It would be very interesting to see a list of coins/tokens and whether they are likely to be classed as securities.
Very easy to move a virtual company, or base it in any jurisdiction.
I guess it may still pose an issue for US residents.

Why does Zcoin get such a hard press?
They seem to be doing everything they can to make it the most anonymous coin, addressing some of the shortcoming of Monero and Zcash.
I remember they have announce about release MTP in next time, maybe in Septemter until November they will release this technology. For me, this coin is clone from Zcash, however the potential and current price still very promissing, special have a huge holder from China  who is the huge holder from China? do we know how much they hold? |

I heard Enigma is hot but I had trouble figuring out how to get involved. I jumped in SALT last minute today, was expensive as hell though. $7.50. Ugh. Well let's hope that pays off. I was thinking about BETKING what do you think? It's a well known betting platform. Ambrosus looks absolutely on fire in my view given the tracking of food & medicine/United Nation ties. 100% in on that one.

what ICOs have the highest potential to be successful this summer ? I'm especially interested in the tech based projects, are there any new tech developments coming out this summer ? Any new blockchain as a service platforms ? I don't know where to invest, but I love technical upgrades so i decided to invest in the ICO which can convinces me the most with its tech innovation.
i think kyber is worth invest, Vitalik is the advisor of this project, the last one is OMG, and now OMG has 20x profits, so in Kyber we trust isn't Vitalik an advisor of almost every project!? |

I have the TenX app on andriod and it can't receive/store PAY token - I can deposit other currencies.
How are TenX and Monaco any different to say Revolut? I don't get the need to link crypto, fiat and visa/mastercards.
Am I missing something?

Hi there, I recall reading about Arcarde City (ARC) a few months ago. Today I received an email about the app launch in over 155 countries. Basically, claiming to be a decentralised alternative to Uber. The website doesn't say much, I haven't had the chance to download the app yet and the token market cap is small. OP---> You do realize that the Ethereum Project was an ICO right? The majority of the pre-mine ether went to the pre-sale wallets, so your original premise has lead you down a very slippery slope....However, you have great energy--->keep up your research and your competency will increase along the way.
