There also isn't a single online wallet that I know of that has a bricks & mortar office.

If I may add one thing: If I were in my late teens again and about to go off to university, then I would have acquired some basic accounting qualifications. I don't know where you're based in and how easy it is to get an accounting licenses to be a basic freelance accountant. In my home country, there are about 6-8 stages of qualification, but the first two are quite simple and allow you to work as a licenses accountant for booking simple transactions and organising the accounts. This kind of work is great freelance work (if you have small businesses as clients for example). It's safe and stable and you earn ok money and you can find you clients online.
Thanks for your post, gave me some inspiration. Your tip regarding accounting work seems a good one too. In which country do you live?

I would like to buy a Netflix 1 year gift card for a reduced price.
There are a lot of people selling these on the forum, but I have read an almost equal amount of posts of people who have been scammed. Apparently, some sell codes purchased from stolen credit cards. Netflix will cancel these as soon as they found out they're stolen. Other reports indicate they can cancel the code after you have payed them. Netllix will refund their money, but you will have lost both your Netflix access AND your money.
Are there trustworthy sellers or are all scammers?
TL DR; Netflix 1 year gift card: is it possible to buy cheap or will I get scammed?

Could someone please comment on my understanding of activity?
The way it's calculated:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration activity = min(time * 14, posts)
My current activity is 84 and I have 436 posts. This must mean I have been posting 7 two-week periods in total since my registration * 14 which equals 84. In order to become a full member (activity 120) I just have to post 1 reply every 2 weeks until I have been posting 9 two-week periods, as 9*14 equals 126 which is larger than 120?

Unless this coin would actually differ from other coins, which from reading your TS it doesn't, I suggest you save us the hassle of seeing another altcoin fail.

I don't agree with you. The financial state of the US is a laugh, and they won't be able to maintain their technological superiority versus their 'enemies' in the future.
They will if their 'enemies' keep loaning them money ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) And we both know that won't continue endlessly. The major question is what happens after that point..

Before taking the time and effort to respond to that.. Not trying to sound too skeptical, but have you actually been in a third world country for yourself?
|
|
|
I hope that is not true, I really am looking forward to this release just because of the lower transaction fees.
|
|
|
Not sure if you are aware that fees will be 1/10th of what they are now as of version 0.9.
Is there an ETA for version 0.9 or will it release 'when it's done'? Bitcoin 0.9.0rc2 is available for testing so I guess it won't take long anymore. Perhaps a final version in 2 weeks?

Now for some small details.. How would these people be able to actually buy something they need with this coin? Trusting a bank or other local organization to spread the coins equally among the people? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

Oh boy this doesn't look good..
It is bloody worrying, this kind of thing is exactly what triggers a world war, a super power gets cocky and then everybody else gets dragged into it. Exactly. I sure hope Russia won't invade Eastern Ukrain. Some fired shots should be enough to escalate this incident into a war. World war I hardly think this is going to spark a world war We wont have another World War in our lifetime Depends on how old you are of course, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a war between China and the US after >10 years once their economic expansion has cooled down resulting in World War 3.

People in the third world need safety and access to food and water. Do you really think they would somehow without money, computers and electricity buy 'third world coins?' ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif)

If the rates are reduced since the sig isn't as big, I can understand that. I'm not gonna be really happy about it though.
If the rate does get reduced for the lower members, I hope that we can at least get paid the full amount for the eligible posts that we did make before the forced sig changes.
I agree with everything here. I wouldn't blame Stunna for reducing the rates to lower members as I would under the circumstances, but hopefully he'll honour this month's payments or for the posts we made up until the changes at least. I have the same opinion as you do. After all, we didn't knew the rules for signatures would change and this month has been ongoing for 11 days in which a lot of us have made a lot of effort to contribute by making constructive posts.

Great story, it was nice to read that BTC has made a positive impact on your business. Where are the farmers you work with located? I'm guessing somewhere in Asia?
