Ascension, I think you just a crook!
When biffunder closed, you bought back most of shares by the cheap with company's bitcoins. And then tell us you had lost the bitcoin so as to give no dividends to shareholders. Do you think us fools!
If you want to prove yourself, please disclose the financial info!
You finally indeed make me , a previous loyal shareholder despair and anger!

If you look at the asset list you will see that what you propose did not happen...

I wish we could see more disclosures in the investors' portal.

Probably not. We did some sales with ACH but our costs were more than our profit. Credit card payments should be live in a week or so. Finally got the call today regarding the new merchant account.

hoping everything is fine , and happy Chinese New Year. @Ascension.

Literally working on the new processor integration right now. Hoping to have it done by morning.

I`ve been trying to contact btcQuick through all the channels of comunication you have open (mails, customer support, twitter) and I haven't had any response. Not even a "confirmation of reception" It really doesn't leave a good feeling when I've trusted your company in handling my money.
I need an answer to my Ticket #11989 dated 30th of Octuber.

Please inform me what you need help with so that I can help you. We are no longer using the old ticket system.

Both of your orders are already manually SMS confirmed and have been since November 13th...

Ascension, I check your website frequently. You have solved the SMS topic of order 21973 a few days ago not the 13th of November as you said. Anyway the important thing is that it's solved.

Order 20817 is a different matter. This order is completed and consolidated. I need you to resend SMS with de-crypt password I created.
I would have prefered to deal this matter privately but you don't answer PMs nor other channels of comunication.You just appear here sporadically.

Your code has been PM'd to you.

everyday for the last 5 days i try to go on btcquick during diffrent times as well to purchase and it always says that max has been purchased?
what time do you normally restock so i can get some while they are available for the day

We will be re-stocking once we finish setting up the new credit and debit card processor. Should be early next week.

We are working very hard to bring back credit card payments I received a very encouraging call this morning and we should have some good info by the end of the week.

Currently ACH payments are live on the site and right now its more of a trial period. We are getting a fair amount of volume from it considering we have done ZERO advertising. We intend for the bank payment option to be faster in the future but we must ramp this up slowly to ensure we do it right and keep fraud minimal. We expect 2014 to be a very big year for bitcoin as well as btcQuick! More to come in the following days.

So nearly two months later, and not a goddamn thing has been done, or even replied to regarding order #21047.

I do not want a refund.  I want what I payed for, what was in the "completed" order.

If I do not receive some sort of reply to my queries in one week, I will be consulting with an attorney. Fair warning.

Right now we are focusing on making that when we open our doors again that we are fully staffed to handle the wave of orders and customers. We are working on additional capital in order to ensure we can meet the demand. We are also working on securing multiple merchant accounts to ensure that this does not happen again. This is a very long process and has been delayed by the recent holidays. The bank payment feature is almost done, we are running some tests to make sure everything is worked out before we go live.

Hi, I claimed my address. It says "Your Dividend Total" for Nov 15th through Dec 15th for me is 0.00022408 BTC.

The problem: I never received 0.00022408 BTC or in fact any BTC at all to my address that's been publicly listed all along.

Any help is appreciated.

2) Singing up for free with the MIICard is impossible for my country.
Please give me the information personally, I asked you for it a bunch of times.
I think one week might be enough, after 25th of December I'll apply for a scammer tag for you on this site, if I'll get no clear information of how you are going to pay my investments back.

You need to simply sign up. Go here https://www.btcquick.com/beta/register and do the manual registration. You wont have to do any verification...

Again sorry for the delay. The investor portal has been updated and you all should see the dividend hit your bitcoin address's before the end of the night. Any news that I post on there I will also post on the forums and I will provide a link.

I think you may have under cooked the transaction fee there - that's why it hasn't propagated or confirmed in the last 4 hours...
A fee of 0.0005 is probably the minimum for a transaction of this size (between 4 and 5 KB)

On a different note, I'm glad to see signs of progress with resurrecting business operations. Keep the updates coming  Smiley

Does that mean there won't be any sales till Jan 1st?

We might be able to get the new merchant account up before then but I wont know anymore until I hear bank from the bank that we are working with on this. Hoping to know tomorrow or by the end of the week.
