No we are strictly against KYC, thanks for your feedback I will send the "problem" with the mobile number to the relevant department.

Forcing users to verify their mobile numbers is a bit contradictive with the above statement therefore I urge you to remove this feature or at least make it optional so any user can choose whether to verify his phone number or not. You can give a small reward for those who will do so if you want.
Also can you clarify the requirement for the free credits: do we have to wager 5x the free 10$ ($50 in total) or wager 5x the $25 we have to deposit ($100 in total).
If it's the former, is there any wagering requirement for deposits before we can withdraw? Meaning if I wager 5x the free credits and make a $25 deposit, can I immediately withdraw all my balance?

Many people are skeptical of it because when registering it shouldn't require number verification because many people are too privacy about their numbers so some people don't want this.

Some people may have no problem with number verification to register on your platform but some people still doubt whether this is safe enough or not even though you say it's only for verification.

That's wrong on all the casinos and other sites I've signed up with I can get the email within 5 minutes it's the phone verification that took too long to receive, have you checked or made a study it's very rare that we can see casinos or Cryptocurrency related sites ask for phone for verification you should know that before starting your casino.
Sites that ask for phone verification are frowned upon or ignored, some people will wait for you to establish your reputation before proceeding to sign up.

If we do talk about withdrawal fees then for sure it wont really be that much even if we do speak with bitcoin considering that fees are almost free or just cents which it wont really be bothersome.

My first comments are to congratulate you on your launch and welcome to Bitcointalk. Your website looks excellent and the interface looks really attractive and functional. I like the minimalist high-end look.
The first thing I noticed was the wide array of casino games which includes more than 5000 titles. The variety is pretty big. I looked around a bit and noticed that there were only online slots. However, I would expect to see other variants of casino games, like table games or card games in the future. This is something that could easily be added to the site, and should also be on the todo list. The fact that there are currently only online slots seems to be a drawback.

now, that they stopped giving the 10 free coins credit, maybe, they can already stop asking for phone numbers of their potential players. the mobile number upon sign up is a good way to mitigate abuse but since they stop providing those free coins, time to implement a different way of how to avoid multi-accounting and the likes.

Two hours waiting for a withdrawal is uncool.  If they wanted to compete against other crypto casinos, they should find a way to make withdrawals instant without compromising anything that may affect both the security and user experience.  I think this is another important part that needs improvement.

^ Instant withdrawal is the most preferred by the casino gamblers, they have this instinct that the casino is good if they had a fast withdrawal process, though the two hours still not bad even on the bItcoin network it only required 1 hour for the transaction so there is no reason why it took that long.
However, I visited the site and it has a good user interface that will surely lure gamblers but anyway, you are welcome to the community and I hope OP are very active in answering those questions and interview which is have a good impact on their company.

You need to understand OP that cryptos are famous for their anonymous features, so as the gambling casinos should be.
Asking for personal info from the gamblers while registering in the site will surely hamper site’s growth.
Most of the members including me don’t like to give our personal info(in this case the phone numbers) to any gambling sites.
And if you also see 98% of the gambling sites present in the market neither ask for personal info while registering.
