I do not understand why they are charging high fees from users while paying the usual fees in transaction.
One of my friend was sending 1.76 Bitcoins to someone and zebpay charged 0.002 bitcoins as transaction fees while they actually paid just 0.00068.

When Liberty Reserve was shut down, apparently you were supposed to contact the office of the lead prosecutor to get your money back. I suppose it'll be similar in this case (if the Feds actually took the money rather than the remaining btc-e operators). You can probably expect them to demand every shred of info you possess, though...
For the millionth time, you should not store money in Bitcoin banks! They get shut down, they get hacked, their owners run away with the money, etc. When you have money in an account like this, you should think of it as basically already gone -- maybe you'll be able to withdraw it, but until you actually do, it's someone else's money.
Well they said they will give money back to users but they never did. I've lost approx 8000 USD in liberty reserve but In this case I don't think they have seized btc-e bitcoins or any other currency. Their cold wallet might be in a safe place, but bitcoins are moved I guess. However in any case I am pretty sure that no one will get anything back. |

I don't think they will hold anyone's bitcoins without a valid reason. I had 0.9 bitcoins in my account from 2016 and I withdrew that bitcoin recently without any problem and that's almost 1.5 year without login.

Nothing shocking here. Assuming everything escrow.ms is saying is true, which I don't know if it is at this point, I could certainly understand the reaction.
It's understandable, however nonsensical. Regardless of whether the crime was done intentionally, it was still committed. Insulting people and leaving retaliatory feedback for pointing this out doesn't help any sort of reparations to your reputation. While I would very much like to have someone like escrow.ms back in the community, him throwing the toys out of his pram isn't the right way to go about coming back. Explaining what actually happened, why it happened and having calm, sensible conversations with those who left him negative feedback explaining the situation perhaps would be.
