Occupiamoci ora del valore legale della risposta che l’Agenzia delle Entrate dà all’istanza di interpello presentata dal contribuente. Non vi è dubbio che, per il contribuente che decide di adeguarsi al parere fornito dall’ufficio, non possono scattare sanzioni o accertamenti [4]. Ma nello stesso tempo, il parere fornito dall’ufficio non è vincolante e il contribuente ben potrebbe decidere di comportarsi diversamente, salvo poi, in caso di contestazioni, sollevare la questione della corretta interpretazione davanti al giudice. In pratica, l’interpello vincola solo l’Agenzia delle Entrate mentre il cittadino può decidere di non uniformarsi al parere ricevuto. Non dimentichiamoci, infatti, che il vero interprete della legge è l’autorità giudiziaria e non la pubblica amministrazione che, tutt’al più, può sposare una tesi piuttosto che un’altra. Gli uffici dell’Agenzia delle Entrate, invece, salva la possibilità di rettificare il parere, non possono emettere atti impositivi e/o sanzionatori difformi dal contenuto della risposta fornita in sede di interpello, sempre che quanto prospettato dal contribuente coincida con quanto accertato.
Diversa è però l’ipotesi in cui un contribuente decide di adeguarsi alla risposta all’interpello fornita in precedenza dall’Agenzia delle Entrate a un diverso contribuente. In tal caso, la risposta all’interpello non ha valore per gli altri contribuenti che potrebbero ugualmente rischiare un accertamento pur adeguandosi a quanto detto dallo stesso ufficio. L’interpello infatti interessa esclusivamente il singolo contribuente che ha formulato l’istanza e questioni specifiche. Ne consegue che è legittima la censura ad una società che si sia uniformata ad una risposta di una Direzione regionale, su un caso analogo, ma richiesta da altro contribuente. Consiglio : Volete partecipare a questa rivoluzione? Allora adeguatevi al fatto che non potete eseguire azioni verso il mondo fiat senza "rischiare" (Date voi il senso a questa parola) in quanto siete dentro un contesto mai visto prima. Informatevi BENE e pagate solo quando sarà OBBLIGATORIO. Ci vuole pazienza. Non volete partecipare non riuscite ad aspettare? Allora fate cash-out, pagate o non pagate le tasse, ma uscitene definitivamente. Probabilmente avete sbagliato contesto. Tutto e subito non si può. Volete tenere un piede tra le crypto e le fiat? Forgive me if I'm wrong but I'm not sure HOW you can force the exchange to sell the remaining 499.999? Maybe you can find the person/bot who bought 0.001 and ask them why they did that, if they wouldn't mind buying the remaining 499.999 next time?
You must use a Gun. If you use a Gun againsts the exchange, then the exchange will sell the 499.999 remaining. Same works for Phisical person. |

So what are the legal and technical formalities I have to be aware to get a licence for CAT?
As I see that some are selling their licence for 0.5 BTC, the first postings says 0.9BTC and in the German Altcoin forum it is announced with 0.8BTC....
So hope you cane give an advise how to proceed here?!?

Sampey, please help me to find the right settings, ... maybe it is missing  It happens very often, I setup a ping to buy coins, say 500 coins and the pong is expected to sell about 500 coins, but there is no counter offer in the list with nearly 500 coins. However, there is an offer of 0.001 coin. Since the price matches the min. guaranteed gain %, C.A.T. will sell. Great % gain achieved, but in reality ZERO. In Mode / Price limit is a settings to target the pong PRICE, but I could not find a setting to influence the pong QUANTITY. Sampey, where did you hide it, lol? In case it is missing, a setting of pong quantity - fix amount / at least of <70%> of ping .... would be great. Hi, there's no way to target the QTY, orders match over price, not over qty. There's nothing you can do about that. if someone wants to sell you 0.0001 X Coins over your order of 1000 X Coins there's nothing you can do. |

I am running several experimental trades to establish the best performing coin pairs. So I start them at different times and so on ( short times apart, some longer). Different amounts and so on,mixture of buys and sells.
Question is this, when I start them all off generally they all end up being added together into one larger trade after one ping pong cycle - ( if I tick the merge similar trade and merge order book options in advanced). Apart from them all appearing together does this have any disadvantages in terms of returns?
When I untick the options in advanced the trades and orders stay separate, but in the ping pool they get added as one line in the market explorer console. So is it the same effect in profitability and its just a case of looking neater?
Or if they are all separate the prices ( and hence profits), vary between them?
What do you do with multiple pings on one coin pair, merge or not merge?

quello che più mi inquieta è pensare che una persona "diligente" dovrebbe dichiarare le sue crypto nel quadro RW (tral'altro con una causale generale). Poiché alle valute virtuali si rendono applicabili i principi generali che
regolano le operazioni aventi ad oggetto valute tradizionali nonché le
disposizioni in materia di antiriciclaggio, si ritiene che anche le valute virtuali
devono essere oggetto di comunicazione attraverso il citato quadro RW,
indicando alla colonna 3 (“codice individuazione bene”) il codice 14 – “Altre
attività estere di natura finanziaria”. Ce lo vedo l'early adopter che ne ha presi 1000 con 1 dollaro e leggendo questo si mette il cuore in pace : Si fa presente, inoltre, che ai fini della determinazione di un’eventuale
plusvalenza derivante dal prelievo dal wallet, che abbia superato la predetta
giacenza media, si deve utilizzare il costo di acquisto e che agli effetti della
determinazione delle plusvalenze/minusvalenze si considerano cedute per prime
le valute acquisite in data più recente (cfr. articolo 67, comma 1-bis, del TUIR).

I have set Price Limit Rules based on last buy and last sell prices and I'm wondering if this would still work even after I restart CAT? Because I know the status and statistics tab resets to 0 after restart.. So this resets then where would CAT base it's last buy and last sell prices?

Can you confirm that the binance 50% discount on the trading fee is being applied to all trading through CAT and the api it makes the trades with on binance? I do have the use bnb for trade function activated within my account settings on Binance.

CAT have some problems with fees on binance, so it applies a "rounding" algorithm based subtract the Fee from the total value of a trade In others words you should not consider a lot how much fees CAT shows you. |
