201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: April 12, 2018, 07:46:08 AM
both can be really profitable but also can make you lose a lot, gambling will ruin you faster tho
Yes gambling can be profitable at first but mostly not and it is more on wasting money and the only benefits you’ve got are the excitement and satisfaction of being entertained while playing. While in trading you we are skilled enough on that field then the profits will always be there waiting for us. Well that is if we got extra patient from it. Also be wise and do proper research for a potential coins that we are going to buy.
202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does positive thinking affect your edge in gambling on: April 12, 2018, 02:44:09 AM
Some people think that strong feeling affect the outcome of your bet. But for me its all about luck., what do you think guys.
I am sorry but i need to disagree with what you have said. I may not be a gambler but i played occassionally and i can say that it is not all about luck especially when we are talking about table games. It needs strategy and skills though there are times that the presence of luck is with us while playing. Slots and dice games is different, there you need more luck than strategy. So it really depends on what game are you in to.

having positive thinking makes you feel comfortable with your every bet resulting in a good outcome sometimes. It's possible that you can also be calm at a lossing streak if you're thinking positive like you can recover your losses or bounce back from a bad streak.
I agree that positive thinking can help us to focus on the game and that bring us to win most of the time basing on my own experience.

204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: invest only in bitcoin? on: April 10, 2018, 03:11:51 PM
Bitcoin maybe an ideal coin to invest but i will suggest you to also try altcoins like ethereum because i believe that it is also a potential coin to buy and best for long term investment since the price of ethereum is rising still even after the dip and just like bitcoin.
205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you Still believe in Bitcoin? on: April 08, 2018, 04:25:23 AM
Dumping of price will definitely not a reason for me not to believe in bitcoin. It has been years since the bitcoin existed and been in dip several times in all those years but still able to recover with all the corrections. So what was happening now is normal and that is how cryptocurrency works. Prices will always be volatile because it depends on the demands in the blockmarket. Just keep believing guys and wait for the price to pump again.

207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NEO. Buy or not? on: April 05, 2018, 06:32:46 AM
Now I am thinking about buying NEO, what do you thing about this? Shell I wait or buy?
It would be the best move for you mate if you are going to buy NEO Because it is belong to a potential coins among thousands of coins in the market. And the marketcap of NEO is still volatile so it means that there is still chance that the value will rise up one day and can give you huge profits in years to come.
208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does becoming a parent changes the gambler? on: April 05, 2018, 03:33:13 AM
This was the discussion topic we were having last night, a bunch of gambling friends and one of them an expecting dad. There were counter arguments that his child also would turn out a gambler like he is.

The arguments were that it is his in his gene and that'll pass on to his child, since every one in his family was a gambler.

The counter argument was that the child would make a logical decision and genes won't play any part in this.

Which brought us to another important question what if turns out a gambler would they both play together. Would he be comfortable?

Amid this he walked out and texted me he didn't wish to gamble anymore, so wanted your views on this.
Genes doesn’t run in the blood when we talk about gambling because gambling it is not a disease or insanity. It will always be depend on how we raise our child and the sorrounding that we allow them to see as they grow up. Well, if we let our child/children that gambling is like a normal thing and that there is no wrong about it. Then definitely our children will do the same. Always remember that the child’s brain is more smarter than us adults. So be a responsible parents if we want to raise a child that can make us proud.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which cryptocurrency is best to buy today? on: April 05, 2018, 12:52:55 AM
bitcoin is highly valueable now
Absolutely right. Bitcoin maybe in dip for few months now but still the most valuable coin we could ever have and definetely a coin that can easily recover after the corrections in the market. And i belive that bitcoin will always comes with fortune in the future and its best for long term investments since the price always surprise us in every year. Just like what happened before the 2017 ends that the price went up to almost $20000 for 1 BTC.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Market is GREEN - Do you trust it on: April 03, 2018, 08:53:24 AM
Do you think the market will stay green or turn red?

