It is not a good idea what writing here about what you will do. You should have a roadmap, a visions for yourself... Otherwise, you've already loose.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Can A Cryptopia Exchange Got Hacked Simple Like that ? on: January 16, 2019, 09:04:22 AM
I don't know how accurate it is to keep long-term money on exchange like Cryptopia.

I hope nobody gets hurt in the end. However, such attacks can damage the entire market.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ⚠ ⚠ CRYPTOPIA EXCHANGE HACKED! -- REALTIME INVESTIGATION THREAD ⚠ ⚠ on: January 16, 2019, 09:02:40 AM
We haven't seen a hack attack in a long time. However, Cryptopia is an experienced exchange. I can't figure out how accurate it is to rely on anyway. I never trust that exchange.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SHOW NO MERCY TO SCAMMERS! on: January 16, 2019, 09:00:20 AM
I think we need FRAUD LISTING thread on Bitcointalk forum to fight scammers and bounty hunters need to come together as ONE ,they are the ones Help PROMOTING all this fake projects ,they should be able to warn each other when a fake/scam project get launched on the forum and get the scam project banned off the forum ,we should all remember that the more fake projects are been launched of this forum right under our noses the more cryptocurrency will keep looking bad and NEWBIES are the victims most times ,we investors and bounty hunters have the power to make BITCOINTALK FORUM BETTER.

UPDATE!

As a NEWBIE I never knew we have a scam accusation thread on here ,so newbies like me and for those who doesn't know please let's keep the thread alive ,I believe this will safe many newbies from falling victims
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

This is an issue that has been repeatedly revealed as an idea. But the definition of SCAM changes according to the individual. If it were already officially SCAM, we would call it fraud. Even if such ideas are in good faith, it is very difficult to get results.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to expect from crypto in 2019? on: January 16, 2019, 08:58:16 AM
Bitcoin has to rise a bit before we can expect something. Or, surprisingly, the Ethereum has a very fast appreciation against Bitcoin.

Ethereum fork delays, affect our expectation also... We delay our profit plan...
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Constantinople Hard fork to be delayed on: January 16, 2019, 08:56:49 AM
Recently, it was started to be discussed that fork timing is not good. Although there are security vulnerabilities as a reason, I think it is postponed due to the market situation.
27  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Wirex - Scam again on: January 15, 2019, 06:48:18 PM
Welcome,

I write here to describe again Wirex scam. As many of you knows, they are shady company. They are blocking randomly user accounts, making "technical breaks" when BTC price is coming down. In December, they made 3 "breaks":
-first break, 4 days with locked exchange to fiat and sending BTC outside
-second break, login impossible
-third break, one day like first break

Their system is crap, currently it is fixed but in whole December, when I logged into my dashboard, after 5 minutes, suddenly Chrome browser was consuming 8gb+ RAM and 99% CPU.

After loosing few hundreds of $ via these "breaks". Finaly I made all my transfers, but guess what.

One of transfer, amount arround $100, was doubled. I was happy because I received back few $ from looses.

Today I got email:

"We would like to follow up on our previous emails.
On December 3 you have withdrawn more funds than your actual balance reflects.

The amount involved was 0.0xxxxxx BTC

This money does not belong to you and we expect it to be returned. You can top up/credit your account with any currency that is more suitable for you. Please get back to us as soon as possible as the silence from your side may turn into legal persecution.

Looking forward to your reply."

Conclusion:
-yes, doubled transfer in theory isn't my but they scammed me many times by hidden fees and these "technical breaks" at hot moments
-their PR chief have to be idiot to order such mailing task to their support
-their system is still crap with many errors, for example I cannot exchange BTC to euro inside website, it can be done only via app because website demands USD currency. This is only one of many, many errors
-their system is storing CVV numbers! It's not legal! I've set up 2factor for my debit card because I feel, they can just steal my money

Yes, I will not pay them. Going move to some normal exchange. I will wait longer but feel more safe with clear rules.

First of all, I feel sorry for you.

But this SCAM needs to be clarified. What is SCAM? Somebody's got to identify it. We cannot label the issue we have every problem by saying SCAM.

