Well I don't believe that 2020 is going to be a drug free Philippines. There must reduction of the users and pushers. But of course there are still users and pushers by that time by they are going to be more hi-tech and more on black market. it is not going to stop until there is shabu in the world. It must be the world government against it. Yep no country in this world can ever be totally drug free. Even Singapore, China and Saudi are still fighting this war up to now. But the good thing is, yes, by 2020 it will drastically decrease. tama kayo chief mababawasan pero hindi mawawala syempre ang nasa likod ng mga droga na yan mga malalaking tao rin yan may mga koneksyon din yan, hindi talaga maiiwasan ang abuse of powers and authority kaya hindi talaga siguradong malilinis ang Pilipinas ni Digong.
