201  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 25.000 EURO for two years, 10% interest/year, REAL ESTATE GUARANTEE on: July 07, 2014, 09:01:20 AM
Killerloop, I just described the overall situation. I hope you understand that I will not start sharing pictures of my house, and my family in public

I do not. This is your "claimed" guarantee, so you need to show it and in proper detail if you are serious.

And yes, I am unemployed, never was employed in my life. I am a brilliant programmer, built HUGE websites (unfortunately not for myself), but never for Romania (most of my clients are in Germany, Unitek Kingdom, Sweden, US. I am working as a freelancer, doesn't have a workbook therefor (getting paid different amount in different timeperiods, etc.).

Provide proof, provide proper meaning of paying 30000$ + living expenses. Show us why you can't simply work your way out of these 25000$ and why you need all of them right now.

And no, the house or anything else is not about to be taken by the bank. That's really easy to see, because as I explained above each house has an ID card, and if there were ANY obligation to it, they would appear in it. It's just that the cost of the renovation for the other two houses and building the new one were higher than estimated.

I do not believe you. Any financial institution would take real estate worth 4x times the loan given out as a guarantee.
Also you said that you bought TWO houses! Some bank has to know you from these dealings and will trust you for such a "tiny amount".

If this is not the case then you are somehow evading taxes or doing some weird number with money. I'll take back the scammer and change it with "criminal".

And getting back to the accusations you have made: in case that some information you were interested in were missing, wouldn't be more logical to ask them from me before drawing the conclusion that I am a scammer?Huh This fact also makes you ignorant... because ONLY ignorant people think about themselves that they know everything, and they can be so certain about themselves that they just can complete the missing pieces in a case they have no clue about without asking at least the other party.

You provided all the clues I need in the first post and keep digging down with. You aren't fooling anyone.
202  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 25.000 EURO for two years, 10% interest/year, REAL ESTATE GUARANTEE on: July 07, 2014, 08:11:06 AM
I am sorry, but I DON'T tolerate any idiot to call me a scammer!!! I am probably one of the most honest person on this forum, so chose your words.

So if you accuse me of being one, then you better motivate your stupid opinion, if it's not too much to ask.

If you are looking for idiots/stupid then you will find a sure place in the mirror of your own home. I've signaled your post to the moderator for proper action.

You look like a scam because:

1) "I have a nice house, composed by two houses in the same yard, and started to build a new one (for a personal office).
Thing is that I am in the middle of the construction, and I ran out of money"
Where is it located? Pics? Relevant data? Anything?

Basically you began building a new house and got the necessary amount short by 25000 EUR. So what? Do you have a loan with the bank you cannot repay? Are you about to lose it due to debt with the building company?

2) "Unfortunately bank is not an option for me... living in a country where it's nearly impossible to get a bank loan (Romania). You need so many documents that it is hard to enumerate (among them, you need to be employed somewhere, which is not my case)."

So you have a nice house, start to build a new one and misfire by 25k euro. You are unemployed yet you can somehow raise 30000$ to repay investors. Ahem... how?

3) You have an outburst of rage when caught.
203  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 25.000 EURO for two years, 10% interest/year, REAL ESTATE GUARANTEE on: July 06, 2014, 09:49:48 PM
It is a scam, just move on.
204  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 5 BTC ASAP on: July 06, 2014, 11:38:27 AM
So what happens if the price rises?
You pay back the debt using your money?

Provided collateral WILL be 120% of principal amount + interest + escrow fees (if any). If SimCoin loses value up to estabilished threshold in the chosen exchange collateral will immediately be sold and the loan will end.

Anyone not accepting these simple rules should be marked as scammer and ignored, as he is willing to put the lender at risk to offset his own.
205  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 5 BTC ASAP on: July 06, 2014, 11:28:37 AM
I am in no way needy of borrowing money

Its just that i need immediate money and dont want to sell some of my coins to buy them back later at higher prices. Happened once and i lost a LOT Sad

I need 5 BTC and will provide 5 BTC worth Simcoin as collateral which will be held by a trusted escrow (Simcoins are more important for me)

Tell me if anyone is interested

I also have a NEM stake which i can sell for 2.5 BTC, but i dont have a token so cannot trade it on NXT AE. I will send the NEM if token issuance restarts or after launch

Can you quote an exchange where SimCoin is traded? Also at least the equivalent of 6 BTC in SimCoin will be required plus enough to cover interest.
206  Economy / Lending / Re: Borrow 6 bit coins for 3 days. on: July 05, 2014, 11:34:32 PM
In game credits are worth nothing? What about your ' credits ' in your bank account? If we are valuating things based on opinion then I would say they are worth absolutely nothing at all  Grin

That is downright idiotic and is not helping your cause at all.

