The way Sri Lanka started their innings, the team should have given away a target of at least 340. Sri Lanka's lower order batted like fools.

Luca Modric felt he is still useful for Real Madrid and he wanted to stay in Europe within top teams in top leagues that's why he extended his contract but he is already aware Real Madrid attitude with old players. Whatever the names, Real Madrid will find other younger players as replacement and so on.
Modric days aren't over yet and he has to evaluate his performance and chances to remain or not as essential player there by the winter or next summer transfer window.

Girona has definitely shown good performance so far. But I have to say that the loss against Real Madrid was kind of expected. People just give them a chance because Real Madrid was not scoring as many goals as they should have. But I think we can safely say that Real Madrid actually kind of destroyed them in this match. But actually I am still going to say that the performance from Real Madrid attacking lineup needs to improve. I have heard that Real Madrid is interested in bringing in Son from Tottenham. Might be a really good decision actually. They should just forget about Mbappé at this point.

Martinez has been quite productive this season, overall he has scored 10 goals in all competitions. The opportunity to become top scorer is very big this season, Martinez is at the right club so it supports him to score goals in every game. Yes, Osimhen experienced a slight decline after being injured at the start of the season, I think the two of them will compete closely if they don't move in January.

Martinez increase in goal productivity put Inter Milan as the club that scored the most goals, and on the other hand, Inter only conceded 3 goals in 7 matches. In my opinion, Sevilla was good enough to be able to withstand the aggressive play of Xavi's squad, even though they had to suffer an own goal, but overall without this goal Barcelona couldn't do anything other than share the points. Not being able to score a goal for Barcelona was clearly very negative because of Barcelona's total of 18 shots, only 4 were on target. This victory was considered lucky for Barcelona which brought them back to the top of the standings.