I've had problems similar to what you've been through, months before me. I did not call that project SCAM, but that day dozens of people said that the project was super, I was wrong. But there was no news from the project team for about 6 months. Last month, they explained that it is not possible to pay back with the explanation ... Those who told me that the project was super that day, they were swearing in the Telegram group ...

I want to say that no one can really understand you. Sorry for you. You got your money at least. We never did.

I am not sure that it is about recovering. Almost everyone is talking about new price decline. They expect under 2K. It is not cool but I wonder if it possible.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who dump coins early; Bounty hunters or ICO investors? on: January 14, 2019, 10:15:34 AM
Its so sad when we have been made to believe its bounty hunters who dump their bounty tokens immediately after ICO and so devalue the coins on the market. Because of this notion, project managers these days try to delay bounty rewards while some even go ahead to give small rewards so that the actions of bounty hunters will not affect the price of their coins. Now I participated in this bounty and we were paid late as usual. We went to the market and realized the price was already down, even below the ICO price. So who caused it ? I think we should have a second look at this issue. Don't you think its the investors who get bonuses during the ICO who try to dump their bonuses for profit and not the bounty hunters as we have been made to believe?. Let me hear your opinions guys

In my opinion, bounty awards are not distributed enough to affect the price. But the bonus rates set for ICO investors are very unfair. Some projects deliver 100% or more bonuses. In this environment, the price of that coin will be reduced by at least half.

Moreover, these ICO investors sell their coins instantly with the bonus they receive for every USD. I think the token that is distributed at least as bonuses should be locked.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 myths every crypto investor is tired of hearing on: January 14, 2019, 09:59:59 AM
The first one and the second is the one of the most hearing problems. But I can't understand what you didn't share all of your article?

At least, you may share the title the other 3 of it. Or you may change the title on this thread.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Fork Delta affects the crypto negatively? on: January 13, 2019, 05:12:12 PM
There are many exchanges that is on the market, many people also are focused on gaining profits on their cryptos.
I just noticed that Fork Delta is something to worry about. I see, many people here are using it to sell their tokens right after they received it especially bounty hunters.
They sell it in a low price and synonumously dumping their tokens even if they know it is promising in the future.
Another thing I see is that, you need to import your private key which I find unsecured.

Forkdelta is definitely a platform that should not be used by new entrants. Unfortunately, there is no room for anyone with little market knowledge. Otherwise, they may lose a lot of money.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If only ethereum is not available in this world.... on: January 13, 2019, 05:10:19 PM
If ethereum is not available in this crypto world..
People gonna still using bitcoin to do online transactions as their main crypto funds..
The investor could not get easily scammed by those scammers who create their tokens on the ethereum smart contract..
Most of the ICO gonna using the traditional method to fund their project like paypal, skrill, bitcoin, and other major crypto..
There will be no massive dump and bearish moment from the ICO who use ethereum platform and do many transactions on their smart contract which make ethereum blockchain overclogged and make ethereum dumped because they were cashing out the ICO funds..

I think that the market will continue to live even if there are no other than Bitcoin. But don't underestimate Ethereum so much. It is a really great and useful platform. SCAM projects don't make Ethereum worthless.
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 10 years ago Hal Finney called first... "Running bitcoin" on: January 12, 2019, 11:46:44 AM
And Bitcoin is still running...

I think the worst thing we have ever experienced for Bitcoin, is Hal Finney's death. I wish he could live. I think he would help to all of us now.
34  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it fair to call it burst of bitcoin bubble. on: January 11, 2019, 01:25:18 PM
I hear in news here and there many persons claiming the burst of bitcoin bubble in the year 2017.  The price of one btc rose to $21 k and then falling to the levels of $5-6 k.
During the year 2018 several people were of the view that the price will again rise and break its previous record motioned above.  The claims were different according to the mindset of the claimants.  Few people claiming btc price will rise to $50k and surprisingly some claiming that it will touch $120 k.
The entire year of 2018 passed.  The price was moving between around 6-7k US dollars.   So the expectations of the people were not met.
I am of the opinion that it was the burst of bubble of people’s greed but  not  of bitcoin  Because greed of the investors increased with very high speed.    With the passage of time the price will increase but the price  to touch the moon dramatically I think will end in the result got during last around one year.
What  you think; is not it lesson to people to control their greed.  Should not our expectations be near to realities?
Please share your view on it.

