201  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: GOVERNMENTS CAN CONTROL CRYPTOCURRENCY on: March 14, 2018, 12:23:26 PM
There have been a lot of arguments concerning this topic. Again, there have been a lot of pronouncements from governments officials pertaining cryptocurrency control and people actually reacted to them.

Even though some governments may want people to think they control and regulate cryptocurrencies, that is far from the case, as cryptocurrency cannot be regulated or controlled by default. Companies providing solutions related to this new form of money, on the other hand, are subject to existing guidelines which apply to other financial service providers as well. The flow of money in the cryptocurrency world is not controlled by any central authority, nor will it ever be.

What is your own thoughts about this?
External Control, Yes. Mainly to Control, No. Bitcoin is powered by blockchain system which cannot be control by any organization, institution and even the government, In short it has no governance. The pricing will depend on the demand and supply. What government can do is to put limits, laws, rules and regulations on its territory and people they handled or being ruled.
202  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google will ban ICO and crypto ads? on: March 14, 2018, 10:38:48 AM
Guys hi,

Did you heard about it?

In a post published Tuesday, the firm suggested that it will certainly change its existing monetary product restriction listing in June this year, blacklisting ad web content “including yet not limited to initial coin offerings (ICO), cryptocurrency exchanges, cryptocurrency purses, as well as cryptocurrency trading suggestions.”

“Such advertisements will not be allowed to serve,” the blog checks out. In addition, the restriction will relate to Google’s both proprietary as well as associated ad systems.

“We do not have a crystal ball to know what the future expects the market to cry out. But we have seen enough harm for consumers in this area, so we want to approach it with particular caution, “- said on Google.

The bitcoin price was largely unchanged after Google’s announcement.

Google advertisements are very useful to promote bitcoin, alternative coins and exchangers, this helps the particular ICO to promote their coin to be successful. If this is true its a breakdown to many ICO that is using google to advertise and promote, I hope youtube ads will not be same as this. I think government is accountable for this happenings since government do have control over this and against cryptocurrencies somehow.
203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to your Bitcoin when you Die? on: March 14, 2018, 09:55:29 AM
Did you guys teach your family members on how to access and use your Bitcoin in case you will die?
Do you want to take your Bitcoin with you when you're gone?

Let me hear it from your own opinions...
It will forever be lost unless you have person you trusted with your computer or phone that contains your passwords, pins, mnemonics, seeds, private keys or anything that will have access to your storage like soft wallets and hard wallets. This is one of the reason why bitcoin lowered its volatility because of stock or lost coins, number of bitcoins is increasing and so the lost coins the result would be a stable volatility rate.
204  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is Advertising through bounty profitable? on: March 14, 2018, 06:29:10 AM
I want to ask how does the people that do bounty make money.I mean they are giving away money for free. How is it profitable for ICO teams?
Because very less amount of people invest in their ICO through bounty. Huh
Absolutely, without a doubt bounty program is a great source of income where you will promote their ICO in a way that you will post on different sections wearing their ICO signature fitted to your rank for people to notice and recognize. There is also a social media bounties but the pool is much lower than the signature campaign, more likely the more signature campaign will be 30% of the total bounty reward.
205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Better way to improve clean knowledge about bitcoin? on: March 13, 2018, 04:49:53 PM
is their any institute or college that can grow knowledge about bitcoin? or any other way to get clean knowledge?
If you really want to know deep about bitcoin , don't be that read and know well yes reading might be essential to pick knowledge but reading is just reading a group of words , letters what i mean is if you want to know bitcoin show eagerness, don't be lazy , research on what you have read don't rely on one source of information, make yourself a reliable source too.
206  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can we help bitcoin grow? on: March 13, 2018, 07:42:44 AM
Bitcoin doesn't hold the promise it once did, explosive growth and adoption, now the only explosion in adoption is the number of segwit users. People are using the lightning network before it's ready, potentially damaging the bitcoin ecosystem.

So I ask you, what can we do to improve bitcoin adoption, reduce fees and protect bitcoin for being crushed by regulations?
The greatest we can do is to support and promote bitcoin by that way we can merely help it to grow and gain trust from the investors and people who have doubts on bitcoin. However we cannot control the fees but the institution and private organization can, for bitcoin's protection all i can say is do not abuse the use of bitcoin, do not make a criminal action using bitcoin or else governments will take action against it.
207  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: March 12, 2018, 09:32:25 AM
How and why would the end of bitcoin (and any other cryptocurrency) occur? Value decrease? Legality issues? Different technology/ideas to supersede it?
I always think of this thing, if nothing lasts forever and so the bitcoin is, eventually it will die the price will gradually decrease. I think the reason for bitcoin's death will be the replacement of it with other coin, more flexible, more beneficial and much better than bitcoin, people will lose interest on a lower one as bitcoin will be replaced because that is the nature of people and no one can change it.
208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto ICO's are killing Bitcoin. on: March 12, 2018, 07:38:48 AM
I never understood why cryptotraders and exchanges support ICO's, my reasoning is this: An ICO gets funded, then they do what, they SELL the BTC they raised for fiat and push the price dive on BTC, thus taking all those BTC out of the trade environment, anyone thinking that an ICO would reinvest into the exchange is naive. This hurts everyone, even the exchanges. You might say "Well the exchanges get fee's on ico" well that is true, but they are losing all future potential fee's on those coins, if they had continued trade on the market.

