201  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: KLYEMAX - Now accepting mod applications! on: May 10, 2016, 10:36:32 PM
I owe only 1.3 BTC out of the 25BTC of the original IPO, So before you go on circlejerking yourself with fucking asinine spamtard comments like the gem you wrote above, Maybe actually read the OP and understand the situation instead of making yourself look like a sig ad spammer.

With all due respect, how on earth do you only owe 1.3 BTC? Can we please see a balance sheet (e.g. Excel file with list of your creditors)? The last time I checked, you had only paid off approx. 5 BTC of your debt to your original investors.

I've just spent the last hour running totals and it appears I may have slightly underestimated the amount I have left to repay.
The current amount I have left outstanding on the shares that haven't been refunded appears to total ~1.85 BTC.

The shareholders record can be found here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1uNPYb9UxEIdkjqs7SmAUu6K4lDW7sHoWoDAS2zzcZAo
(Note this no longer includes people that were refunded, only current shareholders and their holdings)

Currently there are just over 2% KLYEMAX shares available to be purchased. Dividends once the site launches and begins to profit.

Moderators are required to put up the security deposit as a sign of support for the site, and also to prove their not applying with malicious intent.

If this is truly the case -- and not a desperate, low effort cash grab -- then you should hold on to the security deposits (i.e. not distribute to yourself and/or investors) and the deposits should be refundable (e.g. if the website is sold or shuts down).

The BTC being collected in the mod hiring round is being used to purchase licenses for the site to allow for full launch (as clearly stated in the OP).
The non-refundable security deposit is very likely to be paid back within the first year of launch in moderator wages and bonuses.

You make this sound as if I'm just taking the security deposit and stuffing it into my pocket, that isn't the case if you read the post.

Should be good for 4 tickets eh?

^ Not sure I saw these 4 added in the list.

I threw another 6 raffle tickets ontop of the old 4 for a total of 10.

did you code this yourself? I think I've seen something similar

Completly coded by myself. It is even written in another programming language than other scripts.

I'm thinking you didn't...

I have a script that is nearly identical in layout and built off of the same Node.js you say you've built it off of..
You changed a few things around for sure, But I don't think for a second you actually coded this.

The script I have was lacking a proper withdrawal system.. I suspect that you just finished off the open source script of someone else and now seek to capitilize on their work.

It is completly my work show me the other script when you have it instead of accusing me of lying and try to harm my business. Also your account shows me you are not a person you can trust.

I coded this in 3 months from scratch on my own. The layout is based on an popular template framework but thats all!

No need to get super defensive sir, I meant no harm to you or your work in stating that I didn't believe you coded this.
It is VERY similar in looks to a script I had found on github. And now that you've admitted to using a template that makes a ton more sense.
Perhaps you did code this from scratch yourself, I honestly wouldn't be able to confirm this unless I was able to look at the source code myself.

Showing you the script accomplishes nothing in the end, As you auditing your own code against the other code is redundant in terms of proofs.

I'd likely say given I have more positive trust on my account than you do, not to mention years on the forums that I'd likely have an easier time trading with folks than you do. Your account is basically brand new and unfortunately around here brand new accounts selling things generally is looked upon with suspicion.

Why exactly would you require anyone to pay you to be a moderator? That IMO is the most laughable bullshit ive read in a long while. Non refundable too lmao. Never seen a site charge ppl to moderate

Yahoo please go post your signature spam comments on some other thread. You probably didn't even read the OP if you're spouting shit like this, figuring you're witty. Let's weigh out the facts for a second here, KLYEMAX is real, launching and needs staff.. which is 1000% better than most the vaporware on these forums. You're paying the security fee as an act of support for the finalization of my site, and also at the same time helping me finally crawl out of the debt hole I created.. It also serves a purpose to weed out folks with malicious intent towards me and my project.

I owe only 1.3 BTC out of the 25BTC of the original IPO, So before you go on circlejerking yourself with fucking asinine spamtard comments like the gem you wrote above, Maybe actually read the OP and understand the situation instead of making yourself look like a sig ad spammer.

I'll ask in the future you stay off of my threads, with the exception of when you actually want to reply something more than fluff to boost your post count.
While youre spouting off at the mouth here bud maybe you should do some research as to my sig. Its a non paid sig i wear for free. So take your previous comments and shove em up your ass.

As far as reading all the OP goes i did. And i can only sit here and feel like youre still silly to charge folks to be moderators on your not yey launched site. Youre claiming you own 1.3btc out of the 25btc but how can you expect "moderators to pay you" to help you get outta debt? Yo sold shares, you gambled those profits off, so you made your hole.

Its not up to users to pay your debts for you, nor is it their jobs to give you gambling funds. Im really not trying to be a prick here at all dude, but it looks shady as fuck for you to charge .5 per applicant no matter the reasons you give. Especially with the feedbacks you have. The actual website is what will be producing your income and thats how the debts will be paid.

I have never had a problem with you or have i ever been involved in any of the projects you stole money from. I sincerely hope this project works out for you but you seem dead set on not acting professional and taking offense to comments you deem unfriendly.

I'm failing to understand why the abrasive reaction from you. I apologize for not having the time to look into your signature campaign to realize that it's not a paid ad. I'm just going off of the norm on this forums. That being said, I still would appreciate if you wouldn't come in here attempting to thrash my work and hiring process. I understand you're not enthused about the security deposit to apply for moderator, You've raised your concern.

At the end of the day no amount of ill-feedback nor trolling posts is going to change the way this moderation hiring process is going to run.
I'm aware my feedback is tarnished, But it's also 100x better than it was, and I still manage to do a fair amount of business on these forums in-spite of it. These funds procured via security deposit aren't being used for anything other than what is stated in the OP, if you have any other valid concerns I'd gladly answer them.

