I will say that within hours of me posting this, support responded to my ticket advising it would only be a few more hours until I could withdraw again. And it was true. All of my funds have been withdrawn. While this does not help those of you with stuck funds, hopefully it gives some confidence back to their exchange. I know a lot of us like to complain, and then when it works out, we don't update with a success story for whatever reason (it's easy to forget, but then everyone just sees the horror stories). I wanted to update with a positive outcome.
I'm happy for you because I'm 12 days away with a withdrawal waiting for approval and I just do not get my bitcoins and even the support does not answer the more than 6 tickets I've already opened. |

I'm waiting for 10 days to approve a withdrawal from me, I'm not going to use poloniex or make deposits till I see my bitcoins and make sure it works properly again. I see more and more complaints every day here. It's been several days, and the problems are mounting.

Well and poloniex is raising a big red flag with several complaints every day I myself am with a withdrawal waiting approval for 10 days.
It seems that the community is waiting to happen the same as cryptsy there will open the eye and make long topics that will not be worth anything after the poloniex disappear with the bitcoins of all.

Maybe poloniex did not have time or no time to respond to my complaint on trollbox and i just log in poloniex and i see my balance increases, it turns out it was my withdrawal yesterday got message "awaiting approval" has been completed, and now my withdrawal successfully canceled and my bitcoin is returned.

My withdrawal is experiencing the same problem for the third time, yesterday I tried to withdraw with doge then withdrawal with BTC and it runs fine, but now after I buy ETH then I make a withdrawal on some BTC I have but my withdrawal status is " Awaiting approval "again. I'm traumatized to withdraw BTC from poloniex, I'd better do withdrawal on altcoin from poloniex. 127/5000

I looked at my account now and still waiting for approval and the date of my withdrawal was day 7.
After 12 days of waiting due to "awaiting approval" status, my withdrawal was canceled and my bitcoin returned. Apparently poloniex is trying to screw with its customers. And my impression or this is having a wave of sales of coins, I went to see if it had changed the status of withdrawal and I am seeing the almost all red graphics including btc and all Fiat coins. Is it occurring a panic sell to remove the values of? |

POLONIEX - SCAM. Already 10 days does not give back my btc, support is not responding.  Be careful!!! There are several in the same situation my friend I am already giving almost for lost the balance that I had to withdraw from it, this is 9 days awaiting approval and even if it is sent to me I already fucked because the price of bitcoin plummeted a lot. |

They must have thousands of Open tickets, just look at all the complaints on the forums. Polo has gone completely silent now while the tickets pile up and the frustration mounts this looks really bad.
I've had a ticket open since May and they've done nothing, said nothing. my deposit and many others are missing. withdrawals are not processing either, how much money are we talking about here if we combine all of the Open tickets.

Poloniex has a high status and Im kinda curious why this is happening, are you guys sure that the problem is from poloniex? Because there are some certain issues regarding bitcoin trasactions, try to withdraw or deposit an altcoin and if the same thing happens then the problem is really on poloniex.
I only move BTC so I can not say how are the other withdrawals, but looking over here in the forum I've already seen complaints of ETH withdrawals with problems. |

I have account confirmed with 25.000$ daily limit and my money was blocked 16 days... after 16 days they sent the money to my bitcoin address
As happy as I would be in case this happens, I'm still going to continue not trusting poloniex are many days late to be a problem just lack of staff. And all done that I open the exchanges section I see new complaints about poloniex not making withdrawals. If we are to add the amount of BTC that can be withdrawn there at that time should be a considerable amount. In my case if I did not receive my bitcoin my loss would not have been too high as I do not keep very large amounts in exchanges. More this post and more a warning to people with high amounts or who want to make high deposits the. |

Well i think it is problem on withdrawal on poloniex, couples days ago i have made withdrawal
it was pending but that was worked after tried made withdrawal again,
i think the problem on system of withdrawal poloniex and i don't think poloniex will be like cryptsy
because i have made withdrawal succesfull on poloniex.
As I said before the withdrawals are quite random some being made others pending and awaiting manual approval. Not the excuse for a withdrawal to be pending in some cases that I have seen more than 10 days, to mine already is more than 8 days. What raises a big red flag that the poloniex can be with problems in the box, lack of personnel and a ridiculous explanation and still more with the size that she has to hire people of emergency way to help to solve the cases would be easy and last we have The disabling of the trollbox after several people complaining about withdrawals in it. |

Just out of interest, what level is your account? I've spoken to several people with a level 2+ account and they have no issues with making withdraws.
I sent the data some time for level 2 verification, so far no response. For the complaints that I have been reading the withdrawals with problems are very random not caring much with the level of account. Even verified accounts are having withdrawals blocked. |

Apparently poloniex is going to become the new CRYPTSY, I'm having a bitcoin withdrawal with more than 8 days waiting approval. I can not contact them either by ticket or otherwise since they also turned off their trollbox and I ended up discovering that several people in the same situation with pending withdrawals. For me it is clear that there was a problem in poloniex not just a simple case of lack of staff and yes or they have lost a quantity of the bitcoins stored either for theft or are simply preparing to close and disappear from the map taking whatever is there inside. A lot of people talk about poloniex being reputable, they care about the customers, good security, and after they were hacked a few years ago they made efforts to reimburse customers.
But is anyone at poloniex known in the community? I understand it is not financially registered like other exchanges. What is to prevent them from closing shop or claiming that they were hacked, and absconding with funds?
I also think like that "is there anyone in the poloniex that is known in the community?" Because I wanted to get a response on my trollbox ticket, then I decided to search and find someone from poloniex, but I did not find them even tweet poloniex nor did he following anyone. I spent the afternoon yesterday trying to find a contact in the community with poloniex and I did not have any success. I just found this topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=420836.new#new and even then it has no way of direct contact and I see several complaints as well. I think it's time to move the subject from poloniex to the scam section because I think I've already lost my bitcoins I still had there. |

I've had an issue with withdrawing from Poloniex in January of this year. After waiting a few hours without approval for my withdrawal, I sent a support ticket into the site, and this was the dialogue: Ticket Submitted: January 26, 2017 12:09AM Ticket Replied To: January 26, 2017 2:35AM  My message was responded to in about 2.5 hours, and after I changed my name, as they had suggested, my withdrawal was approved at 2:49PM. All of my withdrawals on Poloniex from that incident have been approved and sent to my wallet within a few hours. Could this be the same issue you're facing? Are you using an obviously fake name on your account? In my case neither this excuse they can use since I use my real name of my account and I even sent a photo of my id to release the second level of limit. I have a ticket open from day 8 regarding my withdrawal that is awaiting approval and so far I have not been answered yet. |

Even I have a pending withdrawal from the 4th, while making a withdrawal I also received a confirmation email then I click the confirmation link withdrawal but I got the withdrawal status is "Awaiting Approval". I also tried to find information to contact the poloniex moderator in addition to the trollbox ticket but I did not find contacts that could be received directly by them, even twitter they look like it was dead. Shit man! I really hope people here know anyone to solve this problem quickly and can contact the poloniex moderator in addition to using the trollbox ticket. If anyone has poloniaex moderator contacts please share it here or please PM me, thanks.  If I can find a form, I notice it here, apparently we have several people in the same situation.
