Well in the absense of a reply in four days I would assume it isn't going to be unlocked. Do you have any idea why it was locked?

I don't really understand the Afghanistan bit, probably because I'm being retarded. But otherwise, you're totally correct, people complain at everything they can, won't be long before asking for compensation. People suck.

As of a couple months BitJohn was deployed to Afhanistan and took care of issues during his "down time". Don't know if he still is.

MtGox it's sweedish for : making under the table deals to sell user information
Please. There's enough things about mtgox which you can complain about without resorting to made up slander.

I agree, I seriously doubt Gox is selling any info. I agree there is plenty of legit issues to point out.

@MagicalTux

When are you to fix that god awful customer service?

Hello,

We are working on something new which we hope will be a pleasant surprise for all our users.  It is not bad news, so please don't worry about it.   Wink

The most pleasant surprise you could give your users is not running out of funds in your Paxum account every couple of weeks.  Bells and whistles shouldn't be a priority until you've addressed far more basic issues like reliability of processing deposits and withdrawals.  At best your inability to resolve those issues makes your company look incompetent.  When you keep saying sorry and the same problem keeps happening with monotonous regularity, it's difficult for people to believe that you give a damn about your customers.  No amount of perky PR speak compensates people for the sheer amount of effort it often takes to complete the most basic of transactions with your company.

Yeah seriously, put your efforts into functionality.

The same thing should be done to people who post meaningless threads that push relevant threads off the front page.  Roll Eyes

Relevant threads won't be pushed off the front page unless people post in the meaningless threads more than the relevant ones....

People like you and me

That's what I was thinking!

Can't you do the same thing with Google Voice for free?
I don't see a difference.