At a certain point, after constant harassment, humans tend to react in ways that they deem acceptable given the stresses or situation they find themselves in. If you actually sincerely hoped the project was going to work you wouldn't be wasting my time baiting me into this long typed replies.

I'm a 1 man development team looking for some help by people who actually want to be there, And if I can manage to hire on some good mods and get my software fully bought outright and my debts repaid I essentially get to stick to my plan regardless of my IPO fuckup.

Given the situation I'm currently in, Most users would have run and made an alt account, I manned up and admitted my fuckup. Now to finish my site, get it launched and start promoting it so I can start paying dividends to the shareholders that maintained faith in me.

I apologize if I came off as "unprofessional", I've been up for all of an hour so far this morning and so far it's been nothing but asshat trolls and account farmers taking a piss in my cornflakes.

212  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: KLYEMAX - Now accepting mod applications! on: May 06, 2016, 11:29:25 AM
I am amazed, doing work should bring you money not the opposite, so basically the new moderators pay for a job that maybe in the future will be compensated if the site succeeds and if you decide they deservce the promotion to paid moderators.
Basically those people will pay 0.5 BTC for premium access to adult cams no more.

Moderators are required to put up the security deposit as a sign of support for the site, and also to prove their not applying with malicious intent.
The information that moderators have access to is very in-depth, and if released to "Joe Blow" in the general public could be extremely detrimental to both streamers and viewers. Not only do moderators have power over various parts of the site but they also have unmetered/uncharged hidden access to any stream connected to the server, and that in the future will likely be worth far more than 0.5BTC (Which at the end of the day isn't a whole hell of alot of Bitcoin given the perks that this position offers.)

All this being said, I'm back to working on the site, I will keep an eye on the thread here and will reply when I get the chance.

I'm totally with you but my word means nothing.  Get dt members to do this or better yet, get account selling banned on this forum.

That is my hope with this post. The way the forum users have banded together against ponzi's can hopefully be applied to account traders.

I've been on these forums a few years now.. And the problem is getting worse in regards to people diluting the forums content with shitposting.
217  Other / Meta / Account Farmers are the new Ponzis on: May 06, 2016, 12:44:24 AM
Alright folks. First off I'd like to thank the community for starting to red tag the endless bullshit ponzi's that seemingly pop up daily. Good work!
It's amazing what a community can accomplish when we come together against a common enemy. It's time to look onto our next target...

I've created this post as a call to the community to begin applying negative trust to those who support buying/selling/farming of accounts.

Account farmers DIRECTLY contribute to the amount of spam, needless shitposting and ease of scamming here on the forums.
It's absolutely anti-social behavior and these people need to not be rewarded for making these forums look and read like SHIT.
Over 60% of the forums posting (from my experience) exists for the sole purpose of account or signature ad farming.
These people aren't here to converse about bitcoin nor do business, They are here to clog up the forums for profit.

In the forum rules it says account farming is frowned upon, I think we should start making this more apparent and start taking action against it.
Accounts should not be taken as collateral for loans, Period. Anyone taking accounts as collateral is directly contributing to destroying these forums.
I ask those on default trust to join me in combating what I can only call the blight which rots this forum, and start red tagging those selling accounts and those whom take accounts as collateral, or anyone else directly involved in the trading of accounts

Also, I would like to bring to the attention of the forums a known account farmer "knowhow" https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=381554
This user "jokingly" bragged to have farmed nearly 1000 accounts, But he also edited the posts after I neg repped him. Shady as FUCK.
I'd like to bring to attention a PM he sent me after I stated I would not remove the negative trust I gave him after he admitted to account farming:
I dindnt edited anything you are insane the scammer here is you not me anyway it dont bother me at all your opinion and feedback worths nothing just is there because you have nothing to do my accounts are permanent banned ,anyway do whatever you wanna your account value is 0 mine is 0,17btc have a nice day.
If you look into this users posts it becomes clear he's the type of user that gives these forums and BTC it's bad name. I ask you look for yourself and give trust accordingly.

I ask the members of the forum to band together to help me fight the degradation and exploitation of the forums, You can help clean up the forums.
218  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.35 BTC Loan - Have Collateral on: May 05, 2016, 11:18:54 PM
Need a smaller amount than last request.

Need 0.35 BTC to repay in 3 weekly installements of 0.125 BTC

Legendary account as Collateral (no ban - no neg trust - no loan) . Signed message from old address . It will be hold by a trusted escrow

I fill this loan. If you post on my thread, will help me to keep trace of it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1448684.0
Thanks.

DO NOT FILL THIS LOAN.

This user is going to default on this shit. Do not support account farming.
219  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Earn BTC with your Webcam - KLYEMAX.COM - 0.0005 BTC Start bonus! on: May 05, 2016, 10:40:45 PM
I like the investing part of your site. However the returns are a bit too low for me... 0.01% on a 0.1 BTC balance is 0.00001 a day, which you can get probably 10x more than that browsing through faucets for 20 mins.

BTW, do you have any proof of solvency publicly, so we know you're actually staking?

I'm currently working on the back end of the site and finishing up the deposits and withdrawals.

As for solvency all funds in users accounts can be seen in our hot or cold wallet currently.
I've removed the on site investing for now, Only shares are available for the mean time as i finish up the site.
In the future I may re-instate it. Although proving solvency may be difficult, As funds would be moved to and from exchanges and to various alts in order to maintain maximum profits, and assure everyone get's their compounding interest on investments. I don't have the time at the moment for this.

Do you live a healthy life? What do you do?

Depends on your perspective...

I live healthier than half the world... But probably less healthy than the other half.
