Unconstructive criticism and complaints that this project is not doing enough to raise the market price are being deleted for the unhelpful self-serving gripes that they are. Bitstar has never been a hyped project for the very reason that it simply produces false price gains and market pumps. Value will be brought to this coin in time through actual tangible purpose and use. If you wish to contribute your time and energy to helping run some of the anciliary social media and communication platforms, or can provide technical skills, then please say so, otherwise bitching at the dev is not going to achieve anything useful.

I dont think we are at this point now. We are on two exchanges, one has 0.08btc buy orders and the other one hasent even had a trade yet. I dont get why all you want is to be listed on a bizillion exchanges. If I was to be a new investor id wanna check out the coin first before i put money in it, which means ill check the website , the community, forum and social media channels, the whitepaper, the mission and USPs of the coin etc etc. i.e. its not very encouraging for a new investor if the first link to download the Windows wallet is down and the faststartpack is almost a year old. But hey, lets all ignore that and pay bittrex money to list us!! Go |

Good call. It is better for us to only have 1 or 2 good and trusted exchanges anyway, we dont have this big of trading volume yet

Unfortunately from time to time however, we must make a call whether to keep a market or to remove it. I am afraid that there is not a single metric that we use but rather several factors that weigh in to this final decision. As much as we would like to keep the markets that we chose to list, it is inevitable that some will have to be removed at some point. I am afraid Bitstar is one of these on this occasion. We do always however announce these well in advance both on our Twitter and in our Notices section below our Trollbox. You can also still initiate withdrawals for these coins until they are de-listed and for some time afterwards. The other issues - check the slack channel mark81 mentioned a few posts above. Primarily rebranding/launching, team effort of people involved to do some PR,Storytelling, update of Website (still shows all exchanges)... just to mention a few. The more listings the merrier, no? |

So what do we do now? Get a wallet and save it there? You can easy get on novaexchange. Is running a daily vote. If you guys can make a giveaway on bitcoingarden.org to pay people some coins to vote, in one week you are there. And after you try to get on other exchanges. Just a thought! Good luck! I also think we need to get the BITS whales on a table, they are the ones who have the most at stake here. |

I did contact cryptopia support and they said that to get coin listed without review period we can use option to use their service called paytopia. That requires buying their native currency Dot. We need to buy 2.8million dot and pay service with that to get cryptopia staff on work to start listing coin. Thats worth of 2.4btc at current orderbook starting from 74 sat and ending to 90 sat.
This is one option but lets hear what bitsdev will hear from them.
There is chance that this is also now only option so I would like to hear members of this community who are willing to support with btc to get listed on cryptopia. PM me or reply to this post.
Edit: if we have enough people intrested to this idea maybe dev could coordinate this progress and for those who have helped in process dev team could give some informationbenefits on future releases that bits dev team is doing?
Thanks Mark, will let you know what the reply with. Getting back on an exchange is super important for the survival of the coin. But also other things need to be adjusted. It just doesn't work when the bitstar devs don't maintain a certain pr /marketing to keep people excited in the coin. The lack of twitter or Facebook activity, the bad maintenance of the website, no blog and whatnot have caused the removal from the platform. That's not at all surprising. I reckon all who are interested in keeping the coin alive open a slack channel to discuss what further steps could be taken and who could help out with what skills. What do you say bitstar_coin? Or just tell us the coin is done and we don't loose more money. I know honesty is far fetched in this Metier but we'd all appreciate it anyways. |

I have informed coinmarketcap.com to correct their information regarding bitstar and gave them link to official blockexplorer http://explorer.bitstarcoin.com to use its Api calls retrieve information. What was wrong? Wrong number of coins. Saying 18million when that's currently over 22,9million coins. Not quite right, remember the swaped coins come off the total, when we we redo the wallet we'll take them off the count. So right now current coins in circulation are: 17397913 (17.3m) Yes I know but at this point it shouldnt be affecting. If they are on blockchain then they are. But mostly it would great if they get API working correctly for bits. When I read about BITS purpose I understood it was also a means of funding other projects, i.e. if youse started another project youd have BITS exchanged into currency of the new project, just like you did with BATL. Did i get that right? |

What sets bits apart from any other coin, what is it's function in the crypto space?
Good question! I checked the richlist and Mark81s right, some accounts have collected huge amounts of bits. Maybe that means something. Ive noticed that there is someone with about 58 btc who keeps putting buy orders in, always waaaay below the current price so itll never get executed. Is that you Mark81  |

This coin I observe from the first increase on 28 March 2017 to this day has pumped 3-4 times abruptly.
and that made me feel at home with BITS.
there is always a surprise.
The pumps just got smaller and smaller which sucks. Its not too difficult to pump a coin like BITS and make profit so I wonder why pumps arent bigger.. And yeah, there was some news that caused the crazy spark.. it was a post from T3CLtd saying: "The 'Chain' isn't under development at this point, the BATL coin network is simply operational as it is supposed to be. The commercial App which will utilise BATL, however, is still under development and we will be releasing an update on this in the very near future. Thank you for your patience.
