21  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptomine.io - SHA-256 & Scrypt Unlimited Mining Contracts on: December 08, 2014, 12:33:54 PM
Hi everyone, sorry for the long pause, but I didn't have time to check in the last few days.
...
To sum it up, yes, we are more profitable. And we will be lowering our rates a little on Monday too.

Hi,

will you change the price today ?

regards
Stefan

Hello Stefan,

Yes, we will adjust prices slightly today.
22  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptomine.io - SHA-256 & Scrypt Unlimited Mining Contracts on: December 08, 2014, 12:00:39 PM
Well ... was 0.0000160/Gh per day , now it fall to 0.0000150/Gh per day. Ofc you need to minus  electricity cost -  0.0000022/Gh per day and you get - 0,0000128. Far away from others higher cloud's rewards , but still most cheap per 1 gh/s, for now... Question - why so quick fall reward for 0.000001 btc ? its quite much..  What can we expect for another month ? another reward fall ? Finaly your cheapest price for 1 gh/s want be so atractive on the market if we take reward index.

I'm not sure what to say about other cloud services' mining rewards, but you must be aware that as bitcoin mining difficulty increases, profitability goes down, at the same pace.
However, we compensate by lowering our prices slightly every time mining conditions dictate it. This is detailed on our website, here: https://cryptomine.io/profitability.php

Also, keep in mind that the reward received only matters in relation with maintenance costs and contract price.

Withdrawal requests are processed manually, several times per day. We opted for this method of processing to avoid any unforeseen circumstances or automation problems.

As for highlighted part, there are no 4.4 and 4.5 clauses in T&C and don't see any separate Mining Capacity Share Agreement anywhere. Very amateur copy/paste work.

The Mining Capacity Share Agreement is issued with every contract and clients are asked to review it carefully  before making a purchase.
We will also honor all substantiated refund requests we might receive without a problem.

Dear pawel777, you are beginning to throw unsubstantiated accusations in the air and to preach doom just to see what happens. Or, perhaps you have some other interests you are serving. Your motives are however, irrelevant.
I can understand all theories that have a base in reality and prove somewhat sound reasoning, but you are beginning to sound like nothing more than a paid agitator.   I have no choice but to report you to the moderators. You are way off base.

I would like to thank everyone for the valuable feedback provided.
We have grown and learnt a lot during the past few weeks an I'm sure we will continue to do so with your continued help and support.
Our brand awareness  has been raised throughout the community and though this has marked the beginning of a very busy and demanding period for us it also brings great satisfaction and sense of accomplishment.

I apologize for the mistakes we made here and there and for the little things we have overlooked so far. We are still young and things might get a little out of hand from time to time, but there will never be anything we can't handle, as we're determined to give it our very best.

We will address all questions and concerns soon, so there will be no more reasons to doubt our legitimacy.

Once again, thank you all for the support and tough love. We are more motivated than ever and we will not let you down!

I see this is turning into a wild witch hunt.
...

Well, you can stop this immediately by addressing the issues and providing proofs.

Please keep your tone decent and try to maintain insults to a minimum.

Don't see much insults here, just reasonable concerns.

... and information about myself and the management team will be made available in the future if we consider this would be beneficial to our service.

What the fuck does this even mean? You've already posted your name and photo on the website (along with details of your 'team' - if there is any). So you admit the info was 100% bullshit?

I'll report your company to Companies House for starters and see how it works.

!!!  S C A M  A L E R T  !!!

Ok, go for it. Companies House is an authority to which we would gladly provide all requested information.
And please do continue your angry rants. I haven't had such a good time in years. Smiley

I see this is turning into a wild witch hunt.
Please keep your tone decent and try to maintain insults to a minimum. We do not owe anyone any kind of explanation, as far as I know and information about myself and the management team will be made available in the future if we consider this would be beneficial to our service. We offer a clear service and for the moment this is more than enough.

Please stop wasting your breath and find another place to blow off steam.

So the pictures where fake. Big shocker! How about the names, want to admit "your web designer" made those up as well?

