stake is percentage of total coin in a campaign.
if a bounty has 100 coins and if total stake is 100 then 1stake = 1 coin. other wise you need to calculate.

It seems many of you guys don't understand my question, i have tokens in my eth wallet, i want to convert them to ethereum or btc, i tried to send them to my eth wallet address but it is not working the tokens still appear in my account. How to sell them please ?
That sounds weird maybe you didn't put enough gas? Try not to edit the gas limit so that it will go through or learn more about adjusting gas at the right amount maybe the token amount you are sending is big, you can research about it. If it still didn't send, make sure you have enough ETH balance to cover the fees. Let me know if it worked or not. hi Hellacopter !!!
you have 2 possibility:
1) deposit you token in some Exchange and sell Tokens for Bitcoin and then buy ETH withi your BTC.
2) find an Exchange who have the cross your_Token/ETH

You can just send them to your other eth wallet by chosing "Send Ether & Tokens" on the main page and use your other address to which you want send your funds and put some gas (fee) for faster transaction
