I've been watching these guys for 6 months invested a descent amount and after share expiration I just couldn't bring myself to re-invest.

I did, they look legit and their scheme is sustainable. Since by now they have enough capital to do arbitrage and daily interest range is 0.6-0.8% in my book they are no longer a ponzi scheme but just another highly volatile risky venture.
142  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for 0.5 btc loan. cex.io account collateral on: July 21, 2014, 09:14:46 PM
I thought about giving a voucher as collateral but like I said, id rather keep it running on my account.

Then please close the thread as you are breaching our rule.
143  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for 0.5 btc loan. cex.io account collateral on: July 21, 2014, 09:05:30 PM
If you send the GHS to me (voucher) as collateral I will do this loan.
144  Economy / Lending / Re: OP is a crying child on: July 21, 2014, 07:40:38 AM
First off how is asking a question like that breaking a rule?

When there is a sticky and a FAQ yes. Quite annoying.

Second off in what way am I being confrontational and childish? The only reason I made this post is because vod blocked me from pming him. You wouldn't even have to know about this problem if he would let me simply talk to him directly.

Exactly, you are a crying child begging for attention.
Your issues with Vod are between you two, not a problem of the community. By posting this fake you are begging for attention Vod will NEVER give you as you do not deserve it.

Do you think this will move him? Do you think he cares about the next newb crying: "VOOOD UNBLOOOOCK MEEEEEE"??

If you were legit as you claim you are show it with FACTS, your words only plunge your reputation down.

I'm leaving the topic, enjoy.

145  Other / Off-topic / Re: 69.6969 BTC Loan on: July 21, 2014, 07:17:26 AM
(this is a joke if you cant tell... this seems to be what is going on in this lending section)

Sadly most people that come here asking for a loan are either scammers or clueless people looking for free money for their high risk ventures.

Of course both have absolutely no way or even interest in repaying.
146  Economy / Lending / Re: An absurd policy on: July 21, 2014, 07:12:34 AM
Firstly I have no interest in getting a loan!

I like to scan through the site and have been reading lots of topics of people offering loans demanding 120% collateral, while it is up to the lender to create the terms it just seems to be a risk free way to lend - I am of the understanding that it is the lender who should take the risk, hence why charging interest.

Just my (worthless) opinion.

 Smiley

Plain wrong.
0% risk for the lender is mandatory, otherwise it is called gambling and appropriate interests should be applied.
147  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Looking for $20,000 investor in company. on: July 20, 2014, 01:44:02 PM
How do you know its non existing ?

"Fake until proven contrary" rule.

Do not waste your time trying to change my approach or behaviour. If you want to take the risk of an ID theft then PM him and comply with his requests.

148  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a 0.5 BTC Loan on: July 20, 2014, 01:41:43 PM
Thanks for your input. Your correct I have no collateral. Although I'm willing to disclosure my address to the creditor and invite them round for a nice cup of Yorkshire Tea.

To educate you... this will not guarantee repayment.

Please, if you have nothing sensible to input or you are not willing to help, then don't comment. Some lenders may be willing to agree with the terms above. That is their choice. Fed up of seeing people time and time again, posting pointless responses just to increase their post count. Please do not take this as an insult.

I take it as the usual babbling against collateral. You are free to post gambling loans as I am free to comment against this behaviour; I want the "no collateral, no loan" to become an enforced rule.
149  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a 0.5 BTC Loan on: July 20, 2014, 01:26:33 PM
I have no cash/coin collateral, but can give you a full oversight of all transactions if required. Also, if your in the UK, you can come round to look at the Antminers as soon as they have arrived.

Rule is: no collateral no loan, close the thread thanks.
150  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Looking for $20,000 investor in company. on: July 20, 2014, 01:17:32 PM
Any proof of this ?
if just opinion, what is opinion based on ?

Quite the statement to make about our 16 yr old friend.
If I recall correctly he did not even think of the NDA, some one else gave him the idea on page 1.. so it seems odd he is trying to get peoples ID to steal their identity.

He will ask for your signature AND your ID card for a non existing idea.
151  Economy / Lending / Re: 1.72 btc loan required, have 1.62 collateral 4% on: July 20, 2014, 08:38:05 AM
1> My reputation is pretty good, and it is worth a lot of money as I plan to launch an exchange

Worth is exactly 0.00000001 mBTC. Unless you have collateral you have no worth.
152  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Looking for $20,000 investor in company. on: July 20, 2014, 06:13:07 AM
Not off to a good start yet then...
perhaps you should start off with something that can earn you trust.

He is an ID scammer, avoid like the plague.

He will ask for your signature AND your ID for a non existing idea.

153  Economy / Lending / Re: 1.72 btc loan required, have 1.62 collateral 4% on: July 20, 2014, 06:11:39 AM
You won't get anywhere with less than 120% collateral dealing with the experienced lenders but you might always find someone who hasn't been scammed yet and is working on his first gamble.

Fixed for you  Smiley
154  Economy / Lending / Re: 1.72 btc loan required, have 1.62 collateral 4% on: July 19, 2014, 08:22:54 PM
Correct, although I would prefer to transfer them to escrow!

Don't worry man, you offered around 94% instead of the expected 120% ---> no one will ever fund this.
155  Economy / Lending / Re: Loans up to 100 btc 5% interest no collateral as long as you are trusted. on: July 19, 2014, 08:20:58 PM
Just because a guy is an idiot (which I'm not even necessarily saying OP is), doesn't mean that its grounds to vote him as not trustworthy.

Yes it is.

Some of the smartest people are complete liars, so I must assume that even the dumbest people can be trustworthy. Smiley

If that suits you go ahead.
156  Economy / Lending / Re: Loans up to 100 btc 5% interest no collateral as long as you are trusted. on: July 19, 2014, 06:32:26 AM
All I did was ask what an appropriate form of collateral would be and vod came along and basically was like stfu newb you should know this now go scam somewhere else.

Which is correct as you are supposed to know the rules of the place. By doing these posts you only make him even more correct.

Again, just start to behave properly and your reputation will raise without you begging for it. Being confrontational and childlish will do you no good.
157  Economy / Lending / Re: Loans up to 100 btc 5% interest no collateral as long as you are trusted. on: July 18, 2014, 06:57:51 AM
There isn't actually a set in stone rule requiring collateral in loans. The forum does not require it. Leaving neg rep without cause is BS, if its an honest mistake take the rep down....

Asking a loan without collateral with a new account is more than enough
158  Economy / Lending / Re: Debt refinance loan on BTCJam on: July 18, 2014, 06:23:41 AM
I meant what I said, this place is pretty hostile to new people.

People coming to the lending section asking for money without collateral may as well stay away. The community doesn't need them.

If you can't offer anything over a local pawn shop or payday lender, is it any wonder you always have scammers here? There is no one else left to do business legitimately. That leaves the lenders jaded and leads to a self reinforcing skepticism to new people, perpetuating the cycle.

What we do is 100% legit  Wink
159  Economy / Lending / Re: Loans up to 100 btc 5% interest no collateral as long as you are trusted. on: July 16, 2014, 02:50:04 PM
I dont see why either. He didnt even give me a warning or reason initially. Then I tried asking him why he did it and he blocked me.

Knowing the rules of the place it is expected of you so I don't see why he should remove the negative rep. You did something in breach of the rules and now are crying about it.

Take it like a man, stop crying and act legit. If you need money give proper collateral.
160  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.30 BTC Needed for 10 Days, Will give back 0.38 BTC Back on: July 16, 2014, 12:46:46 PM
