When 2 teams go to the final it means they are the best team among the other teams and basically both teams are at the same level, the only difference is experience. my post is a little late, but I must say that I'm not very surprised by this result, Atalanta beat Liverpool in that competition, so it was already clear that Atalanta could beat big teams, also Leverkusen in this competition despite having arrived In the final, in my opinion, they did not present a solidity equal to Atalanta in terms of performance in this competition and this could mean that Leverkusen could have a bad performance in the champions league next season. You are right. Recent form can't get anymore different than this. Royal Challengers Bengaluru have 6 consecutive wins to their name, while Rajasthan Royals have no wins from their last 5 matches. They started so well, but as a result of overconfidence and immaturity from their players the momentum was lost. Even if any of these two teams proceed to the playoff against Sunrisers Hyderabad, winning against the latter is going to be a near-impossible task. KKR managed to do that, but I honestly don't think that RR or RCB are capable of beating them.

It seems that Real Madrid has to prepare more funds to find several new players for its squad next season in the transfer market. Because even though it won't be easy to get a player who is equal to Toni Kroos' talent, at least Real Madrid can have a replacement who is slightly comparable to Toni Kroos in terms of the way he plays. Because Real Madrid needs to recruit younger players to fill the lines of players needed by Real Madrid so that next season Real Madrid can remain a strong team in La Liga.
