201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I've lost on: August 06, 2019, 04:47:49 PM
I've lost big. Over the last two or three years, I've lost 60K in total. It was almost my entire savings.
It started out with a large investment in bitcoin when the price was about 13K.
When the price dropped to below 4K, I lost all hope after waiting forever and gambled it on bitcoin gambling sites trying to triple it up, just to make my money back.
I lost that and a lot more. Never imagined it turning out this way. Especially after the price went back up.
I don't have a lot of close people to turn to nowadays. It's hard to get through each day feeling horrible. Just needed to reach out somewhere.
Sorry if this isn't the place.
A day is coming when Bitcoin will be trade above $100,000 and it is not far from now again. I really think you did not invest your capital rather you gamble with the capital. Buying bitcoin and holding is the best ways to trade bitcoin but you must be patience enough to make it big. How many years you could have hold and you could have made it big if bitcoin grow above $50,000 or so.
202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What You Should Know Before Playing A Crypto Betting Game on: August 06, 2019, 06:49:55 AM
Like what @boyptc suggest, next time choose only the legit gambling site and have reputable to play gambling, so he doesn't have a problem.
There were countless times that complain like this has been existing. That's the best suggestion that I can ever give to them.

Probably they weren't aware of what are those legit casino's and long running that they can trust. And if there's a casino that pops upon googling it, they are visiting and trying it not knowing that it's a fake.
I only depend on the reviews we do in this forum through the comments we made here on any projects be it gambling or coins and by many complain or accusation I do avoid those casino or gambling sites. Googling do give us both the bad and the good one and greed will always lead us to select the scam one.

I feel like they all just have so much money and don't know what to do with it  so part of it gets donated but then the rest goes on wild adventures like the yacht. It definitely is a showy way to go about something but it's not uncommon
It all about vanity of life . Spending money on those things you know did not benefit human but self is not enjoyment to those that are involved in it. If you have enough money to feed your community and you do that it is far better than spend money on those things that you can not really utilised it value in a long run. Why should one spend millions or billions of dollars on yacht when you have millions of people around you or around the world that hard feed or provide decent accommodations for themselves?

So I just watched this video, This shit makes me sick to my stomach.

Did you know Paul Allen(Microsoft co founder) If I had your money, I could feed every single person on this entire planet for free everyday, I could house every single one of these people, There would be 0 hunger and 0 homeless in this world if I had your money.

Honestly fuck all of you and your shit yacht club, To be a member of that club you must not have a heart or common sense, or any compassion for fellow human beings.

When I was making $50,000 I was donating over 50% of my check to homeless. You guys are cunts, KYS.
I still regret feeding all of you for 31 years. To not have what you make in a single year, breaking my back picking your fucking meals.

Paul Allen, I see you in the video, bragging about your 4 different homes and many boats to your friends in this video, You`re not impressing me at all. In fact I think it deteriorates your character even worse. Get over yourself you fucking loser and sell your boat and start housing the homeless and putting farms in the homes you cunt.
If what you said about yourself is truth then you are kindhearted person and i desire and pray that God should keep you safe and blessed you the more. It is greediness and selfishness that is the origin of the current suffering that the destitute and homeless are facing today. The wealth that is made for all of us is been dominated and used by the few.
205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Maximum bet amount on single bet! on: August 05, 2019, 04:29:30 PM
I think this forum has lot of regular gambler so I am interested to know how much they ever spend as highest bet amount in very single bet.
I bet 0.015btc at the price of $212 and i lose! It was one of my sad moments in gambling. I wanted to bet 0.0015bt at stake.com when i was playing dice and mistakenly type in 0.015bt and i lose. Gambling has been a way of fund to me until that happen about three weeks ago.
206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: if you want to win big...accept defeat on: August 05, 2019, 08:24:33 AM
Basically, losing is in high percentage than of winning in the world of gambling and I'm not thinking that by those winning side we could get more than enough to cover up our losses. In fact,  it possible that it is just half of it and still we are losing. But of course, if we are a real gamblers it is not accepted into our part and we need more winnings than of losing.
If you take gambling as a business then you should be ready to face loses because loses is part of the business. The risk is there and you should be ready to face the reality of losing all your funds and if luck shines on you? It might turn to be great winning for you and you will make a huge fortune. However, it is better to play gamble for fun and that means putting funds that you can lose.
207  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 20 Killed in El Paso, TX Mass Shooting on: August 05, 2019, 08:03:41 AM
This baseless wasting of innocent life is uncalled for and I don't see reason why people should be bend of taking each other life as we cannot create one. It is sad that this is happening now that we are having promotions for peace and when we are finding ways out of what divided us in the past. If  developed countries are not safe what is the hope for the third world countries that are be over power by the terrorism and extremists?
208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Choose Lottery Instead Of Anything Else? on: August 05, 2019, 07:34:53 AM
So I've been wondering a lot time now why some people choose to play lottery which is made in such a way that it's statistically impossible to win and not any other game that gives about 49% chance to win? In online crypto-gambling there are a lot of such services.

