I am posting this here so users do not have to search threads for an update.

Quote
A portal for shares is being setup for claiming shares where users can put in redemption requests. I stopped
depositing interest payouts through BitFunder due to the problems with WeExchange. All interest owed will be
paid out and redemption requests will be honored as soon as it is possible.

This is great news! Any idea when this portal will be available?

I am working on the new portal for that and for AM claims currently.
Though I am wanting to have it up on Monday, Tuesday is looking more likely.

Does that mean you're able to pay back the loan?

Does that mean you're able to pay back the loan?

Or will it also be 6% first?

It's going to be a small amount at first, I'm sure. I'm hoping we'll at least get the ~6% the bitfunder people got. I hope this goes live tomorrow or friday.

Did I miss any information where Ukyo states that his loan is affected by the same mystical issue as it is with WeEx? As it is stated in the contract, the loan is not related to Bitfunder or WeEx. Why do you people come up with the 6% here? This doesn't make any sense to me.

I begin to feel sick of this lack of information.

As I sated before, I will honor the loan shares and all interest due.
Obviously BitFunder is shut down and there is no way to manage the shares right now.
I am trying to wrap up the AsicMiner claim portal currently.
As soon as that is done I will be working on the loan shares management system.

Means, you will pay all missing dividends?  Roll Eyes

Will it be possible to redeem then ? at face value of "0.01BTC" ?

I hope you guys don't just get back 5% of your deposits or investments, like is the case with everyone who deposited btc into WeExchange for the last two months.

Ukyo any estimate when you'll tell people what happened to the over 2 million dollars people deposited into WeExchange that have not been returned?

I doubt we'll get the coins back but I'd just like to know what happened. That has to be worth at least 100$ of the 700$ you owe me.

Looks like he got the AM claim page up and working so hopefully he will begin compiling the loan portal soon.

Either you own the bitcoins(private keys) or you don't. However with moneroj, nobody knows what you own.

Are the AM people able to redeem shares and get bitcoins out at all?

In other words, when the portal comes up, will there be some bitcoins available for us? Or just a website :-/.

Well, my logic tells me it will be only website. I cannot imagine that ukyo would be repaying his personal loan before the bitcoins that are "stuck" on weexchange

And why not?? I seriously hope it's not just a website and there is some coin available. At least the 6% or so the others got.

The portal will just be for claiming to start.

The funds distributed to WeExchange users were not my funds to use, hold or pay personal debts with.

What about the funds loaned to you personally? Since the WeExchange thread is all about company vs personal, how does that relate to Ukyo.Loan? Since those funds have nothing to do with BF or WeEx.

Please provide some info on what will be able to get claimed? 10%? 20%? 50%? All? Dividends included? Some info

This is where I got screwed just as bad as everyone else from the situation. (Not that others care about my losses which far exceeded most.)
The bitcoins remaining from the loan shares were held with WeExchange like everyone else.

I am still working to make use of progress from loan which should be allow to get dividends going again as soon as things are ready.
This should also lead towards redemption as well.

Ouch, bummer.

Did the stuff you invested in with the loan deliver some BTC over the last few months? (And did you keep it out of WeEx? :p)

Not yet. That's why things are still in progress. :/
I would like to see some positive results by end of Jan.
It just depends on all the bureaucracy and red tape involved for some of it.
