Right, and I'm offering that as a service. I'm offering the pre-baked discount variety as a product, for what it's worth.

Yes, as stated. Also, your landlord has keys to your house. In contrast, I'm quite interested in NOT having copies of your keys: The backend I'm using and developing will completely remove any operational or accidental access to the keys, wherein they are to be generated inline and stored encrypted and key records are zeroed upon transmission. Database to be encrypted and compacted regularly to avoid recovery of zeroed records should I get hit by a bus or should some shadowy faction raid the office.
But yes, the offer is only open to those with some shred of faith in humanity. Please do contact me for part key search requests, I can do all sorts of strange searches. Prices will vary.

Messaged you with a few options.

BIG EDIT: Original offer was for pre-baked prefixes.. I can see how naive that is now, so I'm offering split-key bulk supply as follows:
Will supply top 1000 addresses AND keys curated for readability, CamelCase and UPPERCASE, based on the same words list used to generate the pre-baked ones, but using your own part-key. You keep them all, just 0.1 BTC.
The search process can generate around 1GB of solutions, my custom scripts score them for human readability and clarity.
The top of the list may look something like this:

Just checked.. there's an orphaned block a couple hours prior, according to blockchain.info.. that's about it
|
|

No, which is strange, usually almost instantaneous..

Is there any way I can get you to drop the min. withdrawal to 0.5 LTC? Seems disproportionally high at 1.0, and it would take me a couple days to drop in another 0.5.
Lowered to 0.5 Cool, thanks. Good call kicking in that masked PIN, too.

Alright.. worth a shot, no?

MHash is Millions of Hashes per second where khash is Thousands, so it sounds like you're getting 1000 times less horsepower than you should be. Has all this hashing resulted in a single accepted share? You should be getting thousands a day.

Hi Tycho, and Bob,
guiminer with cgminer did in fact run all weekend without incident, with no flags. guiminer with poclbm failed after minutes, not an overheating issue at all.
|
|
|
Oh my. I get 5.0 Mhash/s on just 3 cores of CPU! An ATI card should pull no less than 100Mhash/s.
Make sure you're picking the video card in the GUIMiner worker's "Devices" dropdown, it may default to your CPU. It may have a funny name like "Juniper".

In GUIminer, with CL, it's not a heat issue.. after a few minutes (and always under 75 degrees) i get a pile of long poll I/O errors, then it's like this:

Is there a way to adjust polling reconnect rate? Is that all it could be?
Can't use cgminer, it's too aggressive with video card for deesktop use, looking at bfgminer though

|
|
I'll try it on cg over the weekend.. I don't get as high a rate as with poclbm, especially with my aforementioned cl tweak, but worth a try.

Hi Tycho, I appreciate all you've done with deepbit, the quick payouts are great, the only reason I've stopped using it is the long polling errors that would prevent it from running overnight. Is there a solution to that? Also check this out, could use feedback https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=187807.0

Made two simple modifications to phatk.cl, speed went from 131 Mh/s to 136 Mh/s on Radeon 5750 @ 800Mhz. Be sure to use -v -w 128 in Flags (I use -v -w128 -f60 -s 0.001 for desktop use, gets about 125 with no lag). Optimized 2 inline functions and replaced all "mod 8" with "bitwise-and 7". Just replace with this copy for 3% boost. Let me know if you get more out of it! I'd appreciate any feedback. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/205653/bc/phatk.clDonations welcome :) 17jYVen8KDPYCAE2nMkB5BbiFjkZ1f7kU8

One other thing, If you're on XP (32-bit), the AMD/ATI Catalyst 11.8 drivers are the latest you'll find with full OpenCL support. Anything after that they seem to have dropped CL from XP (in favor of a newer architecture perhaps).
The package is called: 11-8_xp32_dd_ccc_ocl
Also, StreamSDK_2-2_xp32 worked for me
