Some kind of security lesson would be really good as well. The basics of cold wallets and encrypting your desktop wallet especially.

We have a few Q/A on security, but u may definitely post your own. More information is better for newbies.

@newIndia Thank u for your input...

From this post I came to know about bitcoinmafia.com, a very nice and well designed site. I can see it contains some faucet review. Would like to know if will be interested to cover CoinLearn.org too ?
206  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Which wallet supports this ? on: June 08, 2014, 08:57:43 PM
https://blockchain.info/api/blockchain_wallet_api

Host your own website, make a php gateway that asks you for your password.

Then once it checks your blockchain password, make it ask for a csv file.

Then once it parses the csv into a variable in php, follow the "Send to many" instructions at the link above.

Then have the site show the transaction just in case, then have it ask for your second password if you have one.

Then send the transaction via api.

How coincidental !!! I solved it exactly this way. The only problem was the 'note' param of blockchain.info send to many API was not working. That has also been taken care of... Wink

210  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My view on faucets and earning bitcoins in general on: June 04, 2014, 08:03:14 PM
Yeah there are a lot dried up these days.
I suppose their owners just don't care. They made the faucet's setup and then just waited for ad's money.

The worst part is that they probably have more profit if they just let the dry faucet online.

Not really... ad money does not come when there is no visitor on site. When the faucets first came into existence, those used to distribute CPU mined coins so that people use it and thereby increase the value of faucet owner's coins. But the scenario is no more the same now. Common fauces with a page load of ads are not giving any value to the advertiser. Those who are adding some value to their faucets except for just spreading coins will stay in the game for the long run...

214  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Free Bitcoins @ CoinLearn.org = Learning + Earning on: June 01, 2014, 10:30:42 PM
If you are wondering what is 'Ad Balance', please check http://www.coinlearn.org/free_bitcoins.php

Direct earning now has a limit of 20000 Satoshi per payment cycle. Beyond this all direct earning will go to Ad Balance. You will be able to use your ad balance to advertise on www.CoinLearn.org.

I understand there will be only one ad at the time. Right? How about allow sharing of ad space (like Adbit.co).

e.g. two users, each bid 5 satoshi so they share space 50-50. another one bid 10 satoshi, so final result will be 25-25-50

and what is the price for.  per view, per day??

First of all, thank u for asking out. We tried to re-invent this ad spot in an unique way. We dont set the price... the market does. Only the highest bid survives. How long ? We dont know !!! Until the next bid overtakes it. So there is no fixed price per view per day. It is just as much as the market offers. And all offers are coming from the free money earned on CoinLearn.org itself. Smiley

215  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Faucet sites, leak this! on: May 29, 2014, 06:17:08 PM
Stop using "solve media", it sucks. Use reCAPTCHA instead. Just a view from a site user.

Solvemedia payment does not meet what users earn from the faucet. It is just like a hindrance to the user which does not get solved most of the time and thereby pushing the user away. So it is better to have other innovative method of earning on faucets over Solvemedia.

At ConLearn.org, we use our home built CAPTCHA on the site.
