204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is crypto industry dangerous ? on: April 30, 2018, 02:20:25 PM
i want to know what makes the cryprto dangerous? to the point that many countries band the use of crypto in their countries. I want to hear your opinion

I think it is not dangerous but risky. Crypto trading price volatility is very evident  when market goes up it seem there is no tomorrow for its price to surge and when it fall it is also so hard that almost all your earnings are gone. this are the main reasons why other countries don't want crypto because the risk that their citizen may face  when they ry to invest. there is a big possiblity that they may loss their money in just a short period of time.
205  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: April 30, 2018, 11:52:36 AM
Coins.ph - please implement auto logout after 10mins inactivity.

This is very important security feature.

Otherwise user is wide open to connections without 2FA etc - if they forget to sign-out.

Thanks usukan
It would be a hassle for some. So, if coins will add it, I think it would be better not to be a default feature, but an option where the user will still the one to decide whether he will enable it or not.

Tbh, users are responsible to secure their wallets. Security features are available, users just have to enable it. If they didn't and forgot to sign out their account esp. when using a public computer, it's not coins.ph's fault anymore.
di ba nagaauto lock nman si coins.ph ag na lock mo ung cp mo or nag hibernate ka for certain period. tska kahit naka login ka nag ttaning sya ng 4 nunbers pincode  and kung hindi man nag aauto log out i agree na it is user's responsibility to secure its own wallet after used log out agad pde nman mag login anytime pag needed. user's have still the full cintrol ofctje security of wallet regardless of coins.ph may add more security features or not.
206  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you a full time trader or just part timer? on: April 29, 2018, 01:36:42 PM
I started trading bitcoin 2 years ago. When I was new at trading I used to trade every day,I mean every time I had Bitcoins on my account and whenever I sold my alts at a good price I used to open new trade every time. I spend almost all of my time before my computer screen for trading. Good to mention that the market was bullish and I was enjoying trading these days. But later then the market was crashed and sadly I dont stop my habit of trading and I got into a big loss.

Then I started doing research about the bitcoin trading history and I was learning lessons from every where I can. And from lately I set up my own strategy of trading. Now I trade whenever I thing its right time to put my bitcoins in the market.

That last 2 year was full of ups and down.
I learned so many lessons about bitcoin trading.

What do you prefer when you trading bitcoin?

Are you a part time trader or full time trader?

Lets talk about our own strategies about bitcoin trading.
I'm a part time trader since I don't have enough time  to monitor crypto market daily I only invest in solid crypto coins and currently holding btc, eth, xrp, ada and nem and I'm holding this for longterm but before i do long term investor I'm also experience the same on what you hs e experienced losing for short teem or day trading but not in crypto but in stock tradingand it thought meva lot of things and experienced which i apply here in crypto trading.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest wisely on: April 29, 2018, 05:46:53 AM
It's getting ridiculous here. People are now investing just because of the hype or just from watching the scores given by Icobench, ICOratings etc.

You're doing it wrong. You should look at the team and the experience they have, whether this project exists already (e.g we have Monaco, TenX, Centra, MoxyOne and many others) and none of them actually delivered 100% what they promised etc. so unless you really see the potentials on the project, you really shouldn't invest. Ignore the moon bullshit they are trying to feed you.

This is valid for both bounty hunters (because they are wasting their time) and ICO participants (wasting money).
I agree as my self a bounty hunters too and we spend 3-5 months promoting the ico coins but sometimes this coin doesn't give us our coin or in most cases price is dropping when it ooen to exchange. that is why if I receive my coins from bointy i sold it and invest to solid groeth coins for long term such as btc eth ada XRP and nem so fsr that is now my coins for long term
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All Alt Coins are a scam. on: April 29, 2018, 03:53:26 AM
Well this is what the insightful Tone Vays claims...

He claims that ETH, DASH, shit 99.5% of all the ALTS are scams and the only coin that will survive is Bitcoin.

So l guess we should all sell our Alts now!
Everyone is entitled for its own opinion but saying all alt coins is scam or shit then he need to show concrete evidence that support its allegations not just mere hersay and no facts. thougj i agree that bitcoin will survive i think some few alt coins will still exist in the future like eth, xrp etc....
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: May 2018 - start of the bull run or bull trap? on: April 28, 2018, 01:36:20 PM
April is coming to an end and many people believe May will be a good month for the crypto space and the start of the next bull run. Some believe this is a big bull trap being coordinated by whales where btc will pump up to around $11k to $13k and then crash down to $3k to $5k range. What do you think will happen?
So far price movement of bitcoin are slowly going up and for me this maybe the indication of bull run cause if this is a bull trap price  improvement should be quickly up fast and fall after several hous .
210  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The reason people do not want to invest in crypto on: April 28, 2018, 05:49:54 AM
For me the reasons why people don't invest to crypto was because of price volatility, very limited knowdledge how crypto can be used, they don't have time to learn crypto trading and they are afraid to loss their investment
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are the Green Days back ? on: April 27, 2018, 05:56:41 PM
Price action now is way better than the past few weeks or even months. bitcoin slowly move upward with a short correction from time to time but the support atr getting stronger at 9k$ level. i hope also the greenday may come so that my portfolio would recover from loss also Sad
212  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT MARKET NOW on: April 27, 2018, 05:29:43 PM
now btc and btc grow up from bottom :btc 6800usd and eth 375 usd,do you think this is below limit and support line for eth and btc??btc pass line resistance 7200 and 7500 usd;eth pass line resistance 400 and 420 usd,btc increase more 10% and eth more 30% from bottom, liquidity seem higher normal days, everyone start buy more coin, the whole market grow up in suspect of evevryone? do you think trend down is stopped?trend recovery is avaible?i hope from now the market will strong grow up
So far your observation seems correct market show sign that bearish market are getting over and bullish market may replace soon. so far most of my alt coins are gaining its price considering bitcoin price are moving up.  hoping we can hit even just 16k$ with in this first half of fhe year.