Again: you want a loan? provide collateral. You won't get money for promises.
207  Economy / Lending / Re: Borrow 6 bit coins for 3 days. on: July 05, 2014, 08:03:44 PM
Ok the collateral in the post is not convenient. I was hoping for someone to just lend me the btc. I don't need it now anyway only when the game launches and it would only be for a few hours probably. The coins to send out would cost a fortune maybe like0.75 btc. I don't need anymore bit coins in my possession now I just need to borrow them. What about if the collateral was 6btc worth of game credits? The deal is though they can not put the eggs on the tables (apart from the free platinum egg) until the bit coins returned.
Actually in game credits of 6 btc and these credits will be guaranteed to be in the game first. Would this be an option? Then the fee of 0.5 btc will be first on a table ready to win so really you will get back a guaranteed 1.5 btc just for lending 6.

You are wasting your time man as your credits are worth nothing. Only a newbie/madman would "just lend the BTC" to a stranger.
It is not a trust issue... there is no "trust" involved here.

Either ship the collateral, get some altcoins and use them as collateral or close the thread. Plain and simple.
208  Economy / Lending / Re: Borrow 6 bit coins for 3 days. on: July 05, 2014, 07:24:24 PM
Another scam lmao. U think that I would jeopardise my business and future reputation for a measly 6 btc?

I've seen scams for 0.001, so yes... plenty of people will. You have to prove that you aren't one of them, words are worthless.

Ah forget it I will buy them with fiat. I hate scammers with every cell in my body and I am praying for the day I meet one face to face. Take your accusations and try have a few laughs at the world or the lols

Do what you think is best. But to get a loan here you need to send collateral to lender.
209  Economy / Lending / Re: Borrow 6 bit coins for 3 days. on: July 05, 2014, 06:57:05 PM
If he will actually send these coins to the lender then it won't be scam.

Let's see if he does that then. I don't think he will.
210  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTCjam Defaults/Arbitration on: July 05, 2014, 06:53:02 PM
P.S humans life is worth 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 $$$$ it's not worth killing someone over 20cents HAHA:Cheesy:D

Nonsense from a pratical overview.
Human life's worth may range from a few cents to hundred of thousands. The point is that killing him won't pay the debtor unless he decides to harvest his organs and sell them to black market. Rather nasty.

About the arbitration I'm pretty sure you can charge legal interests + legal/collecting fees + eventual goods devaluation. IF the debtor has means to repay and/or property to attack don't settle for the arbitration note and hit harder.
What you can't charge to the debtor is the price of your lawyer... unless it is mandatory by law that you use one just don't.

For example here in Italy you don't need one when you go to the small claims court.
211  Economy / Lending / Re: Borrow 6 bit coins for 3 days. on: July 05, 2014, 06:35:28 PM
Another scam, so hard to do legit lending these days.
212  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Reputable Trader Accepting Loans 5.0% Weekly! on: July 04, 2014, 07:23:43 PM
I hope he understands that what he is doing is classified as money laundering in the united states.

...and unsecured lending also known as "gambling"
213  Local / Servizi / Re: [PRESTITI] ∙ BITCOIN on: July 04, 2014, 02:25:40 PM
Eheheh killer , intendevo farseli prestare per gestire poi un sito simile  Grin

Immaginavo Smiley
Ma a quanto vedo non funzionano granchè, scoppiano tutti
214  Local / Servizi / Re: [PRESTITI] ∙ BITCOIN on: July 04, 2014, 12:40:55 PM

215  Local / Servizi / Re: [PRESTITI] ∙ BITCOIN on: July 04, 2014, 11:40:48 AM

Collateral...
217  Economy / Lending / Re: $1000 loan so I can challenge Randi - $500,000 return on: July 03, 2014, 03:49:20 PM
Maybe you're the one who doesn't understand what singularity is.

Please, explain your understanding of singularity and infinity to me.

I'll have to charge for that.

Pay 1000$ to my cashier Squall1066 and I will enlist you for a lesson.
218  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Looking for $20,000 investor in company. on: July 03, 2014, 03:45:01 PM
I am finished with the plan, but I am not willing to pay for you to get it notarized. If you have $20,000 to invest, then you have $20 to get it notarized. Hell it may be worth it if you can make $300,000 in dividends the first year.

So basically:

1) You ask for a NDA to protect your idea
2) You ask the LENDER to pay for a notarization of said NDA which, in fact, benefits only you.

Why should I pay from my own pocket to read something which may be well absolutely worthless? The idea is yours, you ask for something to protect it --> you pay your fees.

By asking the lender you look either like a time-waster or a scammer.

Who pays for a patent? The customer?  Grin

This guy is getting accounts locked by middle manning green dot cards

Serves you well for not using collateral but other weird forms of unsecured payment when dealing with forum borrowers.
220  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Looking for $20,000 investor in company. on: July 03, 2014, 03:38:07 PM
I replied to your PM, although in order to see my plan you must sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

I did and I am still waiting for your supposed business plan.
