OK, my next big gun after using up 2BTC more on rentals ... pool restart in 17 minutes at 4:00 UTC Everyone will get an immediate failover and fail back but cgminer will leave you in the lurch for 5 minutes mining on your backup then switch you back here if your backup isn't here. I've run out of ideas after this ... yeah I'm getting desperate  Don’t worry Master we are all here with you!!! We’ll get it cracked soon, nobody is leaving until we do! And thank you for putting in 12k for rentals trying to get us out of this hole!!! Just wow!  |

hey everyone,
i have 2 S9's pointed to the Kano pool, to test the waters, before making a decision for another 8, and another 10 next month, for a total of 20. activity is pretty quiet, and the total hash is down from 120K THs to below 100K in 2 days, so people are leaving...
any thoughts on weather i should wait it out and even go 'all-in' with Kano, or weather i should spread between several pool?
our normal rate is in the 90PH range. Last week or so the range has been jumping from the 90's to 118 and back, not sure why, but do some reading back to see how the pool works before you join. This pool rewards you for the longer you stick with it but it takes time to get to your optimum payout to prevent pool hoppers from; well pool hopping. If you read back some you will see the good and bad of the pool but it takes time to see if you like it. InternationalRescue is back up with his ~21 p/h again and pushing the pool hashrate back up to 118 P/h range again -- maybe this will be the boost we need to break thru this streak of bad luck? Fingers crossed! Streak of bad luck? Lol I say the luck has been more than generous to us lately! This 50 hours is nothing to worry about, I’m sure that we crack it soon and be on our way! |

We are now about where we were before the difficulty change hash wise.  M Nope, it's back. Wondering if it's a power issue where internationalrescue has their stuff hosted at (or if they're rentinging more hashing power) Now we just need some blocks, it's been over a day now. Yep looks like it’s back. |

S9 on Bitmain went up in price.
Just for a comparison - The 14Ths S9s (not 13.5) just delivered for the October batch were $1141 (And they're underperforming the July and August 13.5THs units.) Well all my 14.5's that were getting 14.5 are now all getting 13.5. Maybe the difficulty change has slowed them down? I didn’t even know that they had 14.5 out, I thought 14 was max? |

Hopefully they aren't "pool hoppers" who see we've had good luck recently and assume that good luck will continue. If they stay, our variance should decrease. I have more hashpower coming on soon too, but nothing close to a PH. M Why not assume that? That’s exactly what I’m assuming for over a year being here haha |

Hey guys, can anyone recommend me a good place to buy a bunch of BCH coins so that I can buy some more miners? Because bitmain only have been accepting the BCH as the payment method lately!  I have used shapeshift a couple of times, though can take a few hours if your unlucky. The first time I used them the transaction was almost instant, this last time it took a couple of hours I wont vouch for them, but they have worked for me The problem I have is finding hosting, I would love to buy a few more, but have nowhere economical to run them I see, thanks! Although I’m looking for a pace where I can pay with a USD. If you have an account with Kraken, they have BCH/USD in their trading pairs. Ok thanks! Don’t think I have kraken, just poloniex but I wi definitely check the kraken option. What a nice day by the way! |

I wish I could sell! I’ve sent 1btc to Coinbase to sell it but it has been over 40 min now and there still isn’t a single confirmation! I’ve tried the ViaBtc pools accelerator as well but it says submissions are beyond limit please try again later! Any idea how else I can get this transaction confirmed faster guys? Thanks! |
