Beginning to think i have the wrong electrum version or something there is no ' i already have a seed'
And there is no ' reinstall wallet ' just ' create a new wallet or ' restore wallet.
it seem we shoudnt have same version of electrum : i use Version 2.7.10 , under linux... anyway : "restore a wallet" ps: it would be better to ask me in pm , as you have a lot of question ... no need to spam the thread. |

1: delete all your electrum files and folders (even hiddens folders ) : ALL
2: reinstall a new electrum wallet
3: choose "standart wallet"
4:choose : i already have a seed"
5: enter your old seed ( from your old electrum)
6: choose a password / repeat it
7: your coins are now back
folllow all these steps , it's easy , i assure you mate..

pwewwww.... man : read explainations just above: do that , step by step , and your old balanace will appear in you freshly reinstalled electrum wallet. all have been already said .

yeah ... something sucks with this one .... all the TX's I had pushed last evening are confirmed this morning, unless this one ...  also , i have to admit, about i dont know what is this red "U" nearby the address ... if someone could explain me ..... The red "U" nearby the address signifies the address itself has unconfirmed Tx, which has been used to create another Tx. So, unless those unconfirmed Tx are confirmed, the next Tx can not be confirmed. thanx a lot sir ! that's now super clear  |

Ok I open electrum.
It tells me it could not find an existing wallet.
What do i select now,create a new wallet or restore wallet/import keys.
And then which wallet kind?

This Tx is still unconfirmed. I doubt pushing only this Tx through ViaBTC will make any difference as it has unconfirmed input. Hence, I have now pushed the whole chain of unconfirmed Tx through ViaBTC. Thanks for your help so that creates a new wallet where I can move coins in and out and the coins I currently have are lost basically?
no: they will be restored , after receating your wallet from the seed : you wont lost anything 1: be sure you got the seed of old wallet 2: remove all your electrum files 3: reinstall a new wallet ( still electrum) from your old seed 4: done ! your coins are back  ps: during new install, take care to choose normal wallet , not "watch only ! " |

if you have installed a "watching only wallet " : you cant.
first, delete all your electrum files. then :
you have to reinstall your wallet from your seed, and choose resore a wallet from the seed , not "watch only"

Your transaction should be now confirmed soon ,..
Next time try to add enough fee... Or let electrum calc that for you with dynamic fees parameter
Yea I usually do add the appropriate fee. This time i got a bit complacent. But thank you, so it will definitely be confirmed soon? It should , even if indeed the fee was really inapropriate... Anyway , the accelerator have accepted it... Now you have to wait a bit.. |

Tu peux aussi exporter ta clé privée et utiliser un autre wallet.
absolument : depuis la console de debug: click on 'debug window' selectione 'console' tab tape: walletpassphrase "ta walletpassphrase ici" 600 tape: dumpprivkey [ta public key ici] ça va te retourner ta private key, tu peux a present la copier; et enfin installe electrum , choisit creer une porte feuille a partir de cle privee , et hop ! cordialement |

Kinda sad to see that not many people know about the tool by VIABTC to accelerate the transaction but I'll run your TX on the site so it SHOULD be confirmed soon (no guarantee on that, sadly) Here is the link to it, I ran it through also! https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ Good luck with the confirmation! this was already did ..
