201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: View multiple ETH wallets on: January 07, 2018, 11:05:39 PM
I have several ETH wallets and their private keys. How can I view all their token balances in one website? Is there something I can putt all my private keys and then check the balances?

Thanks in advance.

As far as I know, nothing like this exists.

You need to create a seperate wallet / keyset for each purpose that you intend to use it for.

I actually don't understand how ETH is even as big as it is considering that the infrastructure of that community is lagging so much behind Bitcoin and even other cryptos like Litecoin. Actually in typing this it just occured to me that ETH is used as gas for most token (obviously) so yeah thats why.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IGNIS AIRDROP... on: January 07, 2018, 05:42:32 PM
I think Bittrex will sort it out soon, they tend to leave things a bit to make sure that there are no problems, it was never going to stay up at the $20 levels this long, might go back up long term but at the current price it doesn't really matter when we get them or not as it's not worth dumping at this level unless you need to cash now, holding for a bit makes more sense.

Sure don't worry. Bittrex is VERY busy with scaling problems right now, be patient. And NXT showed itself as very good project, IGNIS will be good too, I'm sure.

I was under the impression Bittrex was far and away the #1 exchange worldwide up until a few months ago. Just after the BTC-e fiasco, people started reporting having serious withdrawl issue from Bittrex.

I can't speak for everyone, only myself, but if Bittrex were to steal everyone's funds, as one of the most used exchanges globally right now it would set Bitcoin back by 1 year for sure (at least).
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think it is good that ICOs keep coming frequently? on: January 07, 2018, 05:25:19 PM
I think it is not only good, but it's amazing. The fact that ICOs are coming daily now and even more frequently, sometimes more than one per day, is a sign that crypto is growing and becoming a global industry.

If there weren't any ICOs we would only have Bitcoin which let's be honest... with only Bitcoin crypto wouldn't be where it is today. No way. Altcoins now are a far greater market share than Bitcoin alone and they did it all in just 2017.
204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Frustrations: Losing Streak on: January 02, 2018, 11:57:47 PM
That is the first step in the road to lose all your funds when you start playing a game.
If you enter to it decided to make a good streak, you will definetely have a losing streak in just matter of minutes.

I feel hurt if i experience lossing streak and most of the time it was happen to me that is why i limit my capital to control my self on playing in gambling

But yes, i remember when i had something like this, just like you are saying. I had 5 consecutive losses on the Casino Hold'em, it was crazy, but i lost five times in a row.

i know it is not profitble but i am looking for entertainment that is why i do gambling.

Most people do not understand that when it happens, it is the right time to leave the game.

Losing 5 times ina  row isn't uncommon if the game is 50/50.

I don't know about the one you played though.

But let's say were playing a 50/50 game, well based on my calculations it means that there is a 1 in 32 chance you are going to lose 5 times ina  row, which is actually quite high. I mean if you play for a while, chances are you are going to lose 5 times ina  row almost certainly.
205  Economy / Gambling / Re: PLAYBITLOTTO.com | 150 BTC JACKPOT | FREE2PLAY on: January 02, 2018, 11:54:29 PM
Wow, a 150 BTC jackpot for a newbie! Is there any proof available that this huge amount exists? How was it collected if the site is new?

Yeah that is what I'm wondering too.

150 Bitcoins for a new site's lottery seems to good to be true.

Normally, they are built up over the course of weeks or months as users gamble. 150 BTC right now is worth basically $2,000,000 which seems super high for an intro jackpot although who knows.
206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manchester City can go 38 games undefeated. on: January 02, 2018, 11:52:45 PM
For all those who follow premier league regularly and particularly this season know that Manchester City are completely unbeaten In the league and post arsenal I feel they can go on to win the league without losing a single match as they seem to have no competition, Pep has brilliantly build his team from the back to keeper and the striker, he's building another barca and If this continues I guess it's city all the way for many years until Mourinho steps up, it's only he who can neutralize him.

I'm with you on this one. Pep Guardiola is doing an amazing job in with Manchester City, and definitely solved any issues the team had from the last season. It will be almost impossible to keep them from winning the Premier League this season, and they are doing the same on Champions, although they had an easy group, and they still need to be put up to the test. They are just doing everything almost perfect in all sector fields.