214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think this year will be Red? on: April 27, 2018, 04:51:58 PM

Do you have any good reason to believe that the crypto market is going to grow this year? Do you think we may end up in all red? I do not see the growth and happy investing of last years.

I don't think so this may depend on the third quarter movement of crypto price but with more and more people are getting interested with crypto currency plus countries are slowly acknowledging bitcoin as alternative payment i think the end of this year would be sn opposite of red.
215  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Green days are coming for bitcoin on: April 27, 2018, 04:44:37 PM
I have gathered informations about bitcoin that might interest you and what’s going on in the other side of the market
Let’s see.

The bitcoin price is now up by approximately eight percent since the beginning of the week. At press time, the currency is trading for over $8,800, and $9,000 by Monday seems like a done deal granted bitcoin can keep up its current momentum.

Frank Cappelleri – executive director of institutional equities at Nomura Instinet – predicts that the currency is slated to go much higher, and will likely strike $9,173 in the coming days.

In addition, over 60 percent of analysts – according to a poll conducted by Tom Lee – feel that bitcoin could break $12,000 by the time summer rolls along.

“Large hedge funds have entered with deep pockets and strong hands,” says John Spallanzani, a portfolio manager at Miller Value Partners. “All positive signs.”

With all of these positive signs we can expect a good market gesture in the coming days.

And yet mining is once again looking profitable!

After a short correction yesterday and bitcon price fall to 8.7k$ now it slowly moving ip and surpass 9.2k$ level if the gradual movement continue maybe we can expect bitcoin price would would reach to 9.7k$-10k$.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe I give up earning money from ICO on: April 26, 2018, 02:17:42 PM
I know I have responsibility for my money. It's my choice and I don't hate anybody, I just hate myself
buying @ICO is quite risky too though they offer big discount the risk of ICO to be fail and you investment where not be refunded would be the most painful situation you may experience in crypto trading specially now a days most ico when introdcued to trading market  was drastically falling down hard. thar is why some investor had a second thought to participate in ICO
217  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Loss in trading on: April 26, 2018, 02:08:05 PM
I am a newbie, I just want to ask how exactly are you losing your money in trading? Can anybody explain how you lose your money in trading? Correct me if I'm wrong I just think that when you buy high but you sell it in low price I think you lose, right? What if you you buy it at a higher price then the price falls on the next days or week will you loss something? What if you'll just hold for it and wait for the price to bounce back? Thanks for your opinions! ☺️
you are right even your coins price has been fall below the price you purchase it you don't yet losing  real monet only paper loss you will only loss corresponding amount of cssh ifvyou sood your coin for a lower price but when you keep holding  until it recover then you are not losing anymore yiu are already gaining.
218  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should bitcoin have risen a little slowly? on: April 26, 2018, 03:43:01 AM
I think if bitcoin rose quite steadily and slowly people wouldn't look at the best cryptocurrency with an "evil eye". Going forward, do you think a slow steady rise, rather than a speedy erratic rise is good for bitcoin to get "accepted" all over the world? The sudden rise seems to scare people and  governments.
For me yes. a gradual and stable movement going up is a heathy state for bitcoin rather than quick spike which may just be a temporary movement since most of quick spike movement have no solid support below and when majority holder sold price msy go down quick too. i must prefer slowly movement.
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why invest in altcoin? on: April 25, 2018, 01:41:30 PM
Why invest in altcoin when you can invest in real estate, stock market?
though the risk is high in investing in altcoins compared to real estate and stock market but the possible return is also high as long asvyou know what alt coins you are investing and has solid project that may deliver success in the future there is no doubt altcoin investment is much better than stock msrket.
220  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google results show more people searching for Bitcoin than gold on: April 25, 2018, 01:28:08 PM
Maybe people  get curious what bitcoin and crypto currency is why gold was already familiar to us as one of in demand prescious metal. people wan to onow how bitcoin be used and how it works as mode of payment for bill and commodities. this is a good sign and may boost number of investor to buy bitcoin.
