201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: May 24, 2017, 05:57:09 PM
i have litecoin transaction left pending a day so far with no confirmations Sad one of the many reasons this whole crypto thing in its many current forms will never hit mainstream users

Very strange. I notice that you have been around since 2012, so I assume that you have done all the usual things like making sure that you have the latest Litecoin Core wallet update 0.13.2 (https://litecoin.org/).

dude i'm the litecoin mod somewhere i-forum *  fyi i just now bought LTC and FLO(litecoin code) Cool hodl for rings of saturn <<<

Anyone know (or have links to) discussion about why Bitfinex price, after for so long with fiat payment troubles causing an above-market exchange rate, is now lower than Stamp's?

Not got any links but I assume it's because of a lack of fiat at the exchange, no fiat -> no buyers, and it doesn't look like there is an Arb yet for buying Alts elsewhere moving them to finex and switching to BTC so the exchange is stagnating.

bitcoin moves faster than fiat bruh * keep calm go buying BTC Cool  no down only uppppp+

Another excellent good morning Bitcoinland.

Seems the tempo has picked up a little.

Since last night we had an ATH, a $45 correction, another ATH, a $60 correction, another ATH and a $65 correction (Stamp).

Now we're heading back up again... currently $2393USD/$3217CAD (Bitcoinaverage).

Another ATH coming soon?

Gotta love this self-correcting sustained growth.

Go Bitcoin go.

$2400 NOW STARTING TO FLY * nasaaaa = we have liftoff!!!   Cool  *good times!*

why there is huge difference between polo and korean exchanges Huh

Asian exchanges are mostly crooks. The exchange owners mess with the markets and then don't let you withdraw btc or ltc due to 'local policy'. BTER is a prime example of a criminal enterprise. They do this to extract extra fees.

can't more agree with you . Last night i saw the QTUM show on yunbi, that was crazy to make me doubt the life!

.O15 ETC = $20 per coin easy ethereum original chain mang Cool ETC/ETHEREUM is going to be great<<<<

Right now it's more like dumping coming.

Don't know where and when it will stop.
Not sure we will have the needed support for what's coming! :/

Pretty much stopped as soon as you posted this  Wink

poloniex showing $50 less than all other exchanges = rocketshipzzz to pluto BTC Cool  hodL//^
210  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 24, 2017, 02:46:29 PM
So what happens when the exchanges run out of bitcoin, low liquidity, then the Altcoin bubble bursts and all the alt-loving newbs frantically run for the trade back to btc? $30B trying to get back into btc all at once?

"..This resulted in a decentralized Domain Name Server (DNS) in which the TLD is not owned by any single entity and DNS lookup tables are shared only on a peer-to-peer basis. This means that DNS servers can be neither updated nor seized by any authority, and once a domain is registered, only its owner can control it. Access to the Dot-Bit domains was limited to those using a very particular proxy setting, which Necurs had configured inside its own code. This uncommon workaround is clever, but more than that, it was rather telling of what’s to come. .."

Cool

1    Bithumb   ETC/KRW    $29,338,700    $14.75    19.60%    Recently
2    Poloniex   ETC/BTC    $23,729,800    $11.38    15.85%    Recently
3    Coinone   ETC/KRW    $20,180,900    $14.55    13.48%    Recently
4    Korbit           ETC/KRW    $17,252,300    $15.11    11.52%      Recently

why is that difference. nearly %30 less prıze at polo.

Has more street creds than the other ones I think. After what I went through with BTER yesterday, I do not trust many exchanges. Kraken is reporting the same price as Polo but hey if you trust the others then play the arbitrage game.

.O1+ expected here ETC is the REAL ORIGINAL ETHEREUM Cool

Good afternoon. I believe that a price of 0.01 $ for Dogecoin is very realistic for the near future. I will be very complacent in this case !  Smiley

218  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 23, 2017, 10:52:04 PM

Does that mean that this announcement is NOT as bullish as anticipated.  So what if all these folks agree, but if core does not agree, and they end up forking off with these terms, then we could have two forks.

Maybe this is not as bullish as we thought because core is not agreeing to lower the consensus threshold in this case, right?

You think that you can make an exception to lower the consensus threshold and then every time there is a dispute, there would be an attempt to use 80% as the new consensus threshold?

I suppose ultimately if this is a softfork rather than a hardfork, then it is not as big of a deal to have a consensus threshold that is lower than 95%.

I view it as slightly bullish.
Parties seem to be slowly converging closer towards possible consensus.

From my admittedly layman and non-technical perspective the 95% threshold makes sense. However 83% of the hashing power is getting much closer to 95% then we have been in the past. Perhaps now further discussions and compromises need to be made to get the last 12% and bitcoin core on board. The major exchanges would probably all follow at that point. That would be extremely bullish.

2mb upgrade is obvious...segwit still confusing to some! ===> stay tuned Cool  //$2500 approaching<<<

Not at all. Block size limit should be lowered not increased.

for your shitcoin botnets ya ===>that way we can mint coins on a vacuum cleaner Cool rotff happy ATH BTC kaboooom++

219  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Building headless Bitcoin and Bitcoin-qt on Windows on: May 23, 2017, 10:49:17 PM
Is the DOGE client easy to build?

Not much of a difference; shouldn't be hard to build with similar steps and a proper toolchain. Also, I've revised your message (in my quote of it) to better convey your inquiry without useless fluff.

i was able to do bitcoin 9 and 10 using the op!! .... ETC ethereum i might give it a whirl sometime ~ visual studio i'm going to check out BTC way too<<<
