The dumping happening in the cryptocurrency market is not unconnected with recent event in stock market and worthy of note is the whales and investors with large pocket manipulating the market.  Bowing to selling pressure has a lots of negative consequence,  you should weigh your options before we selling!

I think self drop is an amazing way of distributing token.  The issue however with self drop is the gas fee or transaction fee and the fact that many self drop never make it to the market and the owner of the project may abandon the project while the recipient hold useless token!

The thought of banister manipulating and attempt take over of cryptocurrency is not far fetch,  I think the rise of ripple to second place on coinmarketcap has nothing to do with natural market development rather a manipulation from those that are pushing centralized ripple.  Ethereum is better than ripple and I will continue to invest in Ethereum for decentralisation sake!

Proof of stake is less capital intensive compare to creating a masternode.  I believe you could make good passive income staking your asset with a good coin that has a working proof of stake mining set up!  The top Altcoin like Ethereum is planning to go Pos mining,  that show that project are beginning to see the potential of Pos mining!

Cryptocurrency is indeed revolutionary and better than any centralized currency and asset.  I joined cryptocurrency because it present viable alternative to traditional investment and money!

I believe bitcoin will remain the number one cryptocurrency!  The recent development with bitcoin cash is however casting doubt on bitcoin as there many bitcoin trying to out do each other.  Ethereum is a different and focus on different cache in the market and this could get Ethereum to be very successful in the future cryotocurrency ecosystem!

I will pick Ethereum over ripple for long term investing as ethereum represent the future cryotocurrency we all like to see.  Adoption is very crucial to long to term survival of cryptocurrency and ethereum is promising in this regard!
