Extension granted till 1st of March
202  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: SafeDice - Unofficial GIVEAWAY Contest! 0.3 BTC in PRIZES [ESCROWED] on: February 11, 2015, 04:37:09 AM
The giveaway goes on as intended. All funds are in escrow.

loijosh, if possible do the draw today, using random.org, etc. and pick 20 random winners. (all make all of them win if < 20)

All confirmed users (you need to wager a small amount) will have twice the chance of winning the draw that those who are not confirmed, for fairness reasons.

Confirmed users that will receive two tickets to the draw are:

A winner can win only once. (ignore if the the number allotted to already won participant if so.) However if there are excess funds, a participant can win up to 2 times.

Because of this suspicious behaviour of a newbies with 1 to 20 posts turning up, I am restricting #3 prize only to a member having 42+ activity (not posts) minimum to protect the interests of the real participants.
Newbies with 28 to 42 activity, will be given only a prize of 0.002BTC.

#1 and #2 are however open to all.

I will post the latest pic of my the participants for the #1 and #2 prizes on the last day.

If there are any excess funds, escrow is requested to keep it. Cheesy

P.S. I will never sell this account or anything. So you can always contact me. But, i won't be checking often.
203  Economy / Gambling / Re: I am leaving guys. :( on: February 11, 2015, 04:22:31 AM
I also have another reason to quit, which is, lol, bitcoin is taking me a lot of time. This is a crucial part of my life. If I succeed in my career, I will buy a lot of Bitcoins, and bankrupt PD hodl it.  Cheesy

i also learned some pretty hard lessons from this experience. I also wished I used Coinbase Vault. Tongue

(Too many smileys?)
204  Economy / Gambling / Re: I am leaving guys. :( on: February 11, 2015, 04:19:29 AM
I just logged in, since I saw a huge number of replies here. Thanks for your warm hearted support. Cheesy

Sorry for your loss Cry
It's so easy to hit MAX button on PD (and many other dice sites). Sometimes I hit it instead of neighbor x2 button.

Yeah, I am sure I did that. There is no other possible explanation. PD doesn't warn you like most other sites, when you are betting max.

You bet your entire balance Shocked
You should know gambling is for fun, not for get money

I hope i won't leave bitcoin if i lose all my BTC
Quote
If you bet your whole balance, then you will end up losing everyhing sooner or later.  I am sorry that you have lost a lot of money, but it is probably better for you that you stop betting heavily on games of chance.

You don't seem to understand that I never intended to bet the entire balance on a single bet. I was probably freaked out that I didn't check it twice. Sad

Sorry man, that is a crappy way to go out, but at least you didn't lose them to some butt head scammer.

I do hope you'll reconsider and come back soon.

Good luck either way!

lol, the best way to get it out of my head, is to believe that bitfinex got hacked and all my balance vanished. Tongue
205  Economy / Gambling / I am leaving guys. :( on: February 10, 2015, 11:34:45 AM
#magicbeans

I made quite  a big loss of 5BTC today. I had 8.5BTC left, and at PD, I made a big bet and won 4BTC. Then, instead of betting the 4BTC, as I usually do so that I won't lose my principal, (I think I accidentally hit max, otherwise it is not possible), I bet my entire balance for some odds (1.4x or so), and Lost!

Just for the info: my total loss = my total earning till date for 2 years here = 17BTC. Sad
Bet IDs 3738681123 AND 3738420804 Primedice

I made the simple mistake of not checking my bet twice, since I was kinda nervous. Sad

So, goodbye guys, I realized that once you lose all your Bitcoins, you will lose interest.

I will probably a few years later. (I am now wishing contrary to what I wished before, that the price will go to some $50 or so, so that I might be able to buy back some and come back here. Smiley )

Goodbye

Yours sincerely
Watoshi Dimobuto aka magicbeans

Edit: Thanks to Stunna, admin of PD, I have received 0.1BTC for trusting on my luck too much. Tongue
I am slowly recovering and has decided not to leave here after all. (kind of like redsn0w did. Wink )
However I will be reducing the time spend here.

Bitcointalkers are too good and helpful. Can't seem to be able to leave them so long Cheesy

Need 0.25BTC loan to 14tj6z5gG84YaMUdDKr5U5gWom11yW9MGR

I had requested a withdrawal from a reputed exchange, but it is not getting processed (been around 1 hour atm). I noted that the previous withdrawal was to the same address with the same amount. So probably they want to check the entire thing before processing.

Is it possible for you to loan the amount? I need it quite urgently.

Period: within 24 hours. I will repay the loan after 3 confirmations of the withdrawal has been made, whichever is earlier.
Rate: 2.5%

The withdrawal was processes. ty Smiley

All confirmed users (you need to wager a small amount) will have twice the chance of winning the draw that those who are not confirmed, for fairness reasons.
(This does not apply to Brimskie who has wagered the amount, but is not showing up due to some weird reason.)
220  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: SafeDice - Unofficial GIVEAWAY Contest! 0.3 BTC in PRIZES on: February 09, 2015, 04:41:13 AM
Is this correct?

Prizes:
...
#3. 20 random participants will get 0.005BTC preloaded link to your wallet. Draw will be made on 12th Feb, with all enrolled participants till date.
...

Will you be sending prizes directly to the wallets, or to SD account (tips on chat)?

SD chat has a max of 0.01 tip so I will only be able to cover 2 or so. I will be doing it the former way.
