Ponzi....

It's unlikely #theymos will ban Ponzi participants given all the admin/mods are turning a collective blind eye to such goings on (and protecting ban evaders too)... 🤔

Argentina lost overnight and I'm waiting to hear how Toulouse went.

Overall, not a bad weekend. Any thoughts on next weekend's games?

Democracy

Be honest for a change - this is hardly a Democracy with the current owner able to make changes at a whim without consolation (think removal of scammer tag or the introduction of merits) - the "employees" (paid or otherwise) are able to modify posts (e.g. merge two) or arbitrarily remove or nuke a user without consolation while one admin/mod will be unable to make a judgement call so leave for another who will (unban or act on a report).

In a true democracy all sides will sit down and discuss an issue, but what are you trying to do?  Silence anyone who has a view or opinion that differs from your own.

Democracy you say?

Well that didn't take long for you to post a contradictory statement...

Of course. Bitcointalk isn't a democracy:
theymos as our benevolent dictator

Unsurprising really given a couple of weeks ago you also said it's okay to lie in the forum... 🤨

Does that mean you're now going to go back to that other thread you were participating in sledgings others for having a differing opinion and withdraw those comments you made?

On topic comment: it's interesting to see those who were profiting from Chipmixer's overly generous campaign are now repositioning themselves with various "I didn't know" ramblings.

I'm glad my half hearted "throw my hat into the ring" to join that campaign was unsuccessful - imagine various governments wanting to identify anyone who participated to charge them with proceeds of crime offences.

I didn't include short priced bets such as Argentina, South Africa and Fiji, but they just about all came in including Edinburgh 🥳

IBM provided punch card technology to the Nazis which enabled them to target various groups within the community.

Tomorrow, in no particular order, I'm going with Racing Metro 92 ($3.60) Bordeaux ($1.52) Toulon ($1.2) Connaught ($2.3) Ospreys ($5.50) Edinburgh ($4.50) Sarecens ($1.17)

Then, over in the sevens, Wales, England and France. (A few of the other likely to win are suspended).

Does using or acting as an escrow count as mixing?

Why?/Why not?

I have observed some exchanges use (what I'm loosely referring to as) a two step wallet where you link a wallet AND the exchange's wallet. You can then shift coins backwards and forwards between the two. Essentially you can mix coins(deposit to one wallet then withdraw from the other).

Will these exchanges be banned too?

Will discussing methods of how coins could be mixed a banable offence?

Might go Munster and Leinster - will advise tomorrow.

On TV and radio today, commentators are dissecting the tackle rule with the hight being lowered on the torso. It might take a while for players to get used to the revised tackle point.

From what I was hearing, this has been implemented by Rugby (union) international, but not league (at least not yet).

There's a version of touch leage where players have a detachable ribbon front and back (probably Velcro) if it's torn off then you've been tackled.

Op has also deleted all posts they've ever made with this "new" uid, so no need to review the distrust I have in them.

Madhatters is humbertin the scammer.

Good old humbertin (a good friend of LoyceV who has for years said the scammer is a misunderstood great guy)

Some (but not all) of Humbertin's alts are banned, so the newly discovered alt (like all the others that *should* be, but aren't) needs to be banned.

Nice catch there BTW.

Eventually, players will look like their American grid iron counterparts with helmets and shoulder pads. The only problem with that is that participants in that version of football are likewise seeking compensation, so unless the games are banded outright, the game will look like the round ball version where players roll on the grass and scream blue murder, clutch their broken arm only to have the ref shake their head and magically, their arm is broken no more.

Incorrect.

I am DT 1.

If you want to bury your head in the sand, then that is your failing.

Do more research.
217  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is 1miau fit for DT? deadline for December looming large on: November 27, 2023, 05:49:27 AM
The only reason 1miau has one eye on the clock is due to the December DT lottery looming large in the horizon.

You should read up on the trust system in use here (such as it is), then weigh up if you kind of want to trust other people's post-it notes on your trust feedback page or kind of not trust those trust feedbacks.
219  Economy / Reputation / Re: Please tag my old account (98789) on: November 26, 2023, 11:22:52 PM
The OP never made any attempt to contact me as the OP of the known alts thread (or anyone else for that matter) for guidance or assistance prior to starting this thread.

I've made a note (neutral) on both trust feedback pages and have Tildaed both users as this thread is just unfolding (for the OP at least) all wrong.
220  Economy / Reputation / Re: Please tag my old account (98789) on: November 26, 2023, 12:37:01 PM
Actually, no it isn't.

The known alts thread is for reporting alts that have been uncovered.

Where the scammers try to counter with FUD is using the myth that it (the thread) is to solely tag scammers.

The irony is you want people to tag your old UID but you don't want to report it to to the very people you are concerned will tag it.

Can you prove the old UID is yours so we're not just tagging someone so you can get off on the grief it would cause?
