Looks like you are proposing to buy 1 BTC for 60 EUR. I think the market price is higher than that...

nice info...I wish they were actually auctioned at a price higher than market price
It is imposible. The bidder wouldn't bid the price higher than the market price otherwise they just go to exchange. As mentioned above, it is not easily possible to buy 30,000 BTC at "market value" i.e. current major exchange price. The exchanges do not have that kind of coin on their order books.

it will be hard for you to get a visa without a job and a job without a visa. unfortunately, the amount of visas issued annually is capped.

Thanks for writing this. One question: On page 2, you assess the Black Market trading value in Bitcoin as "Negligible". While certainly, most Black Market transactions are supported by fiat, making BTC smaller in absolute terms, I would assume that the share of Black Market transactions to total transactions is at least as large in BTC as it is in fiat. This is not what your tabular comparison states.

What you want is M3, not M2. The Federal Reserve ceased publication of M3 on March 23, 2006. Love the transparency...
Updated my post above again with M3 statistics from Shadow Government Statistics, American Business Analytics & Research LLC, M3 ShadowStats chart at http://www.shadowstats.com/alternate_data/money-supply-chartsI am still not convinced that the USD money supply increases faster than the BTC money supply. Obviously, this will change in the far future, when most BTC have been mined.

since we are mining large numbers of bitcoin every day, for the next few years, bitcoin supply will increase faster than USD supply. only later is what you say true.
Did you see the charts? USD supply is increasing MUCH faster than Bitcoin supply. So this statement is false. For bitcoin, I found the following growth rates at at https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Controlled_supplyYear | BTC Supply Growth Rate | USD M2 Supply Growth Rate | USD M3 Supply Growth Rate | 2007 | n/a | 12% | 10% | 2008 | n/a | 8% | 15% | 2009 | infinite | 5% | 10% | 2010 | 100% | -3% | -3% | 2011 | 50% | 7% | -2% | 2012 | 33% | 5% | 4% | 2013 | 13% | ? | 5% | 2014 | 11% | ? | 4% | 2015 | 10% | ? | ?% |

Since ebay owns PayPal, this is unlikely to happen.

to make this list more useful, could you add links to the ANN threads for each of the coins to the OP?

as for all of these sites, the keys shown are generated when the page is requested by a visitor. There is no "database" of generated keys and there is no way to get the key of a specific bitcoin address (since that would require the whole database of private keys up front).

You are selling a 'put option' together with your BTC.

in some other thread someone said that it would be illegal for Gox to buy at Gox and sell at other exchanges. I wonder if that is true...

They posted this on their facebook page 15 minutes ago: It shouldn't be long. We'll make an announcement when everything is back up. Seems kind of slack IMO, BlockChain.info are meant to be one of the big players in the BitCoin industry yet they have had no end of problems over the past week or some, some out of their control, but others; like this downtime, and similar downtime to their APIs is just poor. Mt. Gox is also supposed to be "one of the big players in the BitCoin industry".
