Like the graphic, it is the year to hold I see a lot of things happening, more and more companies are adopting blockchain technology and once we have passed through segwit we should see good things.
Good time to hold! Blockchain is going to have good adoption, we still are in early stage. I am sure that in a few month market will go up again. |

NEM is doing great.
A lot of positive news came up in the last few days.
Price correction happened for all crypto.
Now it is recovering, and price will go up with the release of catapult

There's a lot of brand new and recent negativity over Ethereum (but I was pointing out their problems for a couple of years). The blockchain bloat and technical problems weren't new but now (last 48 hours) people are pointing out all the blockchain bloat and sham ICOs. Etheruem price is tanking right now (moreso than NEM and other alternates!). Until a victor emerges from this, there is a possibility we may see renewed interest in NEM in July. To me, it seems like this is the time to buy NEM and hold NEM - because in July we could see new an all time high. When NEM goes up it goes up. We may even hit the orbit of Pluto if Ethereum implodes and all the capital flows into the NEM network. $1 NEM and higher could happen in 2017.  July looks like it will be a good time for strategic updates and market gains. Nice info, but it looks like ETH is a locomotive for all alts and it has a big impact on the whole altcoin market, like it or not... I wonder, what will happen if the ETH price will go back to ~0.05... At some point we need a new altcoin leader if ETH will show weakness  Now that ETH has trouble, It is time to show the world that NEM is much better than ETH and should be the reference cryptocurrency. |

The only coin I really believe in is NEM.
For me it is much better than any other coin and solve issues of the main coins (Bitcoin, Ethereum,...).
No hype, not over-promising, not based on unrealistic roadmap... secure, much easier for devs to work with, green...

I was also reading Lon comments on Telegram and I am not that negative about it. I think he agrees to use some marketing funds to market NEM and I saw a lot of constructive discussions there. Everytime I read information from Lon I feel optimistic about NEM future.
I think Lon understood that now that catapult is coming, we need to promote actively NEM, in both crypto world and "real" world. Because even if we have the best tech we cannot wait. Many other coins are making annoucement (many of them is based on nothing) and we need more exposure.
Also I think Telegram is not a good platform for in-depth discusions. Forum is more adapted to that, but NEM forum is not very active...

Actually he may be already dead, according to some theories about his identity (see in another thread of today).
Anyway, it has not impact on Bitcoin or the community.

NEM of course. Smart contracts are much easier than with ETH. |

Finally I have harvested my first XEMs ! After 2 empty blocks, yesterday I received ~8 XEM !
That is not much but it is a fair beginning !

NEM is very stable... maybe one of the most stable coin, we are at ~0.20 USD for a long time now.

Yes Changelly has very high prices.
Best thing is buy BTC and then go to an exchange like Poloniex and buy XEM with your BTC.

NEM for sure.
Bought it at 70 sats 2 years ago. I whish I had bought more.
Moreover this is one of the best tech I have seen, compared to other coins (BTC or ETH).
And NEM does not have the hype of many other coins. Their best argument is the tech.

I don't remember the price of bitcoin the first time.I have heard about it. But I remember when I was interested and wanted to buy some, just to try.
Price was over 1000$ and I told myself it was too expensive and too risky. (I did well).
A few weeks ago, I finally decided to buy my firsts bitcoins around 240$.