I really can't understand people who saying Bitcoin is bubble. It price is not stable everyone knows! And if you can't get this risks, don't invest. It is really simple to do that.

Don't think about today, it is related with future. We are looking at future.
35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Apple going Crypto? on: January 11, 2019, 01:19:19 PM
Just want to ask if anyone hear anything about this, I will post the same on other forums so I get it to many people as possible.

Someone told me that one of the largest companies in US is going crypto, it will start accepting crypto currencies in their local and online stores, and they will go further by integrating it in their electronic payment.

This all going to happen late in 2019, they will start by loosen up their eco system as it currently very tight.

He said a lot of things but I didn’t care much as I don’t know what was his source.

Few days ago, Apple announces that other manufacturers TV will support Air Play which is big as Apple never allow that on third party devices.

This reminded me of what he said, and made me think that he knows what he talking about, further more I assume now the company should be Apple.

So I f Apple start accepting crypto on their Apple Pay, it will going to have huge impact on the crypto market the prices should sky rocketing, everyone will follow Apple and probably do the same.

I have few crypto and based on the above If many confirms that they hear the same, I will buy more and hold selling them until end of 2019.

Always the same stuff. Rumors of large companies crypto money is going around. Amazon, Facebook, Google, Samsung ... Now it's Apple.

They don't bring anything to the market. Please let him know who's making this news!
36  Economy / Speculation / Re: Whats makes bitcoin Price Drop ? on: January 11, 2019, 01:17:37 PM
Bitcoin and other crypto coins are too responsive to bad news. And I think a few news from China have affected the market badly.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tell me why I should invest in Cardano / ADA on: January 08, 2019, 09:59:03 AM
You are worried too much if it don't go in the bull run.

The best thing that you should do is to think of 100 times before buying this coin. And recently though I don't hold this coin, I've seen this article.

Cardano most actively developed cryptocurrency in 2018, bitcoin not even in top 50

Actually, I don't agree with you.

Cryptocurrencies still can be profitable. In this worst situation, true investment is getting profit to investors.

For example Ripple, Waves and these days TRX. Even BTC price falls, didn't affect XRP rise. And after Waves. I think, it still profitable. But now, it needs info and attention.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help a newbie on: January 08, 2019, 09:54:07 AM
Hello everyone I'm new on here and I'm trying to find a new way to earn crypto apart from
1) faucets
2) trading
3) mining
Is there any other way?

1) faucets are useless anymore. No one gives anything.
2) trading is so risky at this time. You may wait for new bull season.
3) mining is so expensive and hard. It needs time and money at first. But you think that you can, definitely is a good method to earn money.

You may look at also bounties and airdrops but they are not so good anymore too. But you still can try.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull Run on January, February or March? Your Predictions please...... on: January 07, 2019, 01:38:38 PM
What month will bull run starts? I can't wait to see my portfolio increases up to 100 times after joining so much bounties and got potential altcoins that will bring me to riches. When shall I see it?

If I had to choose one, I would definitely choose Mart. Waiting for the big rise in the month of the big drop last year.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tell me why I should invest in Cardano / ADA on: January 07, 2019, 01:36:53 PM
I've been buying up a few altcoins at the market low prices of the past month.  Currently HODLing Ripple, EOS, Litecoin, and Stellar.

I've been reviewing topics here and elsewhere, and I see Cardano / ADA mentioned now and then as one to buy.

The question is, why?  What potential does it have?  What is it good for?  What can it do that other coins can't?

I really don't care about the long term viability of any coin, all I care about is how much money I can make.  According to its history on coinmarketcap, Cardano only ever popped over $1 for a couple days in very early 2018.

If I bought at the current price of five cents and waited, it might get back to a dollar for a nice 20x gain, but I want more.  And what if it doesn't pop again in the next bull run?  Why would it pop?  What if it just trickles off into nothingness like 98% of other coins?

Tell me why I should buy it.

There are some coins in the market. These coins can annoy people. For example, XRP and ADA are such. They do not fit the expectations of the market. Unexpectedly, their prices may rise  and unexpectedly as they fall. I recommend that you stay away for your health.
