21  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: December 26, 2013, 06:56:02 AM
Did I miss any information where Ukyo states that his loan is affected by the same mystical issue as it is with WeEx? As it is stated in the contract, the loan is not related to Bitfunder or WeEx. Why do you people come up with the 6% here? This doesn't make any sense to me.

I begin to feel sick of this lack of information.

Why is a claim portal for the AM shares necessary in the first place.
[..]
Ukyo is the issuer of the AM PT shares. Ukyo can obviously use the share list to see who own what but he will need a bitcoin address from each shareholder
That doesn't sound reasonable. With all those statements about how he's working his ass off to fix bitcoind, preparing statements for statements and doing some secret black magic tricks to recover those missing coins, he can't afford the luxury to build a portal for informations he already has. Bitfunder users can set a bitcoin address in their profile. There's no need to build a new portal for that information. That's the way other issuers did, ages ago.

I am working on the new portal for that and for AM claims currently.

Does that mean you're able to pay back the loan?

This chat was just a worthless waste of time. Why did you bother us with this VanIdiot bs?
I didn't know that this forum allows silently deleting of posts. Now my post misses context. But nevermind.

Sadly my wallet is still syncing. I didn't realize it was so out of date. Once it gets done i'll send it out.
I gave up syncing and switched to electrum. You might consider that (or something similar like Multibit) as well if syncing takes too long while BTC is tanking.

Ukyo, is this thread the way to go for WeEx issues, or are the tickets read? Please check ticket XUL-571082. My balance is negative.

Nope, not saying in anyway that laws were not broken. They obviously were, and we all knew that when we invested our coins!
Please exclude me from all.

29  Local / Deutsch (German) / Re: 1 Jahr Haltefrist für Steuerfreiheit: Praktische Umsetzung on: November 29, 2013, 08:09:10 AM

4-while fixing the bug with bitcoind they discovered a flaw in the protocol which would crash bitcoin and its derivates instantly to Zero.

4 Would be pretty damn scary but I doubt it is the case. Why would ukyo and cryptocyprus team be working on fixing the bitcoind protocol instead of the lead devs?

They would of course, but in the meantime for bitcoin's survival they have to keep silence and calm the mob which is organizing a witch hunt.

If we could just know what happened I am sure it would put the community at rest

Please don't understand me wrong. I definately have no reason to believe that 4 is the case. I try to help to imagine that there might be problems which are better not comunicated until they are sorted out.
31  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: November 29, 2013, 07:11:51 AM
I think this is likely what is happening:

1-Ukyo gambled all the funds on failed stocks, has nothing

2-NeoBee gave him a ton of IPVO shares in exchange for WeExchange ownership.

3-The hope is that NeoBee brings out news that will boost the share price, so Ukyo can sell the shares and pay everyone back. This could also be the cause of the massive NeoBee sell-off we've seen in the last 24 hours.

There is exactly no information what happened. So why not add to your list:

4-while fixing the bug with bitcoind they discovered a flaw in the protocol which would crash bitcoin and its derivates instantly to Zero.

This would even go perfectly with Ukyo's hint that his "announcement" might affect the exchange rate. It's all boring speculation which doesn't help nobody to solve the problem.

I'm the largest single ukyo.loan shareholder and I'm also significantly invested in Neo&Bee and I think this is great news! Not that anyone cares, lol. There is at least one person out there who still believes in Ukyo and Neo&Bee, though. Good luck to you both and I hope this all gets sorted out quickly.

I'm still optimistic and assume I'll get 100% back. and even if it's 50% at the end I must be thankfull as I would have converted all my BTC at 300$ latest. Let's be patient give them a bit air to breath and meanwhile watch the rocket breaking 1000$.

It is just me, or does this post not actually say anything? It literally says nothing...
This was my first thought as well. The statement itself says nothing new. But the author is not Ukyo which adds one more actor  on the stage. I, as a Ukyo.Loan holder, take this as a positive sign.
34  Local / Other languages/locations / Thailand - What penalty to expect for selling BTC on: November 27, 2013, 04:39:00 AM
Hi
I read months ago that BTC is illegal in Thailand. I'm wondering what penalty I have to expect when I'm starting to sell a few on localbitcoins.com.

On Sunday (ICT) I will have my first trade in bangkok. If you don't read any more from me, consider me arrested, take care that I got mentioned somewhere in the news and donate for my daugher: 1335STSwu9hST4vcMRppEPgENMHD2r1REK
It's all for bitcoin, guys!

Your last email was addresse to US shareholders. BitFunder is shutting down completely. What's the plan for all shareholders now?
36  Economy / Securities / Re: [bitfunder] RentalStarter - A Midwest Real Estate Investment Company on: October 14, 2013, 04:46:55 AM
Did I miss something or why is the share tanking so hard to 0.01?
37  Local / Off-Topic (Deutsch) / Re: Candoo/Salazarian BFL Gruppenkauf-Megathread on: October 13, 2013, 08:50:55 AM

38  Local / Off-Topic (Deutsch) / Re: Candoo/Salazarian BFL Gruppenkauf-Megathread on: October 13, 2013, 04:31:16 AM
39  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: October 13, 2013, 03:47:11 AM
At the moment I see missing dividends. I understand that Ukyo might be busy these days. I just want to keep track of them:
