201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How the wisdom of the masses can ensure the authenticity of information on: May 04, 2019, 10:22:20 AM
I have been seeing so many massages been posted by this project, but the truth is that I have never took my time to read with the content of the message was because I wasn't interested, but now I took my time to read it, but I can't still understand what you are trying to talk about, I can't decode how what you said in year is related to crypto in general, the only place I saw you mention anything crypto related was when you said we could mine your coin.
202  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to recover when you are down 90% of your portfolio? on: May 04, 2019, 09:55:04 AM
Hey guys, my friends and I were down 90% of our crypto portfolio. We bought at the highs and we bought shitcoins. Now we are still down significantly and i just want to ask if you guys have strategy to recover from this? Cheers!

If I were you, the first thing I would do is study how to trade like a professional. If you succeed in this, get rid of your smallest bags which looks dead (no dev, abandoned, etc). Sell them for BTC. Use this BTC to trade.

The most promising ones you keep for the next three years, you never know. You can also try to increase the size of these bags by trading them.
It is bad to hear about your loss but this is uncertain market and you can win and loose anytime. I think you guys will get your value recovered. Not all altcoin are bad, I assume you have ETH and maybe Litecoin and if you see the list for the best coins in the market, they are there. My strategy with Bitcoin when I loose value is I HODL until I reach back my initial value of investment and start gaining. I would have suggested you the same strategy had you had Bitcoin.
203  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which strategy you apply in recent bullish market? on: May 04, 2019, 08:38:14 AM
First I want to say, still market on bearish mode. We can't call it bullish market. Altcoin just start recover. You can get profit but its bit risky. We don't know which coin will recover now. But I like to buy on dip, so we can expect recover and get some profits as well. Those coin already recovered there is risk to entry that coin. So choose a potential coin which isn't yet recovered.
It seems to me that today it is very difficult to make a choice among all existing coins, because the unequivocally poor state of the cryptocurrency market will make certain adjustments in the development of many projects. I think that today the risks of losing your funds have doubled compared with previous years.
Then either you take your luggage and leave this world or if you are to stay, deal it with determination and bravery. Risk taking would make great traders. Although the market is down but you can hundreds of people earning money. They take this problem as opportunity and making huge profits. Altcoins and bitcoin, two choices, both are potential carrying, just need a bit wise strategy and firm planning to withhold all storms of market.
204  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HODL IS THE BEST OPTION FOR ME NOW on: May 04, 2019, 07:59:47 AM
HODL is the best option now for all my altcoins. I will keep Hodling till the bearish market is over. Everyone was thinking that bull run will start toward the end of the year, instead, there is a consistent reduction in price. Let keep hodling next year will get better for everyone.
I want to know what you feel, is there still hope for the remaining 18 days before the year end?
Some of you make the worst mistakes ever. I’m surprise when I see people saying they lost up to 80% and 90% of their investment. I don’t really know why anyone would continue to hold their coin knowing that the coin is losing its and they will hodl till they have lost more than a 50% ,that’s funny. I don’t hold much, if I invest and the price starts to go down, I don’t waste time in pulling out money. I can wait till the price goes down and I can invest back at a lower price.
205  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to keep your funds secured? on: May 04, 2019, 07:31:21 AM
Im quite new to crypto so i wanted to know what exchanges do you use and i'd be grateful for advises on security. I currently keep my crypto on localbitcoins but it recently got hacked to im concerned for my money. I want to move it somewhere safe but still be able to make trades without much fuss. Im still learning to trade but im pretty serious about it. Can you recommend me a good exchange that hasn't been hacked yet?
Don’t put all your money /coins on exchanges, they can get hacked and you will lose your money. There are safe exchanges though, but I will still advise you not to put all your money into their hands. The only money that has to be on exchanges is the one you’re trading with, the rest should be in a very secured wallet, maybe an offline wallet or wallets like Trezor.
206  Economy / Economics / Re: Important conditions for the progress of bitcoin on: May 04, 2019, 06:58:32 AM
2017 history cannot be repeated, green leaves will continue to turn yellow and fall out as long as 2019 branches will begin to break one by one and large trees will fall in winding storms, it is a picture of Bitcoin in recent months.

I see the balance of the price of bitcoin still far from expectations, because there are several important conditions to be met.