Although all this is true, Mourinho is doing quite a nice job with United as well, and they are getting better season after season. It will be nice to see how these two teams evolve along the years at the hands of these two great coaches. Right now Pep is having the lead.

For some reason while reading your post it makes me feel like I missed out on learning about and growing up with football as a child. In my country, football is called soccer lol. We don't really play it much and instead play other sports (it's a colder climate here in the winter).

207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can maths help you win in gambling ? on: January 02, 2018, 11:36:42 PM
Yes maybe.. but math cant make you a millioner in playing in casino games. Match can give you probably an advantage because i think if you are good in math you are good in analyzing and calculating. There are casino games that needs anaylsis and study the move of you opponent bu this doesnt mean you are a sure ball will win all the gambling games. It takes skills and a bunch of luck to win all the time.

Mathematics, no matter how accurate can never give you a true advantage in a properly run casino...

The house ]i]always[/i] wins. Always remember this. Don't ever play in a casino and think you have a chance to win. If you go in thinking you're going to win then chances are you're going to walk away depressed.
208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: January 02, 2018, 11:32:45 PM
Nope, of course, gambling is just matter of luck and just a little skill, but if you have some experience it will help a little, but it wont make you earn millions.

And everytime that you press the button or everytime that you roll out to the next round, the game will change completely, so it would be impossible to know how are the results going to be.

The best thing that someone can do is just try to relax, and do not try to look for any solutions or tricks in order to cheat.

There are strategies out there that can mitigate the fast losing of all your bankroll and giving you more chances of winning and being lucky - but this really has no guarantee that you will be going to win all the time if the game is just based on pure luck.

The only thing experience matters for if life experience. I think older people are more likely to have more self control when it comes to gambling whereas youger folk are more liable to get hot-headed and spew everything away.

At least, this is my experience. Take it for what it's worth. lol
209  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★★ NEW-- Poker Room Design for new bitcoin brand & LAUNCH PROMO --NEW ★★ on: January 02, 2018, 11:28:21 PM
I have been looking for a poker room that isn't full of bots and cheaters. It is so common for people to play as teams or just use a program to do all the thinking for them. This poker room seems like it has some nice features and obviously since people are betting crypto that is important. I am fairly worried about anonymous accounts. The team here seems to be working hard and trying to come out with a strong stable project we can all enjoy.

Yeah man the biggest problem with online poker, when it isn't a big company like PS (PokerStars) you run the risk of getting colluded against. Actually, I'd bet there is a likely chance of collusion in almost every crypto room right now. There is no way anyone can convince me that these rooms have tighter security than PS and I even got caught coluding on PS before so I know for a fact there security is second to none.
210  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: December 31, 2017, 04:29:56 PM
If it was too late to buy Bitcoin is would mean Bitcoin would no longer exist or the price would be in the millions.

Therefore not only is it not too late to buy it but really it is still early. If you buy one now and it goes to $1,000,000 you will almost multiply your investment by 100.

Multiplying your investment by 100 in a few years is unheard of generally speaking.
211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2017 is almost closed.... How was the Crypto year friends on: December 31, 2017, 04:18:29 PM
2017 was the best year in the history of crypto. Hands down without any doubt whatsoever. We saw almost a 30x increase in the price of Bitcoin alone!

Imagine just how much money poured into crypto this year.

Andi it is only growing as more news and media talk about cryptocurrencies ona  daily basis. 2018 looks bright. Smiley
212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not Money, is Faith on: December 31, 2017, 03:58:59 PM
I think we should not value Bitcoin by Money, but by faith. Just hold and let it change the world.

can i ask why aren't you at church? you want faith then trust your god to give you money to live. will it happen ? nope you will just starve and die nothing will happen at the end you will just know that your faith is the thing that destroyed you. and faith is never true because you came to bitcoin because you know that the price constantly increase don't be a hypocrite. if you ever want to be like that just go and be Jesus yourself be a saint. no one will wager something if he knows he will lose.

You know there isn't just curches right?

People with faith also go to not only Churches, but Mosques, Synagogoes, Temples, etc.

