201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Move-to-Earn (M2E) tokens on: May 07, 2022, 03:41:47 PM
In my opinion move to earn is the best concept . There are lit of projects who give you money while you are walking jogging or running. I heard about STEPN project which coins is gain so hype.

But the biggest question is sustainability if there are already thousands of users and more are coming will they keep rewarding people and these walkers or movers will just dump the token because it's a reward token, there should be usability and a supporting platform like a marketplace to sustain the project, not just as a form of reward.
202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PH banned online cockfighting - Worst gambling-related cases recorded! on: May 07, 2022, 03:21:15 PM

It's just become alarming because of the online version of it where it become easy for bettors to place a bet.
Because they can do this anytime even in the comfort of their home and even in a car or their office all they need is a cellphone a data and they can make a bet

Quote
Before that online version, there are only a few gambling-related worst cases in the actual cockfighting arena.
Because there are limited hours to bet cockpit arena is only open during weekends and on special occasions and back yard cockfighting or tupada is illegal

Quote
Don't blame cockfighting for why some people's life got worst. It's no different from other gambling here. What's the difference? You are pointing at the gambling after all then let's generalize it and not just focus on cockfighting.

Those who love to bet on cockfighting can do it anytime anyplace and their urge to gamble is uncontrollable, it's on the gambler and his out-of-control behavior.
203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Canelo Alvarez vs Dmitry Bivol - May 7 on: May 07, 2022, 12:49:21 PM
I have just learned right now that Dmitry Bivol is not allowed to carry the Russian flag in this match. I will now conclude that even singing their national anthem won't be allowed and everything that a boxer does in the ring represents their respective country.

Is this a form of unsportsmanship? I thought that was already settled since no sanctions were put on this match and the original title match remained.

Bivol has no choice then. Feel sorry for him but he should consider that as his fuel to fight aggressively with Canelo.
He probably expect that since the whole world thinks bad about Russia but it was Vladmir Putin that they should blame and not the citizens of the Russia. I feel bad for him that he cannot carry his flag because of what did Putin did. I am not sure if it is right but I think he at least let him carry the flag as it is really who he is or where he came from and we shouldn't judge him because their leader did something horrible to others.

I agree with what you said, leaders come and go but the nationality of one's individual cannot be denied, unless Bivol showed support for Putin but he is not saying anything about the war, the guy is quiet, it's hard to hate him seeing how quiet and meek he is but he is like a wolf inside the ring, he is very deceptive I hope he can pull a surprised a win is great but if he can stand toe to toe will be good and great to watch.
204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Canelo Alvarez vs Dmitry Bivol - May 7 on: May 06, 2022, 10:35:45 PM

Waiting for this fight to happen. Bivol knows he is on the spotlight here so whatever he will say can be used against him. So better keep mum and let do the talking his performance come this fight. Canelo is like at the prime of his career so no doubt many are believing on him with his capability even if he is the one going up with the weight division.

Bivol is like that he did not change because he is facing Canelo he doesn't trash talk and is very quiet he never chooses to be mum it is just his character, and about the prime of his career they are both in the prime of their career, it's just Canelo is too experienced and probably stronger than Bivol, Canelo is the heavy favorite here but I will admire Bivol more if he takes the fight to the distance, and I believe he can do it.
205  Economy / Gambling / Re: 💥🔥hilobit.live🔥💥 | BET HI or BET LO to roll 🤩 and the WIN BTC! 🤑 on: May 06, 2022, 09:34:32 PM
Welcome but disappointing just what others are addressing that you, OP had never replied to any single query in here. You need to improve your communication with your potential customers that would be interested to bet with this hi-lo game of yours.

Honestly, there are a lot of improvements needed to be done with this website. You might want to consult some experts on building up your UI and the casino itself.

Because he is not that serious with his project, I see already some user he asking a good  question and some are already thinking that his gambling site might be a scam or not safe to play with and if you are really serious about your site, then you are going to defend or explain it as soon as possible but the OP is not active anymore.