First, of course, the recognition of bitcoin through regulation, so clearly the digital currency can be used as a payment tool for certain posts.

The second is from the crypto market side, there must be an official exchanger and be recognized by the government of each country. If the exchanger is still not regulated, the protocol is also vulnerable to cyber attacks. There is no standardization of fulfillment of feasibility, even though to guarantee consumer safety.

There needs to be cooperation from entrepreneurs to invest in buying Bitcoin with a large amount of scale to support rising price movements.

Let's support Bitcoin...

Nice one,. Okay, thanks, but why are you still here since you know that it is not going to repeat? I think you should quit and also leave the forum, instead of looking for people you’re going to deceive. You deceive others to pull out while you continue to hodl yours and wait for bull run. And I hope you’re in shock right now, cause the price is already going up. Some of you say sh#ts that you know nothing about.
207  Economy / Economics / Re: China says rejecting physical cash is illegal amid e-payments popularity on: May 04, 2019, 06:28:50 AM
Maybe they like more and can control better their printed money, and maybe is more confortable for they to use cash money, is their choice and we can't do nothing but just use cash when travel there where is not possible to pay with card.
of course this will apply to the elderly, because they are more difficult to keep up with the times. but if the majority experience the same thing, of course cash is still a prima donna, let alone get support from the government
Cash Is the most liquid asset and they can be used immediately in buying whatever you need. Electronic payment is only useful when we talk about distance. The whole purpose of technology is to make things easy for us and not to replace what has been. So I believe that they are right, electronic is good but must not replace cash. Our choices differs and everyone should have what they think is good for them. Since you think that making use of electronic is best for you,  then you are free to do that and stop tackling those that believes in cash,  do your thing while they do theirs.
208  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Very important tips in digital currency trading on: May 04, 2019, 06:09:26 AM
It's really a good advice you have given to us here and I think the major problem is been able to keep those tip.  I do believe that majority of us know all this point you have listed but keeping them is the really problems with investments and trading.  For example it is impossible to keep trading when you know that the market is going against you and you are lose.
The most difficult thing is the psychological control when the market starts to appear red because it will be a time when you will be very difficult to calm down and easily fall into a state of panic. I think this rule is only applicable when the market shows signs of new growth and we will make a profit if we can calm down at all times. Of course these tips are useful but for me this is not the best advice because the bear market often brings surprises to everyone.
We all know that there is one prerequisite for the crypto market and that is knowledge about cryptocurrency and the market. It’s history and the way the crypto market works that is the cyclical understanding of crypto market. Having all these on one’s mind, one will never bother to struggle with his or her psychological reasoning. Red is followed by the green.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does crypto suffer from inflation? on: May 04, 2019, 05:17:52 AM
As you all know. now more and more crypto projects are born. So does crypto have inflation and lose its original value?
The first question you should ask is what is inflation, when you know the definition of inflation,  then you would be able to know if really Crypto can be inflated, well inflation just simple means that there is more supply than demand, and of course a lot of coins could be inflated due to the large supply available, but bitcoin cannot be affected by inflation because we have only 21 million in existence of which haven't been mined yet, and with the demand we see for bitcoin everyday,  it is never possible that there could be inflation, but other crypto could face inflation.
210  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't let the holiday catch you - if you are a day trader. on: May 03, 2019, 08:21:24 PM
I still trade during holidays and make profit, especially when I know it's a chinese holiday because I am certain that there will be a dump in price, all you need do is to swap your coin for any stablecoin in the market and then swap back to that coin after the dump as occurred thereby making lots of profit for yourself, the crypto market is so fun because you can take advantage of any activity to happening in the space to make profit for yourself.
Are you so sure about this, because china is in a 5 days national holiday now from 1st of May to 5th of May and I have been checking the market and all I am seeing is increase in price of coins, even bitcoin that dumped before then, has already picked up back to its former price and may not dump again because it about crossing the resistance line.

If you are talking about the main holiday which was done some months back, I still didn’t see any effect of it on the market, so I really don’t know which of the holidays you are talking about. Some of these things might just be speculations and not how the market operates.
China celebrated labor day on May 1st.  May 1 was not a great day for bitcoins but yet it showed some movement and growth. China is one of the countries holding most of the bitcoins and as of even on their holidays, bitcoins was showing some growth means bitcoins are not really affected by the holidays.

