2001  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question/Poll - Will you invest 0.01 BTC to win 100 BTC? on: January 15, 2018, 01:02:44 PM
Guys I'm working something, which I will definitely share with the community soon.

I've a very simple question to all traders and Bitcoin enthusiasts.

Would you be interested in taking part in a lottery where you can win 100 Bitcoins by investing 0.01 BTC?

Basic rules are as follows: Participation cost  0.01 BTC, 15,000 participants.. 1 winner gets 100 Bitcoins, 20 Runner up winners get 2 Bitcoins each.

I'm working on a similar concept - wanted some thoughts from you folks before I take it any further..

So will you invest 0.01 BTC to win 100 BTC? Yes or No and why...

Gain trust from the community by holding a small lottery for couple of months is the good way you could take into consideration before making the bigger one. None will risk their money to the strangers.
2002  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Trading Gambling? on: January 14, 2018, 09:11:44 PM

There is a big difference between investing in bitcoin and day/swing trading bitcoin. If you invest some money and forget about it, that's one thing. If you constantly try to ride the wave of bitcoin's price and try to multiply your money a few times a day or week, that involves so much more risk, one bad call can ruin it all. The latter is gambling.

Your explanation is make sense. Daily traders, people who buy and sell bitcoin in daily basis can be considered as gambler. Tbh, in our daily life, there are a bunch of things that can be called as gambling as well. But, as long as it is legal, we shouldn't worry too much.
2003  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which coin do you think is best for gambling? on: January 14, 2018, 08:43:45 PM
Same as you I prefer to gamble coins with fast transaction and small fees, I prefer doge and str/lumens, unfortunately only 2 online gambling site I know support str for usage (exclusively for str)

Str isn't so famous among crypto's users that is why only few casinos who willing to accept it on their sites as an alternative payment. It is better to use dogecoin because as I know, it is accepted on a lot of casinos already.
2004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction. on: January 14, 2018, 01:06:40 PM
It's all about the money that is why plenty of people will gamble, some think that it is very easy to eran money from gambling which is not true.
You told clear truth about gambling addiction that people are getting easy money from gambling that’s why they are not in the mode of removing gambling from their lives. Every gambler comes into gambling field having the same thoughts that it will help me to make more money without doing any efforts but they realize at later part of their age that gambling has totally different concept. It’s just like a poison in jam jar.
It is really hard to depend in gambling, if we want to earn consistent income, don't go to any gambling site or casinos. There is no easy money in gambling unless you are lucky to do it. If you are professional in gambling it is still no assurance that you can win all the time and every part of your game, we all experience loses and that is the fact and we need to accept that reality.

Yes, luck won't come to us very often and even if we are lucky, there's still a chance for us to turn it into unlucky one if we can't control/manage our mind and fed our greediness.
2005  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂🎁 LOTTERY 🎁★★★21st BILLION BETS PROMO★★★ 🎁 on: January 14, 2018, 11:51:44 AM
So shocked today, I just tried to login for the first time since my last login yesterday but now I got a notification that my account is blocked for 13 hours and 44 minutes because of too many failed login attempts.
How could it be possible while it is my first attempt since yesterday? Is there someone tried to access my account?
Hope my account will be un-blocked soon even though I dont mind to wait for almost 14 hours.

P.S : sent you a pm as well about this issue. Thanks before.

happens when you enter an incorrect password
I had same problem a few months ago,had to wait it out
correct me if I'm wrong but it is triggered after 2-3 incorrect passwords entered
it is to prevent anyone bruteforcing your account, but its a double edged sword
if some guy knows your login,he could try and login and block your access to the site

The feature to avoid bruteforce is good but since our username for login and our nickname(the name that will be shown on all bets and chat) are same, such feature can be so annoying. Real case example : when someone hates us, he can block us to access the site by login using our username for couple of times and he repeats it again and again. I wish more secure method will be found so such case won't happen.
2006  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: January 13, 2018, 12:53:20 PM
Gambling is depends on luck only no need for experience it is not like trading where experience and updated knowledge highly recommended that is why i prefer to trade most of time than gambling .

Experience is needed just at the beginning. It is when as newbie we don't know anything about the game we want to play. Mostly we need someone else who already knows the rules to guide us through the game. But as time goes by, experience isn't matter anymore because gambling will depend solely on luck.
2007  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 13, 2018, 11:45:42 AM
Chelsea - Leicester GG & Tottenham - Everton GG

Chelsea vs Leicester both team to score? I doubt that Leicester will be able to make a goal in this game hence I won't pick this one. But for the game between Tottenham vs Everton, I have a feeling that your prediction will become reality.
2008  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino Faucet on: January 12, 2018, 06:57:42 PM
faucet amount for every sites depend on your account level and if only testing the particular gambling sites from use faucet i think there are plenty trustable gambling sites with faucet features currently available such as primedice or bitsler.com but if you have any plan to making money in gambling use faucet i think you have to think it twice because it almost impossible to do so and only wasting your time and effort

Faucet amount for a new account will be so low in the current days since the price of bitcoin is already high. And yes as you said, it will depend on account level to get higher amount of faucet. Most casinos have their own policies regarding the use of faucet to combat faucet abusers. So, if people depends on faucet to collect free money, the end result will be bad for their accounts.
2009  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which coin do you think is best for gambling? on: January 12, 2018, 06:13:43 PM
I usually use dogecoin for gambling since bitcoin take long time to confirmed and also high cost to cover tx fees. But sometime i also use ethereum and litecoin.
Dogecoin still my favorite alt to gambling, low fees, cheap price, a lot casino accept this one and also not too long wait until my deposit/withdrawal confirmed.

