Anybody else getting a big ETH hash rate drop when dual mining Verge? I have played around with DCRI and it doesn't seem to effect the ETH hash rate much but I took a 26 mh/s hit when I started to dual mine Verge?
Same problem, dual mining doesn't affect my reported ETH hash rate but at my current speed of 480 MH/s reported I've only been getting 350 MH/s average for the last 24 hours. I had my DCRI at 20, dropped it down to 10 and we'll see how it does. I'll add more ram tomorrow to see if that could be the issue. Keep me posted mate! I had something similar 182MH/s reported hashrate at ethermine only average effective hashrate of 168MH/s. Now testing on nanopool! please give feedback after your test. i have same issue. thanks a lot

anyone has tried to mine SHIELD with dual?

i haven't understand one thing. it possible to mine directly verge to be payed in verge?

Do you have any luck finding it? If yes cen you please tell me how you did? Thanks

I've tested it, which is why I recommended it.
How did I test? Well...
I just turned the PSU off while windows was running then again. I'd get the recovery screen. I ran the commands, rebooted. Tested again the same way, no recovery.
and thank you again

Hello crypto millionaires! We are inviting all miners who are planning to participate in AchieveCoin project to test their machines in the test blockchain. https://achievecoin.org/2018/02/07/TestNet-Online.htmlAchieveCoin is Bitcoin + Equihash testnet mining pool: http://ach.minelab.spaceWhat’s a testnet? A testnet is a temporary blockchain used for testing the network. Testnet coins are useless and distinct from real AchieveCoin (they are never supposed to have any real value). A testnet allows application developers and security researchers to perform experiments without having to risk losing real money or worry about breaking the main blockchain. https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/TestnetWho should use the testnet? The AchieveCoin testnet can be useful for people who want to test the p2p network and consensus rules before the launch of the mainnet. Some of the more common uses of the testnet are for: Pool operators: Test the setup and the integration of AchieveCoin into their mining pools and test end-to-end CPU/GPU mining. Wallet developers: Test the integration of AchieveCoin into their software or hardware wallets. Exchanges: Test on-chain transactions. AchieveCoin Team maybe i haven't understand well, you are asking us to use our hashrate for test? To get Testnet coins that are useless??? Really

Start a command prompt window as administrator, run the following two commands. Restart.
You have to restart. This will prevent windows from doing what it did for you after a crash.
bcdedit /set {current} bootstatuspolicy ignoreallfailures bcdedit /set {default} bootstatuspolicy ignoreallfailures
thanks i need it too Thanks for the tip, Have you tested ? nope, but i will do tomorrow Ok, the problem is now how to put in the previous state of failure You know how to put it in automatic repair and include the changes to se if result? power on , shutdown suddenly and repeat? hehe You have to press (hold) SHIFT and restart the pc from start menu -restart. Hmm nice, it isnt for safe mode ? Can test the automatic repair too? Will try when come home now i am at work, and i will not make test like that if i am not in front of my rigs , and only tomorrow i can test

I have two of these boards, I run 13 GTX 1070's on one and 9 on the other. I use i3 processors and 1000W FSP Aurum PSUs, plus SATA powered risers. My findings: - Must enable CSM in bios in order to detect the SSD/HDD and boot up. - will not start with 2 DDR4 modules (corsair vengeance 8gb at 2400 MHz each), in fact not only it won't start it behaves as if something shorted and won't start up sooner than 30 mins after pulling out the 2nd module - will not start with more than 13 video cards plugged in no matter what. cards and risers powered from the PCIe PSU cables ofc. - Asus customer support is a f****ing sad joke, the most interesting "reply" I got was to RTFM along with 3 screens of canned garbage and disclaimers that took them a week to send. - online manuals are useless, possibly compiled in india or paki or something, even a 15 year old's common sense does a better job at solving issues. - PCIe 1x connectors are low quality and poorly soldered to the board, didn't see a manufacturer such as asus building a heavy duty niche board without paying more attention to these "details". - board has no power button, annoying. - couldn't get wake on LAN to work yet, possibly bios issue. - board price should have been $160 or so but often retails at $400 or so, that's another bad joke and definitely not worth buying at $400. The rigs are somewhat difficult to manage due to lack of space that quickly becomes a problem with so many GPUs. So you will probably want to build a custom chassis for this toy and use PCIe extenders, longer riser cables (the 60 cm version), possibly forget about plugging the PSUs in the mobo ATX connectors and do a bypass that will also allow you to use multiple 650W PSUs that are more cost efficient if you throw in some PCIe splitters, just be careful with the amps. https://howchoo.com/g/nmu4mtjjnzq/how-to-diagnose-a-psu-without-any-toolsOnce these annoying gimmicks are out of the way it all runs smooth and stable at some 32-33Mh/s with ETH per card (zotac and KFA2 cards) But I will not buy more unless they fix the 13 GPU "limit" or bug or whatever it is...because the component cost saving promise turns into wasted time managing difficult rigs and guessing fixes for various snags. cheerios some of your points are correct other not so much. Starting from the price, the 400$ is not the price from asus, i get this board with 220euros (price of the retail), and i get a lot of them. Then this board has 3 power connectors for 3 PSU and this feature is amassing, you are right for the build quality they will have to make more premium. The 13 GPU limit is not from ASUS, its a chip problem, also remember some time ago windows has 8GPU limit. I am very happy to get ASUS mining exert better that building 2 system with 6 cards. And the mos great thing is that is optimized for miner. Get from the box update the bios and you are ready to go. In my opinion is perfect.

This is because there's no monitor attached - There's no way around that without plugging a monitor into each one after the rig has been started up Exist any type of software that make windows believe that is a monitor attached, i make some search but nothing, or the best solution is to get dummy hdmi?