Instead peoples are busy buying and selling coins most of the time without actually looking for time or day because cryptocurrency markets have no restriction on time as off stock markets. So, I really think that price growth of bitcoins is the sign of mass peoples going for bitcoins instead of the holidays. Price changes on holidays can just be the factor of luck rather than the markets.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEOS are no different from ICO tricks; just an upgrade on: May 03, 2019, 12:13:58 PM
The only difference between IEO is having a real team behind the project. But whether the project will be successful there is no guarantee whatsoever. IEO simply removes scammers from the market.
That is right. What differentiates IEO from ICO is the team and the project behind IEO that passes the assessments of the exchanges before the IEO gets conducted. It is due to this reason that they call investment in IEOs safe and risk free. I think that ICO had limited facilities for the crypto startups as they had been banned in many countries and it was not easy to get finds raised by ICOs, thus IEOs came out as lender of the last resort.
212  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I bet it all in bitcoin? on: May 03, 2019, 11:38:48 AM
For me it is good to invest your money from bitcoin because bitcoin for me is the safety way to earn money because it can gain a huge money from other altcoins.
I have great love for Bitcoin and know its potential and the benefits it can offer. In addition, the projects competency cannot be questioned but the monetary economists who make policies know that a persons investment could be hurt due to one or another policy that is the reason it is advised to diversify investments. If you put in all your money in the same coin, a crash could make you suffer a lot.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nasdaq Adds XRP Liquid Index As Adoption Sentiment Pushes Crypto Market Upwards on: May 03, 2019, 10:39:25 AM

I have seen the news spread all over the finance news sites but weren't form Nasdaq pages. I don't know about that 4% surge though but the price of XRP seem not touched by anyone. If true, I guess its time for XRP to fly also. I'm not so sure about XRP anymore as they were too old in crypto but were never really making spikes much unlike the tokens which were born 2-3 years ago.
No matter how hard XRP try to push themselves with the money they have, it will just too difficult to buy the heart of investors because they don't really like the project, am talking because I am one of those people that is not really comfortable with XRP project and will not be comfortable until they are able to change the idea totally of their system and I am sure there are a lot of persons like me who also don't link the XRP  project.
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are investors realizing that IEO is a silent scam? on: May 03, 2019, 10:17:07 AM
It has been going three days Bittrex has launched IEO for "ocean" coin. But seems still now 17% remain of IEO token. Last IEO was closed within few seconds. Wondering why still not sold out current IEO on Bittrex. Are investors realizing that IEO is silent scam? Because on last IEO on Bittrex lots of investor's got REKT. Perhaps that's why investors worried about their funds.

What do you think? There is any other reason?
Lol, why do you say that IEO is a silent scam because an exchange haven't been able to sell out the tokens of a project yet, don't you know that the investors who participates in this token sales actually check out the project before investing their money in them, it's not just about buying the tokens but checking the project to see whether it's a good one or not and then decide to make purchase of the token, so it's no big deal if it takes 5 days or more to sell off, at least they will sell it off.
215  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Price of alts when BTC pumps on: May 03, 2019, 09:54:00 AM
at the moment I see that the decline in bitcoin prices will be directly proportional to the decline in altcoin prices, so if bitcoin goes down it is certain that the altcoin will also fall.
That is what I have been seeing for long. There is no exact correlation between both but I think that the factors responsible for the reduction in the values of Bitcoin also affect Altcoin in an adverse way. But speaking about the current scenario, speculating in Altcoin could be great because Bitcoin is in the bullish mood and the prices of altcoin could also move up.
We have seen it back in boom 2017. A boom in Bitcoin was a boom for altcoin as well. This is a revival in the same crypto market as a whole which affects all the coin and their prices hence by rising demand for these coins further. I believe that Bitcoin is yet to grow more and more along with rise in the value of altcoin. Having said that, it is the perfect time for speculation.
216  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bulls need time on: May 03, 2019, 08:26:12 AM
I know that but I think we have waited long enough and suffered a long bear period in 2018 and this year will surely about the bull movement. It's very subtle but huge partnerships are already happening and the clues have already been reported like the samsung and google support for the crypto customers.
To be honest, the price of Bitcoin had been down for more than three years back in 2013 until it hit the peak in 2017. This is a sure thing that the market will appreciate and depreciate and people who invest in the down market make the maximum out of it but they just do not have any influence over the market. Whales could play a role in bringing some changes but I believe that fir now, we are in the mood of recovery.