Personally I'd advice against gambling overall (ye I know I wear a gambling signature at the moment!) but if someone insists on playing something without thinking or using skills, then why not buy a random stock? That'd give them 50% chance to win and with some research they could increase this chance.

I found this nice video a day ago, it tells the truth about lotteries in a funny way: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9PSWTDhHGt4

A very good point is made at 2:55 about the probabilities
Also at 4:07 they lottery in comparison with gambling and stock market in a funny way... "we take away all the skill of blackjack or poker just to make sure we have the best chance of getting your money"! Cheesy
The reward you get on winning is extremely high and that is what is making people to preferred lottery to other games. I have a family friend that win a house and job through lottery and that makes me believe that it is better to play it than other form of gambling.
209  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitcasino.io Scam on: August 04, 2019, 07:39:41 PM
I do get surprised when gambling sites workers or owners ban people account when you tried to prove them wrong. The same thing with exchange platforms! They always get angry whenever you tried to asked them solving issues that is clearly there fault.
210  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Did Trump's anti bitcoin stance change your from pro-trump to anti-trump? on: August 04, 2019, 07:34:40 AM
I am pro trump before he makes that unfortunate tweet from him about bitcoin. The tweet was made to damage the image of bitcoin but I think bitcoin has passed that level and we should expect more of this type of tweet from him in future. I am now anti trump! If you are against bitcoin I am against you and your economic policies.
211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best solution to handle gambling addition, in a country. on: August 03, 2019, 07:06:01 PM
I don't think my country can ban gambling as one of the sports betting company's owner is a member of legislation. Some of the people making laws also have gambling websites and businesses. In a way, I don't see anything wrong with gambling or betting as many people especially the owner treat it as business and before you became addicted to it you must have taken it too far.
212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling destitute on: August 03, 2019, 11:44:18 AM

Rich people can make wrong judgement in gambling as well, but majority of the gamblers who failed in gambling are the poor people, because they are the one that are so desperate to win and with their mentality, they will not be able to think realistically, they tend to focus on the the reward only and disregard the risk. Rich people are smarter and wiser, they gamble big money but they can afford that and they will not become rich if they aren't smart.

Nope actually if you are going to think about it on a deeper concept. Rich people are losing more money than the poor people. It's just that poor people who loses in gambling are obviously looking more broke. However rich people are losing millions of dollars just to satisfy their addicted.

Being rich doesn't make you smarter or even wiser. It just happens that rich people can burn out more money than the poor people but in the end it will cause them larger effects and depression.

Yeah, and that's what we call a lazy habit, a crazy one indeed. Especially for those who are in the very low status of their lives, they even make their life worst more than their current status just because of unavoidable feeling of greediness.

Not to mention those who're rich, because they have the rights (not necessary) to waste money unlike the others. So they just keep on burning those papers together with their minds as they turn into a gambling addicts.

”Turning into a gambling addict” is the worst state one can find it self because of how compulsive it is. The rich do treat gambling as an entertainment why the poor see it as an investment and away to come out of poverty fast! If you gamble and you keep losing and you do it to the level of borrowing money to gamble next I think you are in a very serious problem and that is when you will need medical or psychological personal to help you out of it.
213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling affect your overall lifestyle? on: August 02, 2019, 09:04:42 PM
Frankly speaking it does because most of my lifestyle are not shifted toward a life style of a gambler. There are things that actually I was not doing before I venture into the world of gambling but since I have joined the gamblers community, I have seen more. changes around based on the gambling life and also on my general life.
The change you have in your life is it positive or negative? I think many of us are suffering loses and few are really making a good life in gambling and therefore we can notice a change of lifestyle by the way we live. I almost get depressed when I lose 0.02btc last week Saturday through dice and since then little thing makes me unhappy. Gambling is a game and we must do it for fun if we want a positive change in habits and lifestyle.
214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here have some strategy to gain money, but with low profits daily? on: August 02, 2019, 07:25:20 PM

That's a very stupid idea. Gamble shouldn't do for long, get out asap when you are in profit and forget about it.
Your grammar is ridiculous lol.

