Nice!

We're game! PM us with any ideas!

We do have some strategic fixes lined up for the entire Sportsbook, including better filtering in our Soccer section as we know it's a pain-point for customers. This goes in-line with our redesign of the Casino which launched last week. But please stay tuned - we do understand where are warts are exposed (in the book)!

Soccer - Your site on the left vertical menu, if one clicks on "Soccer", lists "All Soccer Games", but also under that has links for 12 specific leagues.

How about links for every league you offer, such as other sites offer?

Otherwise you are asking your customers to scroll thru over 100 games listed in order of date and time, not by League.

It's not worth the time and effort to do this when at other sites I can click on "League X" and get right to the list of all of their games, listed together, not spread out with other Leagues in between.
We need to advertise the super bowl pools together to make sure they fill. Lets do something.

Wasn't part of the patch, we are actively working on it though - it's the #1 priority for us at the moment. Several other enhancements we had lined up took a back seat.

There was a patch that went out last night, have you attempted a withdrawal?

expected to see a 'verify' button on blackjack, as youve promised. whats up with that? Sad

BTW - The rounding error was for 0.00001 btc, for full transparancy.

Hey Gogo - I read the support ticket, and response they sent around 20 minutes after you sen it in - let me know if you're still having issues. No need to run to forums, a PM will suffice to get a hold of me personally!

Can't withdraw

When I try to withdraw it shows x BTC.

Tried  twice to withdraw that amount, both times it said "Withdrawal amount exceeds balance".

No pending bets.

Help.

I got a response to my email after 32 minutes.
I was trying to make the withdrawal at that minute, as I was not going to be able to get back to it for the rest of the day.

The website states "We take great pride in ensuring all inquires are answered in 24 hours or less."
The "24 hours" max scared me, as I didn't want to wait that long.
That's why I also posted to the forums - I thought it gave me the best chance of getting a quick response  (also frustration with the withdrawal not going thru even though I was inputting the amount it showed).

"No need to run to forums, a PM will suffice to get a hold of me personally!"

Next time, as you suggest, I'll try sending a pm here before posting.

Incidentally, the email response from cs thought it was probably a rounding error on the site.

It would be good if that's the case if Casinobitco can eliminate the rounding error - at my wallet and at other btc books I can withdraw the exact amount shown, which should always be the case.

1089  Economy / Gambling / Re: Where to join a Super Bowl Squares pool, in fiat/cash or BTC? on: January 13, 2015, 08:11:17 PM
I think we'll have success this go around, we should have the pools up no later than tomorrow. And we'll market them across CasinoBitco.in and Peerbet for maximum exposure.

Bump. Still looking.

In past, casinobitco.in your 0.10 BTC and higher pools did not fill. I am hoping you will be able to fill a squares pool with 0.05 BTC entry ($10-$15 worth per entry).

1093  Economy / Gambling / Re: Where to join a Super Bowl Squares pool, in fiat/cash or BTC? on: January 12, 2015, 05:37:04 PM
We'll try to get it up this week, and just leave the sides as NFC / AFC.

Also (this is neither here or there), but we've never had an issue with our pools filling up, potentially you're thinking of another Bitcoin Casino and Sportsbook?

https://www.CasinoBitco.in runs free and paid squares - and this is the 3rd year we'll be doing so!

Just last month, we ran a free Square's pool for the Bitcoin bowl.

We should have the pools ready by next Monday - so be sure to register to get notifications!

https://www.casinobitco.in/squares/index

With BTC continuing to decline I would prefer a fiat/cash sportsbook or place that offers a 2% fee or less SB squares pool for $10-$25 per square. Anyone know of a place?

I'll do BTC but I feel like no one joins such tournaments around here especially not for $10-$25 per entry.
Every other site already has their pools up, you're behind on the times if you're waiting until next Monday. No wonder your pools often haven't filled in the past.

Comped!

This was an oversight on our part! We will have the client side provably fair indicator validator returned on our next code release! Thanks for the heads up, shoot me your username in PM for a bug bounty!

Nice blackjack. gave it a try, everything running great..

HOWEVER,

i found it strange that only the roullette has a VERIFY button. The other provably fair games (blackjack, etc.)  do NOT have a verify button. Why is that?

I attempted to recreate this provably fair mechanism on my own. The roullette roll verified without a problem, yet I could never get the verifier to work on the card games.

Now i am not accusing you of anything, i accept that i may have an implementation error somewhere. But the fact that the verify button is missing is fishy, to say the least.

When are you going to add it?

great, looking forward to testing it soon Smiley

1100  Economy / Gambling / Re: Story about a big win > 5 BTC on a gambling website on: January 11, 2015, 02:00:21 AM
Our max bet is actually pretty low, only 2 BTC; however, this player is a regular in all our games - you can imagine hitting a bit number in roulette-  or running hot on blackjack and it's feasible to win BIG!

We've had several big winners all year playing at https://www.CasinoBitco.in!

Just this week, we paid out a 70 btc win from our Blackjack game!
txid - https://blockchain.info/tx/a32af556ed0095373cd345e7bd88c5f87cc983735e93c6766e66c55e7c99e4a8

Play for free, 1 mbtc, or up to 2 btc in all our provably fair games!
https://www.casinobitco.in/bitcoin-casino/blackjack/index

How much is someone beting per hand to win 70 btc on Blackjack?? I could see it on slots or dice by hitting something with bigs odds, but in Blackjack?!