Bulls are getting ready right now it seems because we are slowly recovering toward $6000 levels. In some sense, we are already into bullish markets but people are sharing like they will consider about bullish market only after bitcoin prices reaching $10k levels. So, we may assume right now bulls are still getting ready to "full bull mode".
I am not very sure about the price prediction. Because this is something uncertain and is only determined by the endogenous and exogenous factors of the market. We should not even compare this Bull Run with the one we had back in 2017. The reason behind this is that we have gotten things changed in the crypto space.

We do not have that similar market. There are so many other altcoin, tokens which could shift the demand from Bitcoin. For profits, stay in the market because we have Bull Run.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading is the key to increase your portfolio in the Bear Market on: May 03, 2019, 08:02:36 AM
In my own personal opinion, trading will be difficult to help you to increase your portfolio in the bear market because there is a chance for you to a big loss in buying bad coins. But today i am glad that the bear market had stop since this year of 2019 and the bull market is starting rise up again that makes bitcoin and other cryptocurrency increase their price again, that is why i am starting to trade again and i am now looking for the best trading platform that has great security that can protect all of my assets and it can avoid hackers, until I found Darb where it is wallet and at the same time a exchange where you can easily convert all your fiat into cryptocurrency.

A small growth and stability does not say. The fact is that the market can unfold at any moment. And we always need to be vigilant.
That is true but to be honest, I do not trade during the bear market because it is way too difficult to get your portfolio increased when the market is off. I prefer to hodl and I do so because loss of value in the bear market is in the average less than gain of value in the bull market. One good strategy I love to follow about the bear market is to accumulate by speculating in coins with good potential and low market value.

218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay Calm, IEOs aren't a threat on: May 03, 2019, 07:39:36 AM
No need to say that, IEOs are new sun on the token sales. After the failed scam ICOs big exchanges like Binance,Bittrex started their own way of token sale. Biggest threat are  scam token sales and we needd to be careful with the scam projects.
That is right. IEO on some exchanges and not on all exchanges have been successfully reached their hard cap within minutes so yeah this is the reason why IEO on Huobi and Binance are overcrowded. IN addition, it has never been a threat to bounty hinters. There are people who claim it to be a very bad FRM but it is actually better than what many of them think. The risks of loosing have been reduced to great extent in IEO.
219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling Versus Traditional Gambling on: May 03, 2019, 07:06:13 AM
What are the differences between online and traditional gambling ? Which you like the most and why ? In my opinion both the types of gambling have got their own advantages and disadvantages. You can try both for some time and then choose one based on your convenience.
The difference between online and traditional gambling is certainly very different. Different in terms of online gambling You must need internet access and do not need to leave home to do gambling. And if of course you have to leave the house and look for gambling places around your house. For now I prefer online gambling because in my opinion online gambling is certainly very easy to do and everyone can do that.
If you are active in crypto, there is no way you won't love online gambling.
With lots of gambling sites here, we can be attracted to play as we can easily do it every at a small minimum amount.

And that is the saddest moment of our people. We don’t know about a thing that was built with right intensions and to change the world operational systems. And to bring an evolution of technology where transparency rules and evil would be eliminated. But look, how beautifully we have amalgamated this virtuouscrypto world with satin world. We are talking about gambling with crump, may our eyes get open.
220  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin prophesy has shown up again. Which side would you belong? on: May 03, 2019, 06:42:36 AM
We have hear many predictions about the market and some has come to pass and we still expect those by McAfee and others to come to pass.  I strongly believe in cycles as a traders and that is why I do used cycles indicator most time in knowing the state of a coin par time.
Getting yourself updated with every move in market is really intellectual. This actually shows concern of a person with his or her investment. Mostly, people lose their investments by wrong decisions and that’s only because they didn’t know how market was trending. Their strategies were unchanged which doesn’t resonate with current scenario, hence they fall. Better to keep an eagle eye on market.