It's going to be both potential scam and not safe to play, serious admin of casinos will never fake anything on their casino they will try to be as unique as possible to differentiate them from other casinos, he cannot answer these questions because people here thinks its intentional if he says otherwise then he needs to fix everything, but I don't trust casinos like this when it comes to casinos the first impression lasts.

Anyone here checked Lightlord's new post after 5 months of absence on this forum, I think he is not interested in reviving this thread anymore or even his promised bounty campaign, based on his post he is worried about the Russian war, is this really Lightlord he should drop here the majority of his posts are on this thread why suddenly he ignored his own thread.

As the possibility of a WWIII breaking out with Russia, the consequences could be dire and potentially take generations to rebuild civilization back to where it is today. An all-out nuclear war would lead to nuclear winter, famine, and billions of deaths with great impact.

207  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: What process should I go through, for gathering funds to develop my app idea ? on: May 05, 2022, 02:01:11 PM
Just recently I came to the realization that lunching my own crypto project will be the best bet.

First of all, does your project have anything unique compared with thousand crypto-related project out there? I've seen to many project without anything unique or interesting where team rely too much on marketing with buzzword and hire crypto "influencer".

I've seen so many of it too, cheap projects with high profile influencers, you can post your project here not the full details but something that can evoke interest in investors, but it's better to have someone you know personally as the main investor than just invite others for additional support, people will not invest in something that they don't know it's uniqueness and potential, because investors are always looking for something new and something that can become a trend.
208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: sports betting sites that return your money when you lose. on: May 05, 2022, 01:41:18 PM

Edit (April 25, 2022, 01:25PM):

Okay, so I am already up 17k+ but the withdrawal and deposit buttons have disappeared as seen below and the telegram is blocking messages now. Seems like the scammers finally decided to rake in the net.

They don't want you to expect more so they stop the ride by closing the withdrawal  Cheesy
If they going to return they continue to show it.

Quote
With what I understood, the site was claiming to be a charitable something and they give signals for bets and the signals they give never lose so it seems with the time I've been there. So up to now, I really cannot confirm as to whether they would really return the money if bets ever lose. But yes, if by a miraculous chance they decide to come back(which is impossible in my opinion), I will post an update on this post.

I'm sure they will not return the money but if ever I will still not believe it and will not try it maybe they want us to take us for a ride and wants to use someone like you, but let's see we'll wait for an update even if it obvious.

209  Economy / Gambling / Re: Wizary.com |🚀NEW CRYPTO CASINO🚀| 💵10 FREE COINS FOR NEW MEMBER💵 on: May 04, 2022, 09:14:44 PM

Many people are skeptical of it because when registering it shouldn't require number verification because many people are too privacy about their numbers so some people don't want this.

Some people may have no problem with number verification to register on your platform but some people still doubt whether this is safe enough or not even though you say it's only for verification.
I hope there will be changes or removing the verification number during registration.

1. We took the mobile number verification for one reason, because you can't get it as fast as any 10 minute mail provider.
2. We currently have no other way to change this quickly, so the verification remains with the mobile phone!

That's wrong on all the casinos and other sites I've signed up with I can get the email within 5 minutes it's the phone verification that took too long to receive, have you checked or made a study it's very rare that we can see casinos or Cryptocurrency related sites ask for phone for verification you should know that before starting your casino.
Sites that ask for phone verification are frowned upon or ignored, some people will wait for you to establish your reputation before proceeding to sign up.
210  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Crawford vs Spence on: May 01, 2022, 09:36:07 PM
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.espn.com/boxing/story/_/id/33834967/terence-crawford-says-wants-go-straight-fight-errol-spence-next%3fplatform=amp

Please make this fight happen.  This would be the fight of the year.  I like Crawford in this fight.  Wonder what the odds would be.  Who does everyone like in this fight if it goes down finally?

Of course, every boxing fan wants this fight to happen the boxing community has been frustrated because the fight will not push through but with Crawford's announcement team Spence should now make a move, these two fighters if they failed to meet in the ring will be a source of frustration in their retirement days they should meet now that they are in the heights of their career.

