If money gram then it can be considered as risky base on pin post. If you want to make trade on Hungary by Face to Face then you should post it on the exact location for Hungary. Since when moneygram is risky ? When you collect your cash from moneygram it cannot be chargedback same as western union. The only risky thing here which in most cases you can't avoid is that the person should provide few personal infos in order to send/receive money. There is nothing risky using moneygram. |

If you can't solve the person problem at least follow his request.
If he's not the original owner of that account/coins why would he request them to be refunded back to the source they were before the deposit to your system/wallet.
He will win nothing if the coins not belong to him if you just transfer them back from where they came from.
But it will fix his problem if you just turn back the coins from the wallet they came from.
Obviously no one can be scammed with simple refund back to the wallet they come from.
It is more than obvious that only the person who send them will receive them back with that wallet, and if that's the same person (OP) you will fix his problem ando not let any scammer take them.
Simple solution.

Interesting changes. Looks like more people are going to have to learn to get along now  Doubtful Lauda has always been hard to get along with , and Theymos directly sanctions her actions, why would she change anything she does.  Actually talking like human to human always work. I were also tagged by Lauda but after starting normal conversation about solving the issue Lauda actually were looking after for second chance. We all do deserve second chance, not only to receive but give. Believe me no matter how bad you think Lauda is, in matter of fact, even he/she is normal and good person like everyone else who give second chance. Its interesting how the biggest abuser of trust Lauda have some kind of "powers" in his/her hands.
Her/his statements is 90% non sense based and even after situation like i was were cleared and the person who firstly tagged me removed the negative feedback, i am pretty sure a person like Lauda will never re-consider his decision no matter it was already handled with a positive way.

not my business but seems like minerjones were always right. not your private key not your coin. if that guy drbitcoinve managed to take money from op and also sweep his coin with some old infos, that would be some new 200iq scam... i don't know who is right and who is not, its not my business also, but if coin being resold as op is claiming, isnt the right thing for the one who help from your website coin to be used to require valid up-to-date proofs. it doesn't matter who can verify itself with his id, that's not even allowed and i am not sure do you have legal rights to request id's but, isn't that coin is verified by 2fa and few other details? i don't know that's why i am asking, don't get me wrong. because if the very first original owner of coin re-sell it and then try to scam it out using old infos for that, then that's huge security whole in your system and allow original coin owners to scam any buyer. |

I posted in that thread that the evidence you provided there wasn't good enough IMO for him to be tagged, and I didn't investigate further. Had I done so, he would have been tagged, but I'm human with only so many hours in a day to bust account buyers. In addition, even if I'd tagged him when you made that thread, there's absolutely no guarantee that it would have affected OP's transaction with MrGaSp. Some members completely ignore trust ratings, and many might just ignore a tag that says the account might be hacked/purchased. What you're saying is "I told you so". You might be right, you might be wrong. In any case, I regret not looking into his history earlier. I didn't blame you for anything? The thread i made was public and there is other DT members than you, but no one take action. You are not forced to take care of all the threads created against people, there is other people who had chance to take action against this guy. |
