Hey,

Did you guys recently decide to change your geographic restrictions for playing on your site? Am US-based, have had no real issues previously, and then today it gives me a "Restricted Location" screen, which I thought was odd. Few hours later, this disappeared and I had no issues navigating the site per usual, but now it's returned. I am currently physically located in the same area I generally am when I've accessed the site in the past.

Thought it was a glitch/site maintenance at first, but when I emailed support, got an email saying that "We allow all users, except for those in the "Land of the Free"

So I guess it's time to move our action to somewhere else? Never saw that such restrictions existed with you all in the past (in your Terms, Help, social media posts)...

Just want confirmation this is indeed what happened before I request my remaining balance to be withdrawn.

Thanks.

While there are no known laws pertaining to wagering with bitcoin in the United States, Monster Byte (the software provider for BitcoinRush) is currently seeking an official online gaming license for its games.

In the interim, until that's officially sorted out,  all US-based IP addresses are unfortunately unable to wager on BitcoinRush.io.

If you have a balance you wish to withdrawal, please contact support and they will have you sorted out quickly!

still the leaderboard hasn't reset yet and when I play blackjack hands it adds to the count ?

206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Monster Byte - Established Gaming Operator and B2B Reseller on: January 30, 2018, 04:34:27 PM
The final quarter of 2017 largely continued to perform in the trend of Q3 2017, with several significant outcomes in both business and product enhancements boosting growth and allowing Monster Byte to realize a 97% increase in revenue over the previous quarter

Q4 2017 dividends will be paid out in Bitcoin, at an amount equivalent to a fixed rate of USD $0.000974 per MonsterByte (MBI) token owned, at the CoinDesk exchange rate on Tuesday, February 6th at 06:00 UTC.

Aside from a solid quarter with respect to the KPIs we measure ourselves against, we've also made some tremendous progress over the past quarter, below are just a few highlights.

  • We completed the redesign of all Provably Fair Casino Games.
  • Acquired, and have begun integrating, the MoneyPot Wallet and Gaming API into the Monster Byte fold.
  • Completely re-architected and re-wrote BitcoinRush.io to support more than just Bitcoin as remittance starting with support for ADK. We will be adding two additional coins in February.

Updated Casino, new Lower Bets!
Over the past few weeks, we've gradually been updating our Provably Fair Casino, introducing a completely new look and feel in Blackjack, Hi-Lo, Baccarat, and Video Poker. All our games were designed and optimized exclusively for mobile play, and we are happy to announce that we've lowered the minimum bet across the board!

Our Roulette game will be launched later this week, and be on the lookout as we will be introducing new Alt-coin support with 2 new coins in early February!

Some Trends to Watch
In the AFC title game, you should know that New England is 5-0 ATS in its last 5 games at home!. The live odds right now are -7.5 which is a pretty big spread to cover, but it's always a safe bet to follow Brady and Belichick in the playoffs!

In the NFC title game, it's a little of an even match-up. Minnesota is 12-1 SU in its last 13 games, but the Eagles are also 10-1 SU in its last 11 games at home. Right now the Eagles are +3 home dogs, but surely something will have to give between these two defensive powerhouses!

Bet on all the NFL Action, with new lower minimum bets, only at BitcoinRush.io!

How about your blatant lie that 90% of withdrawals are instant?

Why won't you address my issue?

What is the issue I can assist with?

90% of withdrawals are in fact instant, I'm sorry yours took a bit longer. Will ensure we maintain to our SLA in the future.

Dear admin,

I created a new account about two weeks ago and deposited today to play. The very first game I tried was Hi-Lo, but when the screen loaded, Nothing happened. I clicked Deal, but no other option came up and I could not click anything (there was a no entry symbol when I hover the mouse across options). So anyway I left the screen but found on the next load that 1 mBTC had been deducted from my deposit balance. So now I do not want to proceed with anything in case. Should I be worried to try another game again?

My username is LeahLeet

I'm taking a look, and will get you a refund for that game!

Thank you very much! I saw that my deposit balance has been restored to normal. But is it safe for me to try play the games again? Or perhaps I would like to bet on a sports bet, will this be okay for my account now? I have one comment on the sportsbook, it looks nice and good odds but the only problem is it takes a long time to load, so when I click on wager, it keeps asking me to reload. I do not want to have to trouble you again if something goes wrong. Do you know what happened the first time? I just want to be safe before I proceed.

Should be good to go LeahLeet. If you have any issues, please PM me as I'm not usually on this forum daily.

There's a polite way to say this and an offensive way. You have higher chances of getting results with the polite way. The strategy you used puts bitcoinrush on their back foot, forcing them into a reactionary stance rather than a progressive stance. I would suggest that you pay attention to this fact, if you want those around you to appreciate what you have to say. That being said, I would appreciate it if bitcoinrush put the rounding issue at the forefront of their agenda. It has been a long time since I've noticed the issue as well.

Thank you both dhamijad and DarkStar_

You're both correct in the fact that this was a rounding issue, and a short-term fix has been applied, we will be making a more strategic fix in our next release which goes live next week.

As per our policy, we have also added a bounty to DarkStar_'s account on BitcoinRush.io He can choose to cash this out immediately with no restrictions, or use it in the Sportsbook or Casino.

dhamijad - Don't waste your time with Tuck. I personally know who he is IRL, and wish he would took the advice I gave him years back to help him fix his addiction and problem.  However, you can clearly see that didn't happen, or he's going through a relapse as he'd rather spend his time creating multiple identities and trolling us on this forum.

I personally see some humor with it all, but do regret people wasting their time.

TY... Will be taking a look at correcting this shortly!
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Monster Byte - Established Gaming Operator and B2B Reseller on: January 09, 2018, 02:38:06 AM
Why did you choose a coin, ADK, to add when the creator doesn't even believe in crypto?

You forgot to log out, and back in as TuckTuck00

But, it was a business decision. Heavy Asian following and interest in ADK, which brings heavy following and interest into BitcoinRush.

220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Monster Byte - Established Gaming Operator and B2B Reseller on: January 09, 2018, 02:23:34 AM

I wonder if that's what devs of this project are doing, partying away our ICO money?

Partying?? I think you meant delivering over a dozen features since our ICO, landing deals with partners who will leverage our software in 2018, completing an acquisition of a mid-size cryptocurrency company, and overall bringing true value (and dividends) to token holders.

Don't put your beef with ADK here, they have their own thread... We will have MANY coins on both Money Pot and BitcoinRush.io