So in Short - ICO's are killing Bitcoin and CryptoMarkets.

I do always look forward for a new coin in the market but im also worried about the bitcoin and its future. Added coin on the market for sell i quite good for customer's choice but it will decrease the chances for people to buy bitcoin because of probability that people will buy another coin. We need to continue promoting bitcoin for it to not lose its value in the cryptomarket.
209  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy when market is Red on: March 11, 2018, 09:49:34 AM
Buy when market is Red, a trick to successful trading. Also dont put buy orders ahead of time.
Yeah , its really interesting when you see the market in red days.Buying dips is a really good strategy for getting a profit  hwoever it will costs much time to recover the price but in some cases its pretty fast. Red market has been always the great opportunity for investors to buy as they arr expecting a inflation in price after a downfall.
210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: March 10, 2018, 02:11:15 PM
I have heard that bitcoin is not supported in some countries. But why ? Is it because bitcoin is risky ? Some countries even declare 6 months jail if her people use bitcoin. Is it fair ? I mined few cryptos and have left mining. It was fun and challenging too. But I never got any clear answer. What does my gpu actually do ? I pay electric bill, my room temperature goes high and I get paid. With actually no skill on pc hardware and software. Whole thing is still pretty unclear to me
Yes it is not YET supported in some countries, but soon they will i guess. I think some government really restricted bitcoin on their country to protect their citizens from scams and unregistered ICO's or they are really scared that bitcoin will be their new financial system rather than the banking system they have. Nonetheless, government is really trying to study the bitcoin to ensure the consumers security.
211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN : Oppotunity Or Challenge? on: March 10, 2018, 12:35:19 PM
I'm a new investor who is talked about Newbie, and I'm know Bitcoin by Ebooks and Internet.   Smiley I found that the history of Bitcoin is relatively short, to talk about benefits, it is digital currency, not through convenient medium and relatively fast. But there are many limitations, it is anonymous and easy to be Hackers possession, difficult to universal throughout the world as well as all types of business. I want to borrow money from my parents to buy more Bitcoin, because I believe the value is increasing but they still doubt it is multi level ponzi, should I invest a lot here or not? I need more advice. Thank all of you a lots.

I already seen the bitcoin's capability of bringing success to anyone, i saw a lot of lives has change because of bitcoin. I advice you to study and read more about bitcoin since bitcoin is has a very broad system.
Invest more because bitcoin can really a game changer in terms of financial terms and can change the financial system over the country which will give us a fair distribution.
212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Governments Kill Bitcoin? on: March 10, 2018, 03:53:34 AM
The latest news is that the US government is look closely at Bitcoin. A number of governments such as Russia and China are also planning to issue their own digital currencies. They clearly see a financial threat from Bitcoin.

What do you think? Can governments kill Bitcoin and replace it with their own digital/crypto currency?
I think yes, there is a possibilty that bitcoin can be killed or stop by the government specially when they unites. Bitcoin and its technology is a innovative financial system which is more efficient than the banking system we have right now, just so happen that banks is being controlled by the government. What can government do is putting an external power to bitcoin which their people will not able to use bitcoin.
213  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you thinking about the future? on: March 09, 2018, 01:18:12 PM
Have you ever thought about buying bitcoin for your children as a future investment?
Yes, actually i always think about the future, from the factors to the price affecting bitcoin. I want to have a legacy wealth for my kids as well as to my family. I really expect that bitcoin will be a great factor to change the world somehow because of the internet and bitcoin itself. I always imagine what bitcoin could do in the next years of it existing, it can buy precious things like luxurious cars and houses.
214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is Big in Japan on: March 09, 2018, 11:30:17 AM
It is no surprise for me that Japan is open to the idea of Bitcoin, the Japanese people has always been futuristic and technologically advace society. They understand the value and the role of bitcoin in the future and they are now adapting to the change that is happening in our financial system. I think that all countries should adapt this kind of thinking from the Japanese.
Japanese people are known for their prudency and good outlook of the future. They knew bitcoin would be big in the near future and so they already are buying cryptocurrencies to reserve themselves a seat once bitcoin's value reaches unbelievable amounts. Moreover, the creator of bitcoin is a Japanese so I think it's just normal for us Asians to support our fellow countrymen.
215  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: solving bitcoin's weakness?? on: March 09, 2018, 09:59:08 AM
so I heard about this project called Havven. they recently sold out their ico and their whole idea is being a stablecoin and payment network. They are meant for everyday purchases for the crypto economy so we don't have to worry about price volatility.