I know that not everyone would like it because it's a different approach to gambling. It's not for entertainment purposes but possible profiting. It's just a suggestion, and the topic is about low profit daily. How would you even achieve that without some strategy? Let's see you do it.
I support you on this and to add to what you have said I will say gambling is a game that so many people play for profits. I know about three persons in my community that bet on sport and they are doing it full time. Since then I started disagreed with those that think we cannot gambling for profits or money and since we gamble for money we most have strategies that put us ahead of other gamblers.
215  Other / Politics & Society / Re: US Congress Hearing on Cryptos on: August 02, 2019, 08:03:52 AM
Two days ago, the US Congress held a hearing with regard to regulatory frameworks for digital currencies and blockchain technology.

Here you can find the recording of the hearing:
https://www.banking.senate.gov/hearings/examining-regulatory-frameworks-for-digital-currencies-and-blockchain

Who else has watched it?
I am very curious what are your thoughts on the hearing?
From what I heard from them two days ago i think the only option they may have is to make another law for cryptocurrency or digital assets as the policy on the commodity cannot be applied to cryptocurrency.  The issues of banning of bitcoin in USA is over and government is now focussing on how to regulate it.
216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why I don’t share Strategies anymore? on: August 01, 2019, 07:45:57 PM
You have a good point, people are out to prove that your strategy will not work, and we have seen that in many conversations here if you are successfully on it, keep it on yourself and keep winning share it to people who lost a lot and wants to get back some of his losses, provided that he will not blame if the strategy did not work well with him.
If their aim is to "prove that your strategy will not work" it will really discourage those that have the mind to share their strategy free of charge! I have tested some gambling or gaming strategy that I learned online and at the end lose money but if I dig deep into the whole thing I will find out that I did not really practice what I learned from the strategy and that is why I am losing.
217  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Video Game Addiction, a very real problem. on: August 01, 2019, 07:11:01 PM
Video games are designed to make you hooked and extract as much as they can from you.  You are slaves on the world they created, wasting your consciousness away on a virtual world.  And the grinding games are the absolute worst, its just the same gameplay over and over.

Well, if you get hooked to this kind of games it clearly is you who has the problem Cheesy

Video games are designed to earn money with them, that's for sure.
I don't think many of us know how to monetize our passion because I have met with people that really like playing video games and other games. We would be enslaved when we treat video games just to please the desired of our mind and heart but if we mean business, we would not be addicted to it but rather we would see the playing of the games as a business.
218  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you get agressive from eating meat? on: August 01, 2019, 06:00:06 PM
I do and i am looking at 2x180 grams of entrecote on my plate.

What a ball!
If it is possible for you, it is good to only eat vegetables and green. Eating of meat is not good for your mental and spiritual advancement. Most people are suffering from extremely anger today because of the type of meat their consume and how most of the meat we eat today are being killed! It is good to stop killing of animals because there have the same life as we do.
219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What You Should Know Before Playing A Crypto Betting Game on: August 01, 2019, 05:31:31 PM
Some crypto betting games are provably fair, while others aren't. When deciding the crypto games to play you should consider it's fairness. (Especially a game that requires luck.) Not all that claim to be provably fair are actually as they say, some are just managed by scammers.

A provably fair crypto betting game would have it's code on Github i.e. open-sourced. That way a developer can easily confirm the authenticity of the claims. Another way would be to use a provably fair tool to check. These tools can be found online.

A friend lost a chunk of his crypto investments to a scammer that claimed his game was provably fair. The owner of the website waited till the website was popular, to accrue more victims. Then he simply closed the website and vanished with thousands of dollars belong to people.

Don't play because others are winning!

That's another tactic the scammer used. He usually gave winnings to a circle of accounts that were managed by him. When you try to compare the losses of the accounts to wins, the wins would be more. He did this to entice his victims.

Be safe!
Thank op for sharing this important knowledge with us and I have just learned a lot from this your post. I think we are to be careful because of scam gambling sites that claim to be fair but are manipulating the systems. I have play some game and dice and from all the indication I ought to win but it turns out to loses. I agree that fairness should be what we should look for and not the opportunity to win!
220  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can go to 42000$??? on: August 01, 2019, 05:01:33 PM
Hi, do you think bitcoin can reach 42000$ as i read here https://www.interactivecrypto.com/bitcoin-predicted-to-reach-42-000-in-the-next-five-months-dan-morehead who know this guy???
I have read this speculations and analysis some time last week and i believe in what he said because he has mathematical prove of what he said and also providing proved of what has happened in the past. I strongly believe that he might not be accurately right as no one can predict this market accurately but at list time is come it might get to $42,000. It might be next month or November but it will happen one day.