Quote
"The way we can get this fight done is them sending me an offer and we look at the offer and sit down at the table and we discuss what's needed from both sides -- Team Spence, Team Crawford -- and we get the fight done like that. My team is just waiting on them to get in touch with us and make this fight happen."
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ever heard of this "buy at dip and be rich in the future" on: May 01, 2022, 03:47:19 PM
I did it all month of April. although do not know where the lowest point. I bought AXS, I bought Sol, ftm, luna, bitcoin, avax, all coins that I think have great potential and prices are falling. but today i started to doubt, what i did was right?
after I observed my assets were down quite a lot and it was enough for me to have trouble. I want to ask what did I do wrong? Or is this the right decision?

Have you not done a research, you posted that these coins have potential and checking, all of them have potential it's just you are very impatient to see the results and make a profit, that's not how things work, some of those who bought in the dip wait for months and years to make a profit, one example is the start of the pandemic those who bought at $6000 have waited for 2 years to maximize their profit, it's not that you buy on Monday and you will make a profit on the next day.
212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Horse Racing and Gambling on it should be banned on: May 01, 2022, 03:22:12 PM
I actually don't have idea that happened to a horse, does it mean it also happened to the greyhounds racing? I really am not a fan of any gambling that uses animals including rooster fighting, for me it should be banned but I think it would not be easily banned since from way before horse racing is a normal thing.

Banning is not good in the old days, horse racing is a tradition and Horses are created for transportation and moving we are just using their innate capability, we are not forcing them to run because they will run even if they are in a wilderness, so why not we take care of them and let them run and we bet on their innate capability,
213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano on: May 01, 2022, 02:16:55 PM

It was a great fight. Probably fight of the year candidate. Way way better than ESPN's Stevenson-Valdez unification fight. I thought Serrano would finish Katie on the following rounds but she failed until the defending champion managed to recover. I had it 95-95 for Katie. 96-94 were acceptable but that 97-93 for Katie was insane.

It could actually go either way it's a great fight and the highest paid for female boxers with this fight we can conclude that women's boxing has finally arrived and they deserve the respect for representing women in this very physical sport.

Quote
A rematch is very possible but Katie already at 35 years old wants her next fight in her hometown. It will be more difficult for Serrano to earn a decision there. If Katie Taylor sticks to boxing rather than her warrior type of fighting then she can win comfortably.

That fight deserves a rematch they could do it again but in Katie's hometown I doubt if Amanda will agree unless the price is right, he cannot afford a second loss against the same fighter, he is also protecting his legacy it should be on neutral ground, Las Vegas is the best place for another historic fight.
214  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Scammer In Forum Who Want to Steal Private Keys From New Users on: May 01, 2022, 01:36:52 PM
This is a cheap trick, for anyone who knows how Cryptocurrency works will never fall for this kind of trick, OP is taking a big chance and hoping that somebody who just learn Cryptocurrency will fall for this kind of trick, only newbies who are really greedy to what the scammer is promising will fall to this kind of cheap trick.
215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Australia to ban Pokies on: May 01, 2022, 01:22:22 PM
I am not an expert in Australian politics, but judging by the initiative and the fact that the name of the party contains the word "greens", these are just another leftist idiots who "invented" how people should live and will now try to force people to conform to their fictions.

Well, with so many socialists on the forum, I'm glad to find someone who thinks like me, as there aren't many around here.

Leftists tend quite a bit to ban and force, as in this case. I particularly, although I'm not a big supporter of regulations, I do believe that the gambling industry has to be regulated, but in this case it's silly. Are they going to ban slot machines in bars and pubs when today everyone has unlimited access to slot machines from the mobile? Lol. Idiots.

To be honest, I rarely read the Politics section and the like, so I didn’t notice that there are a lot of socialists here, it’s sad if so.

As for the stupidity of the leftists and the fact that their prohibitions are easy to get around - yes it is. But I believe that bypassing the ban is a losing path, because by trying to get around the ban you recognize that someone has the right to restrict you. It is unacceptable.
Plus, it should be borne in mind that they never stop (until they get a rebuff), for example, in the case under discussion, their next step will be to ban access to online casinos (as has already been implemented in many countries). This can be bypassed with the help of VPN, but they will again come up with the "next" ban. This is a road to nowhere, it is better not to start it.