No, not just yet. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
Anything to please a fan, but unfortunately those are our actual names.  Nevertheless, you can call me anything you like if it helps you get over yourself.
28  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptomine.io - SHA-256 & Scrypt Unlimited Mining Contracts on: December 06, 2014, 02:05:06 AM
actually, I'm not trying to get you out of business IF you are a legit company, nor I'm your competitor, actually I spent whole day looking at different cloudmining providers to see, which one is actually legit, with good prices and fees, and I didn't say you are terrorists at all, but if you translate the news page I posted with chrome, you can find several sentences about bombs and suicidal bombing, NOT a word about cryptocurrency

also if you really want ppl to trust you, no matter if you are legit or scam, it should be better to use your own photos, photos of your hardware/datacenter and possibly working facebook redirect button, also twitter with 2 followers that has no tweets, especially when you had 20% price drop on black friday, or whatever it was? how does that look legit?

I was not talking about you, don't get me wrong.
We have not yet began social media coverage and right now our marketing campaign is limited to the signature advertising campaign on this forum. Frankly, we did the 20% black Friday price drop as it was quite affordable.
I believe in a tiered approach to marketing, without firing all cannons at once. It has to do with our future plans and investment strategy. Money is great to have on hand, as long as you have what to do with it. We're taking everything one step at a time. Please don't interpret the current lack of this and that as negligence. It's simply not time yet. From our point of view at least.
We cannot afford to get this wrong, as there is no insurance company that will back cloud mining. The difficulty increments seem to be easier to swallow right now, so we're taking our time.

I understand how this issue with the pictures comes across now, but we had a million things to think about when we launched and design and pictures were not that important at the time.

As far as our rivals are concerned, they are most welcome to try. We will continue to focus on providing the best possible service and on keeping our clients satisfied. I bet this is the winning strategy in the long run, as the bad thing with ammunition is that it eventually runs out.
29  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptomine.io - SHA-256 & Scrypt Unlimited Mining Contracts on: December 06, 2014, 01:23:38 AM
why did I find a picture of one of your co-owners on arabic news site, saying something about suicide bombing?

http://www.tasnimnews.com/arabic/Home/Single/452153

This thing is turning into quite the little Jerry Springer show. It certainly seems that we are beginning to bother certain key players in this industry and we haven't even wet our feet properly.

First of all, everybody should relax. We have no terrorist connections and we don't plan to kill the Pope or resurrect Mussolini any time soon either.

I actually feel a little flattered by this. It's mind blowing to see what our competitors would resort to just to see us out of business. Not going to happen. And we're certainly not going to be sabotaged by such childish and amateurish behavior.

This whole thing with the "pictures of founding members" started as an insignificant design detail  and is now getting blown way out of proportions.
It began when our designer asked for our pictures to put in little bubbles on the mainpage, as that was his perfect design vision for our website. Some of us  said yes, some said no,  but the designer went ahead and filled all said bubbles with pictures. I didn't think much of this then, as  we all know that stock photography sites are full of pictures of business people, meant specifically to be used in webdesign.  So I just assumed this was the case at hand. Anyway, for the time being, no more pictures of anyone on our website, as this is not and shouldn't be the focus of our operation.

Now, the interesting part. On our first day online, a certain badbitcoin project member asked for our pool stratum address as proof of legitimacy. I explained that I cannot give that kind of information away, even if they are the alleged coin mining police, as that would expose the pool to ddos attacks and all sorts of other risks. Not to mention that the pool is not being managed by us personally.
Not even 10 minutes went by and we were officially flagged as a scam operation, after they found one of the filler pictures on some site in Arabic.
I browsed around the badbitcoin list of bad websites and it immediately seemed curious why the two largest, very well established obvious bitcoin mining scams weren't mentioned there. I even asked them about this, but apparently badbitcoin is  either very easy to fool or some of their members are serving certain interests by keeping possible competitors at bay. This fact made me loose faith in their good intentions, as what good is a scam reporting initiative if the biggest ones have been operating freely for the better part of a year, right under their noses?

I'm trying to be delicate here, but these slanderous tactics are obviously originating from a competitor's point of view and reasoning. It is disgusting to see people addressing competition this way. Instead of trying to offer the best service possible, why not smother the others with dirt and outrageous accusation? Just for the impact value, at least. People will have to settle for what is left, right?

