We always assume the bitcoin price will not be going any lower but no matter when you say that the price always goes lower. It is a very bad feeling that the price will always be going down at any given time but it doesn't have to of course. The price could be 100 dollars next week, there is literally no regulation to stop that which means when someone says the price will be 100 dollars next week we look at them like they are crazy not because it literally can't but because it is highly unlikely.

Price is quite low right now and I agree that at one point it needs to start going up and only waiting for the right time to go up but we should never forget that there is no regulation or rule or code that states bitcoin can't be 1 dollar one day. Which means even though we should be hopeful for a higher price, we should be always ready for a lower price as well.

If that's what you think it should be. Since the price is low and the market seems to be on the way to recover, then maybe you are right about buying. These time might be the start of another bullrun, yet let's be coutious about what's to come because cryptocurrency is too risky to easily jump into conclusions.