If you look carefully you will see that they are not going to completely ban gambling they only want to reduce the gambling addiction of citizens by gradually reducing the number of gambling machines and which are placed on almost every corner in pubs, bars, etc. Think about it, is it good when about 70-80% of adult Australians gamble? Personally for me it is just an unacceptable statistic and I see nothing wrong with this initiative.

I don't know about the state of gambling in Australia is it really that worse that they want to take out all these machines even if gradually if it's that high, but if they are responsible gamblers I don't think they should take them all out if they don't have alternatives for the patrons of these machines, in a country where gambling is tolerated the government just don't take everything out without alternative or transferring to other venues.
216  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is a game you would like to see in an online crypto casino? on: May 01, 2022, 10:09:53 AM
The most attractive feature a casino can have that will trigger the huge traffic from the community is to be able to play against other players that is the ability to play against other players and the board game is cool for most people but also I will love to play cheese game on a provably fair system that the outcome will be the result of the performance of the players.

Do you mean a chess game I would like to see that too, a player against a player that is very similar to https://www.chess.com/ where players will bet against each other, the casino can give both players options to play blitz or long games so far I have not seen this kind of games in any casino, it ca compete against https://www.chess.com/, there are millions of chess players all over the world and this could convert to profit.
217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Shakur Stevenson vs Oscar Valdez Title Unification Fight (April 30) on: May 01, 2022, 08:47:20 AM

So, let's hope that Kambasos will beat Haney so Shakur would again fight an aggressive fighter, a real aggressive fighter. Not fun to watch, but there are boxers nowadays that focus more on defense and calculated offense to win, despite the fact that they are boring to watch.

Some of the best fights in the lighter division are in the era of Pacquiao, Chavez Sr., Leonard, boxers nowadays preferred to be scientific and calculated they just want to score points and win by decision, when was the last time we have seen a fight so similar in the Hearns - Hagler fight where every second of the fight is exciting, I can watch the replay of the fight of these two legendary over and over again but with that kind of fight between Shakur and Valdez I don't think I can watch a replay.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good for crypto community having more Tokens & Coins as well on: May 01, 2022, 05:55:17 AM
Even if we don't want to have it, the source is open and it's easy to create a token on popular chains, even newbies who do not know how to code can launch their own token with the help of freelancers.
We already have thousands of known and unknown tokens and there will be coming more because there is money to be made and each industry and concepts and influencers want to have one for their own community or industry, and we are in a decentralized space everyone is free to do what he wants to do with the open-source.
It's everyone for himself and it's your responsibility to yourself to check what tokens are worth supporting and investing in.
219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Shakur Stevenson vs Oscar Valdez Title Unification Fight (April 30) on: May 01, 2022, 05:17:47 AM
^^ The bookies are correct, but it seems we got it wrong though as we are pre-dominantly Valdez, same as the crowd who watches the fight live.

Maybe majority of us here doesn't want to watch a defensive fight, but it's obvious that Shakur skills is superior and he has somewhat power because Valdez was hurt when he was just even grazed by Stevenson.

Shakur makes Valdez looks bad he is the more powerful between the two and always on the attack, Valdez was left in defensive mode, this is a very disappointing fight we all thought that we could have a good fight because these two are good fighters, and willing to slug it out, I agree with the decision, I don't think these two deserves a rematch, it's all Shakur on this fight.
220  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The reason people join bitcointalk forum on: April 30, 2022, 11:06:09 PM
Some more numbers of people join bitcointalk forum for one or two reasons, to gain knowledge or for both the money and the knowledge. The zeal to make money has made many to learn more about bitcoin even if their main motive of joining the bitcointalk forum is to just make money to earn a living.
Either ways, the motive of joining the forum has made many to still achieve the primary aim of why the group is created. To learn about the basics of bitcoin and how the market works plus mining.

You forgot to mention scammers and developers there are no subjects to be discussed if the developers did not join here to promote their project, they also contribute to the enhancement of the discussion here.
unfortunately, since this is an open forum scammers are also joining and luring people to fall into their scheme, while Bitcointalk is a great community for sharing everything about Cryptocurrency we also should be aware that there are scammers here working to make money out of gullible.
