Dude, bitcoin has needed more than a year before it was getting a huge pump. Halving will not always bring the direct pump to the price of coin. In this case, i prefer to see the long term impact that happens to the bitcoin rather than a short pump without strong support. Investors have to see the strong fundamentals of bitcoin before they are willing to buy bitcoin. It may take a long time for the coin to return to a new rising price, but until then we need to carefully consider our investment options.
