bitcoin suppose if a person want to buy some credits on a gambling site and he do not want to show his identity then he choose to use bitcoin.

Most of the users are using bitcoin for gambling as they know that bitcoin has made gambling easier as you can gamble anytime from anywhere without disclosing your identity and the best thing is that you can gamble even with a small amount.
That is right. Gambling is one of the usage of bitcoin. Aside from being anonymous you can have easy access to gabmbling using bitcoin. But let us always take in consideration that gambling sites usually win in the end so its best to play for the purpose of entertainment and joy. Do not play much because in the end you will just lost all of your bitcoins.

I just started a thread about a real online betting site now accepting Bitcoin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1655461.0 This is not an Bitcoin casino, it is a real established mainstream online betting site. It is a big step for Bitcoin into the gambling industry.
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: actual number of people using Bitcoin? on: October 20, 2016, 12:57:37 AM
I just made a thread about Bitcoin been accepted as a deposit method on gaming site NetBet. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1655461.0 This is a proper online gaming site with all the top name slots, games, poker, sports betting etc etc. It sure helps to get Bitcoin noticed and i am sure other online gaming sites will take note if Bitcoin becomes a good source of deposit method for NetBet. The more places out there that accept Bitcoin the better and i think the gaming industry could become a big part of that.

Just another crappy pump n dump coin. My sells are set very high hoping a pump group will jump on it in the future.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [BIOS] BiosCrypto (quark) RoadMap on: October 14, 2016, 07:22:31 PM
It does not matter if he comes back sooner, or later. The price is so low now that we have no option but to hold. I am down about 2 BTC and if it goes to zero i will only lose another .4 BTC so i might as well just hold and hope.
The most annoying thing, is not the lost BTC, but the fact it had momentum when Vanny stopped working on it. It was getting great community support, it got android and ios wallets and was moving forward nicely. I don't know if we can get that back.

I have the same problem: transactions aren't confirmed or confirmed very long.

I am aware of this problem and it has been highlighted so it's being considered. I have a workaround that works in some instances. I know it's not ideal but...if you have problems sending, it helps to restart the wallet and leave it locked and then make the transaction. If the transaction appears to get stuck open the wallet for staking and as you get a stake reward the transaction is normally confirmed. As I said, not ideal but works for me on Mac OSX qt.

I agree that more PR should be done and I would welcome any ideas.

Doing this worked for me on my windows wallet. Sent 5k coins 2 days ago which did not arrive. i did as above and sent another 5k, within 10 seconds of restarting wallet both transactions appeared. As you say, not ideal but it works.

It's difficult to just say reduce, or not, the supply of the coin. Most people will pick which they think will be best for them, ie increase the price so they can sell at a profit. What would be the best choice for the coin in the long run ? the best choice for the coin will also be the best choice for the long term price of the coin. Reducing the coin supply may have a quick effect, suitable for those wishing to sell quickly, but will it be the best option for the long term benefit of the coin and the people that want to hold the coin ? I would like to see some arguments for, and against, coin reduction or not before i can make any judgement.

Also i would not want the coin reduced just because people vote for it. There are alot of people that hold Mojo, most of them have very few and will vote for the option that allows them to make the quickest profit. If the total is to be changed, it should get the backing of the people with the majority of the coins not just the most votes.

Finally. What is the problem with the MOJO wallet ? looking at this from an old man that knows nothing about coding point of view? I have been in crypto for about 3 years and have seen many coins come, and go, over that time but have never seen one with the constant wallet problems that seem to persist with this coin. There are simple coins out there and some more complex coins out there but none seem to have the wallet problems that Mojo does. It surely has to be a turnoff to anyone reading this forum if they are looking to buy Mojo. I have held this coin for what seems an eternity, and keep picking up a few more when the price dips. It would be nice to see all the issues put to bed and the coin start to do what it set out to do.

Cheers....

I have no connection issues at all. My computer went off line a week or so ago and took about 24 hours to get connections, but before that and since then i have had no problems. I am now using wallet v 2.3.0.1 and have 15 connections and am staking nicely, i am getting about 500 coins a day from staking. My PC runs on windows 7 home premium.

The strange thing is that it was dumped hard on Yobit yesterday but not on C-cex. There was a sell off on C-cex but someone was also buying up BIOS so not sure if it is the dev or someone who knows something we all don't. Even now all the trading volume is on C-cex and has been for months now.

Alot of the trading on C-Cex is people self trading. They buy/sell their own coins to keep the volume up. C-Cex delist coins with little to no volume, where as Yobit does not.