Churches are manily used by Christians and there are also Muslims, Jews, Hindus etc. that worship and practice their beliefs in other structures like the ones mentioned above. Just saying.
213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ate you going to spend or save you bitcoin? on: December 31, 2017, 03:55:24 PM
I'm saving my Bitcoin. IT doesn't make sense to sell/spend it. Saving and incesting in other cryptos is the best option because they have been proven time and time again to rise astronomically in value if you just buy and hold.

Look at Ripple for example, which recently multiplied by over 400x in less than a ayear. This isn't unprecedented either. It has also happend with coins such as DubaiCoin. IT is happening all the time in crypto. We just need to do our research.
214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fear of bitcoin on: December 31, 2017, 03:53:46 PM
Why are some governments so keen to prove that bitcoin is dangerous. Recently, the Indian government sent notifications to the citizens that they should not invest in bitcoin.

To save the stability of local currency, because if many citizens who buy bitcoin it will affect the state bank.

Governments if corrupt are only interested in the individual benefits of themselves. Any government that denounces crypto is either corrupt or grosely misinformed. Crypto isn't bad in any way, even if it is sometimes used for bad things.

I think they are realising that crypto isn't only Bitcoin but a large amount of coin constantly developing. It will be very, very hard or next to impossible to stop people from investing in crypto no matter what country you are from.
215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you save money while playing gambling games? on: December 31, 2017, 03:51:12 PM
The best way to save money while gambling is to use math.

Math never fails. You might not win or lose in the short term, but in the long term when you follow the mathematical odds of whatever game you play then it is guaranteed that you will succeed, or at least not lose as much as the one who doesn't.

With that said, don't forget that no matter how much math you do it will never stop you from losing to the house. The house ALWAYS wins!
216  Economy / Gambling / Re: Your lack of Vigilance is costing YOU - Wake up! on: December 31, 2017, 03:49:30 PM
Most sites these days offer provable fairness.

the proble is most people don't know what provable fairness is. If a company doesn't offer or advertise it, the uninformed is just in the dark. You don't normally go intoa  casino and ask to prove it is fair.

Same goes for online casinos. The average user has no clue that it is even possible to prove fairness. So thanks for this thread hopefully it helps someone.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can I find a good altcoin? on: December 28, 2017, 02:49:12 PM
MY suggestiong for finding good altcoins is to go to https://coinmarketcap.com and find the most recently added coins, which are usually new ones, and you will see that some of them go up A LOT when they are added, so you should take a small gamble on these.

Alternatively, you should read the announcements section of this forum and find the hottest coins being launched right now. These have the potenatial to grow a lot more since they are already viral here on Bitcointalk. Hope this helps you. Smiley
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What is the biggest profit you made with altcoins? on: December 28, 2017, 02:47:26 PM
There are many new altcoins coming out on a daily basis. Some are scams, some are legit and some even grow many multiple above their original price.

Just look at ETH for example - up over 10,000% from its starting price!

So, with that said, what is your best investment/experience with altcoins where you profited the most?
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ▰▰▰ ▰▰▰Are you lucky? Can you ROBB the Bitcoin Cash bank ▰▰▰ ▰▰▰ on: December 28, 2017, 02:45:03 PM
Are advertisments regarding Bitcoin Cash allowed here?

I was under the impression all businesses promoting it here would get banned/removed/disallwed from doing so.

BCH is an altcoin/fork of Bitcoin, and this forum is about Bitcoin not forks. Although there is an altcoin section, so you might want to post in there otherwise this thread *could* get locked. (again, I don't know the exact ruling on this, just saying)
220  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will this affect sports gambling ? on: December 26, 2017, 11:24:51 PM
Transfer of players has nothing to do with gambling. You are talking about big players and big amounts which will undoubtedly behave correctly on the field and outside the field. I don't know of a high star player like Cristiano Ronaldo fixing a game while I know in Sweden division 5 or 6 for example games can be fixed easily as no one cares about that division.

How much are people betting on Swedish division 5 or 6 games anyways? I mean this would be an easy way to make a few grand, but anything more than that would come across as very suspicious.

I think fixing games is one of the easiest ways to cheat the system because it's so incredibly hard to know if someone really had inside info or if a game was fixed... to prove that is almost impossible.