We are the first cloud mining service able to offer substantially profitable contracts and judging from the public response since our signature campaign began last week, we're obviously drawing clients away from lesser, but more established services. So, we're obviously terrorists. And baby snatchers.

At this point, everyone can draw their own conclusion. But think about it.. Doesn't it make your skin crawl to see this type of dirty political tactics being used here?

So, the terrorism card is on the table. What's next? I'm curious...  If you think that slander and headbutting is enough to overshadow the best cryptocurrency mining opportunity available, you are mistaken.
We might not be perfect and we may have 2 or 3 minor glitches to fix right now. But we're taking everything step by step and ironing out all imperfections as we expand.

A rocky start is just another chance to learn and prove one's worth. Not everyone is lucky enough to get such an opportunity.

Have a good night.

30  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptomine.io - SHA-256 & Scrypt Unlimited Mining Contracts on: December 05, 2014, 11:34:55 PM
Hi everyone, sorry for the long pause, but I didn't have time to check in the last few days.
We've had to replace some equipment the last few days and that's also why BTC profitability has been slightly lower than expected the last few days.
We will also be adjusting our prices a little starting Monday, as difficulty has increased since we set up shop.

The problem with not being able to purchase has been coming up for a while and it will be addressed by technical next week. The issue appears on some versions of Firefox and Chrome. For me it is happening  on Firefox 33.1.1 for example.

Regarding profitability, we are one of the most profitable cloud mining services on the market. Expected ROI time is between 3 and 4 months.
The electricity/maintenance fees we charge are 6 to 8 times smaller than our competitors and this can really be felt.  You can also find profitability estimation graphs on our website  and indicators on the "Mining Power" section of the user control panel, from where contracts are purchased.
To sum it up, yes, we are more profitable. And we will be lowering our rates a little on Monday too.

Cryptomine I might have considered investing in buying hashing power, but will not do so, looking at the way your Signature campaign is running.

Ok. I repeat, everyone is entitled to an opinion and again, everyone is free to do as they please.
Just remember this moment 1 month from now, when all signature campaign payments will be honored and next year, after we complete the separation process. I can't wait to see comments.

I didn't look at the signature thread since the first day, as I did not assign a manager for nothing. And I won't be looking at or posting in that thread until the first payouts are issued, right before the New Year.
Carra23 told me last evening there are many people on the signature thread badmouthing and expecting the worse. It almost seems like there's a small escrow mafia thing going on on these forums.

This being said, it is now my personal ambition to keep the signature campaign like it is. Because frankly, with all the fuss created around this subject and all the naysayers that have lined up, Cryptomine has much more to gain from proving everyone wrong at the end of the month than by moving the funds into a trusted escrow now.

Puppet, I appreciate the vote of confidence. The people on the signature thread don't even think we'll be here for Christmas. Smiley

The BF offer has expired, I'm sorry. We will have discounts again during the holidays.

Have a good weekend, everyone!
32  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptomine.io - SHA-256 & Scrypt Unlimited Mining Contracts on: November 29, 2014, 09:50:42 AM

Hi can you provide photo about your mining rig ?

Will gladly do so as soon as possible. At the present moment we are not permitted by our agreements with our financial partners to make anything public, cooling equipment, mining rigs, infrastructure or wallets. Our partners also frown upon us going public and offering cloud mining services, but making any part of the operation or technology public would put us in clear breach of contract.
This is why we are trying very hard to separate and become independent as soon as possible.

I estimate that we are going to be completely independent by the end of February and we will be able to post videos and images of our setups and asic boards. It will be worth the wait.
33  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptomine.io - SHA-256 & Scrypt Unlimited Mining Contracts on: November 28, 2014, 04:44:22 PM
Everyone's entitled to an opinion. I think I made my point clearly enough. You two seem awfully hungry for a fight, but you'll have to find someone with enough time to spare for that.
It's good that you are both so skeptical. You might just be very surprised in the long run..

Now, on to a different topic...

Thank you everyone for the support shown until now. Our signature ad campaign will begin on Monday.

There will be a scheduled maintenance downtime tomorrow night, as quite a few users pointed out website incompatibility with certain browser versions and ad blocking software. We will address this and also implement other minor tweaks.