I see this as a huge upside to btc since I see btc more as an asset that appreciates. It's impossible to use it for everyday things due to the price fluctuations and fees.

What do you guys think? This one's similar to Tether, but isn't tied to gold or fiat. Would love peoples thoughts on this subject. https://havven.io/
Stable price will not excite the expectation of people as it is what it is. I think the bitcoin's volatility isn't really the weakness, i guess its high volatility rate is one of advantage of bitcoin among other cryptocurrencies. What people look forward to bitcoin is the variation of price and they made it as an investment with really great future which i do not think that coin will have.
216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Taiwanese Central Bank Sees Future In Blockchain For Payment Systems on: March 09, 2018, 01:58:20 AM
Yang Chin-long, the new governor of Taiwan’s central bank, indicated in a speech yesterday, Feb. 26, that the bank would be open to exploring Blockchain technologies.

At the end of January, Taiwanese capital Taipei had announced that they intended to turn into a ”smart city,” utilizing Blockchain for providing technological advances like pollution sensors and health history tracking to citizens by partnering with IOTA.

During his speech at the presidential handover ceremony, Yang Chin-long said that the central bank will be open to “[adopting] artificial intelligence technologies and big data analysis to better predict and analyze global economic conditions:”

“In addition, the bank will also try to explore the feasibility of enhancing the security and efficiency of payment systems using decentralized ledger technology [Blockchain].”

In October of 2017, Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) publicly announced its support for Initial Coin Offerings (ICO), cryptocurrencies, and Blockchain in the country in a move to counter the strict crypto regulations in China and South Korea.
I think this is a great first step towards a bright future for the cryptocurrency industry. It is true that cryptocurrencies provide a type of innovation to the conventional currency that might revolutionize the way we look at money. I am glad that big countries in terms of economic growth saw potential to blockchain technology that we bitcoin investors see.
217  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Private key address bitcoin on: March 08, 2018, 10:57:09 AM
Hi, how are you ? I would like to know if it is possible to hack a bitcoin address and to have his private key Huh?

Thank you !

Cordially !
Yes there is a possibility but the possibility of hacking someone's private key or password really needs an unexceptional skills in mathematics for logical readings and solving. This is why your private key should have keep on a secured place where no one can access it same as password, your password should have an uppercases and lowercases and contains alphanumeric characters.
218  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I stop Buying BTC? on: March 08, 2018, 08:04:45 AM
Should I stop buying BTC for above market value or should I start paying the listed price? I support Bitcoin and still pay 5k a BTC does anyone see bitcoin going back up?
Bitcoin did an incredibly growth after a years and possible to reach higher than $20000 this year. It depends on you if you want to buy bitcoin on a high price, if you see it growing and increasing why not ? as long as you will be having profit on it just go, this is my opinion and my speculation but just look at the bitcoin's movement last year, it's astonishing and amazing.
219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will people lose intrest? on: March 07, 2018, 12:28:28 PM
Hello!

If bitcoin died do you think people will lose intrest in other cryptos aswell? which altcoin would you invest in if there were no bitcoin?
I don't think people will lose interest towards bitcoin, in fact many people starts to recognize bitcoin as an asset. People won't lose interest on bitcoin because bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrencies, if you see its price, its incredibly high it has more than 500% higher on other coins in the market. I guess people will just lose interest on bitcoin if another coin will take its place from being the highest.
220  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I would rather have paper money then Bitcoin on: March 06, 2018, 07:23:37 AM
This is going to come to a surprise to many on here, but at the moment I'd rather have paper (US FIAT) money. It's something that I would be able to actually use in my life with ease, and even though I love crypto and everything I have to be honest about what I think and see.

Plus for the fact that if i was to have bitcoin right now, I'd be paying a very high amount in fees if I wanted to actually end up using this money.

Yeah, you're right there are some reason why paper money is more beneficial than bitcoin but there is something on bitcoin which paper money don't have like high volatility rate. Bitcoin is not for everyone, they say and its true, if you cannot appreciate the use of bitcoin then don't use it, use paper money instead. The problem with us people is we are trying to replace the use of paper money with bitcoin which is way too far from our days.