It not an easy call

I say green
No one knows, market as of the moment is very unpredictable. Hoping that it will turn green as the first trimester has just ended. Been out in checking the blockfolio lately to avoid being frustrated with the reds that i saw everytime i checked. So i don’t know what was happening lately with my list of coins. Therefore, i just suggest you to do what i did and just be surprise soon.  Grin
211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting in bitcoin is legal or illegal? on: April 03, 2018, 04:45:03 AM
Since i live in a country where bitcoin or any cryptocurrencies are not an issue so i would say that betting bitcoin is not an illegal. But still and what others said that i will always be depend on the country that we live in. I heard that there are certain countries that banned or made bitcoin illegal to use or patronize therefore usage of it will also be illegal.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the crypto market recover? on: April 02, 2018, 02:16:06 AM
All dreams have been shattered while the marketcap keeps falling every time I refresh coinmarketcap. I kept Hodling expecting it to be a small correction like the ones in 2017. Portfolio dropped more than 70% already  Cry and still dont see the bottom. Now I am wondering if it will recover to previous highs especially considering the China ban and regulations.  Cry Any thoughts?
The feeling is mutual, it is kinda frustrating everytime i check the marketcap. It seems that almost all are in red and it has been months already though green can be seen very seldom but never can boost my thinking to hope more. Questions has been running through my mind everyday, weighting in what my would be the right move to choose. Neither to keep hoping and wait nor to give in with mu emotions nd let go of my investments.
213  Economy / Economics / Re: Will future paper money disappear? on: March 31, 2018, 02:27:04 PM
No, i don’t so in near future eventhough bitcoin was chosen by most of the people still the majority of people in every country still preferred to use fiat since most of them think the easiest way and used to it already. Besides, most establishment only accepts fiat payments for the transactions made. Most especially to the elders whose having a hard time in learning how crypto’s works.
214  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Why Banks are attacking Bitcoin ? on: March 29, 2018, 11:26:06 AM
The main reason (why banks don't like btc and other cryptos) is the loss of profits.
Transactions made via blockchain kills transactions made via banks.

But the topic is essential! It should be upped!
Absolutely right. In addition to this statement, Banks are threatened that they might lose their huge investors, withdraw their saving and invest it in bitcoin. To think that bitcoin can give more profits than bank who only offers ablittle bit of interest from our savings. While in bitcoin, our smll small will definitely make a fortune in a long term investment and to think that it is decentralised. So why would investors still stick to bank, right?
215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Effects of Gambling on: March 27, 2018, 12:06:22 AM
Gambling Affects your life either in a good or bad way in the long run. Some of those effects that can change your life are:

Good Effects:
*Can make money easily (not guaranteed)
*Gives so much pleasure
*Meeting new friends
*Can increase your assets

Bad Effects:
*Big loss
*Increased on your debt
*Loss jobs
*Depression/Stressed
*Broken Family/Failed on relationship
*Insufficient Funds

Despite of this effects many people are still want to continue gambling, how can you handle this possible effects of gambling in your life?
Good effects that you have been listed doesn’t matter anymore when the bad effects hits you. Well, i am saying that gambling is bad for us. But it depends on how we play and we should always set a limit first before we decide to gamble and definitely stick to that limit which is very hard to do to those who are addicted to gambling already.

216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can ETH reach BTC value ? on: March 26, 2018, 11:10:30 AM
Just wondering if ETH can
Ethereum just started to kick in and getting bigger each day. So the possibility of reaching the value of bitcoin is quite clear already. In my country, our local wallet just added ethereum in the application therefore it means that there are two important coins now in the market and not just bitcoin.

219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN : Oppotunity Or Challenge? on: March 18, 2018, 02:40:15 PM
It maybe a good idea to invest bitcoins but because it is too risky then i would suggest you not to invest too much from it especially because the money that you are planning to use is a borrowed money from your parents. You don’t really need to invest much in one time but instead do it one at a time. Not unless you are also planning to do trading which is a hard work and much more since you are still a newbie.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How was your experience in joining bounty or airdrop? on: March 18, 2018, 08:53:21 AM
I never tried participating in airdrop yet but i had fer bounties already and so far so good for me. I am very particular with the bounty managers and the team and usually pick the one that i had been worked into previously. Though bounty program is not really a 100% dependant to the managers and team it is more on the investors. The more demands of the token, the big chance of the bounty to be successful.