We will begin social media coverage next week.

More payment and withdrawal options will be implemented until the Holidays.

Have a good weekend, everyone!
34  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptomine.io - SHA-256 & Scrypt Unlimited Mining Contracts on: November 28, 2014, 02:28:51 PM
The prices you can see today on our website have the 20% discount already applied.
The minimum necessary BTC to make a purchase would be ~ 0.026BTC for  1 Mh/s Scrypt mining.

Thank you Puppet and all other superheroes for the precious insight.  I can't wait to start disproving your theories, but for the moment we have more urgent matters on our hands.
I also did not call anyone a troll or make any other derogatory remark and I plan to keep things as civilized as possible.

I understand your frustration with ponzi cloud miners, but here is mine:
It upsets me if we come across like that for the time being, but I'm sorry.. not everyone has the tens of millions necessary  to start a cloud mining business, make it profitable, transparent, compliant and user friendly all at the same time.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but none of the existing cloud mining services has all these qualities at the same time.
The big, established miners suffer from a severe lack of profitability for the end users.  One could go as far as saying that they wouldn't even need to plug in their machines or even own any machines, as clients barely break-even on their purchase, over periods exceeding 6-8 months. Where exactly is the fairness in that?

We put the happiness and satisfaction of our clients above all else. Even above compliance and appearance. We will address all matters and put an end to all reasons of suspicion as we progress. Right now we are giving it all we've got so all operations can run smoothly and efficiently. We reinvest everything that we can spare right now and hope to have EVERYONE happy, including you guys, by the end of March.

But for the moment, PLEASE give it a rest. Not your cup of tea? Then you are free to change the channel.

What do u mean by small internal divergence ? Five of u r fighting with each other ? Roll Eyes

Humor is always appreciated, of course.. Although, perhaps a bit of respect for our work would be even more so.  Even if we are not talking face to face.

But to answer your question, yes. We hold mud-wrestling matches every other Monday. The champion gets to answer the wittiest forum comment of the week.
As you can see, I'm claiming my prize just now.
37  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptomine.io - SHA-256 & Scrypt Unlimited Mining Contracts on: November 27, 2014, 12:53:31 PM

I was checking www.cryptomine.io. I must admit that it is one of the most well designed site in cloud mining industry. The rate 0.0010604BTC/Ghs is great as well. I just wonder, how r u pre-announcing the current reward 0.0000160BTC/Gh per day ? How do u know what exactly your miner will mine tomorrow ?

It's not a pre-announcement. We credit mining rewards in the morning, so what is shown is the result for the previous day.

We will also get to detailing our own backgrounds, but there are some small internal divergences  going on at the moment and unfortunately we won't be entering 2015 in the same formation.

Anyway, we are striding to provide a stable and fair service to our clients and my opinion is that ultimately this is what matters most, more than who we are, what we did or what our personal hopes and dreams are.
We are doing this now and we will try hard to become one of the better services around.

I believe in giving a chance to the new guy. Smiley

Absolutely nothing against the established escrow-handling members, but there must also be opportunities for new people to become trusted. And Carra23 looked like just the right person for the job.
I don't have nothing against you or Carra, but it looks fishy to give 7 BTC just to try out a new guy. You should change the payment to weekly, so people don't doubt you.

Well, you are definitely right. But I like the idea with 50+50 posts per month and I think it would be too much work to make this weekly. Again, it won't be my direct concern, but just saying...  In case people feel uneasy about this, redsnow can hold the funds.

Carra23 has been hired as campaign manager.
Signature codes will be provided by  roslinpl.

I'd like to thank all applicants. The campaign will begin shortly, with a new thread, as soon as we receive the signature codes. Shouldn't be more than a few hours.
All applications made in this thread will be considered and the number of free spots will be updated in the new thread.

Be very weary of shills joining in. Their posts will be of very low quality and won't be worth the expenditure.

Well OP is hiring a signature campaign manager.
I assume he will be experienced and will pay for constructive posts only.

Is right Smiley

I have been hired, and I have received the funds (the maximum needed in case all Full, Sr. and Hero Members gets over 100 constructive posts). We will update the OP soon and the campaign will begin. You will get all the details soon.