Dogecoin is accepted on a lot gambling sites beside bitcoin and ethereum. Whenever bitcoin and ethereum network are so crowded, dogecoin can be used as an alternative way to gamble. It has small fee and mostly, the confirmation time will be fast.
2010  Economy / Gambling / Re: When a Gambler/Player Dies on: January 12, 2018, 12:12:58 PM
I have been thinking of a question but have not got a suitable answer, in case a gambler or player who has big money in his account dies, what happens to his money? If the family eventually get to know he has money in that gambling account, how will they claim it if they dont have a password to the account or email? Does the owner of gambling site have a way of handling that or is it a free money for them to claim? Your response please.
I am referring to gambling sites like: bitsler, primedice, freebitco, cryptogames, etc

I'm sure each site will have their own policy regarding this kind of situation. If the family member of such gambler knows that their relative have some money on gambling site, there will be some things that can be used as evidence. Through wallet, email and so on.  The family members can find the evidence through the equipment that gambler often use. I am sure something can be traced through such devices.
2011  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 999dice.com scammed me out of 0.048 BTC. HELP ME FIND THE ADMIN PLEASE on: January 12, 2018, 11:33:46 AM
This was a very old dice site i used to play years..

Today i played there and deposited 0.048 . After winning i requested a withdrawal and my account was blocked and i was no longer able to sign in

I dont know who owns this site but if anybody could help me reach the admin of this site i will forever be grateful to you.

No proof of what i am saying cause i can't eve log in. All i have is my deposit tx : 82f832a3ece1caa1a7e98cfc66c814456b7f7ae7e622165d28fe03b065d74a09

Thanx for the help

That site is a scam site and as Darkstar clearly pointed out its make no sense to continue using the site, now as for your lost money, we'll you could try opening a scam accusations thread if you get lucky you'll get paid, but I doubt only since they're not responding, you can leave a negative feedback for them so other's may avoid them. Why don't you play on reputed sites like PD, Bitdice, Chilmaker etc? If you had you would not have lost your money.

Yeah, there are some negative feedback regarding the site. Most feedback said that the site is rigged. They aren't provably fair and this is the first time I read someone wrote that the site is willing to scam their users as well.
2012  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the advantages of having Bitcoin? on: January 11, 2018, 12:27:50 PM
The advantage of having bitcoin being saved in your electronic wallet today is that someday when it's value is equivalent to 1 million per bitcoin then of course you are already a millionaire, so let say if have already save 10 bitcoins today then I'm sure that tomorrow you'll gonna end up to be a millionaire and I'm very sure that your future will be much more brighter than the day when you still don't have any bitcoins at all.

True, having bitcoin will give us an advantage if in the future bitcoin can reach $1 million/btc. Although there is a disadvantage as well, but as bitcoin fans we have to believe that our expectation in regards with bitcoin will come true someday.
2013  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Simple way to earn Bitcoins through Gambling and Casino games. on: January 11, 2018, 11:48:12 AM
Of course we should consider greater house edge as one the reasons we lose on a gambling site, but what I'm trying to say is that in my opinion it is not the main reason. I've noticed that some gamblers are looking for sites with smaller house edge and when they find one they think they can make money there, and I want to say to those gamblers that bad luck is the main reason they lose, not the house edge.

The house edge is just another reason why people mostly get the bad result on casinos. Tbh, even though there is no house edge, the end result for most gamblers in my opinion won't be different. Greed is the main reason why gamblers can not get the good result in this type of business.
2014  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can ethereum be beat Bitcoin on: January 10, 2018, 12:17:02 PM
Ethereum is mooning incredibly with stability, But bitcoin still a volatile coin. Lots of crypto expert telling that 2018 Will be for Ethereum. So, what do you think, Can Ethereum beat Bitcoin?

Sorry For bad English. I am trying to improve it.

Thank You, everyone.

I look forward to see how far Ethereum can go. I believe it has chances, but still, it's gonna take a lot of time and effort.

At late 2017 bitcoin price soaring massively and at the beginning of 2018 ethereum and some alts have a good price increase. The chance for ethereum to beat bitcoin is exist and I wish it will be happened soon!
2015  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what impact has gambling make in your life? on: January 10, 2018, 11:27:03 AM
It always give me headaches whenever I lost. LOL. I don't know if there's a positive impact to me. Although I used my own money and don't borrow from someone to play, sometimes I regret all the money that I been wasted. But its OK for me, I'm trying to managed my addiction now and just playing once a week in landbased casino and not playing at online games.

I have this New Year's resolution to at least minimized and managed it and not throw my hard earn money to gambling anymore. Hope I can quit this year.

You could easily quit it without your new year's resolution to be hones, you just have to be dedicated on doing it, because if you are not, then you are just fooling your own self. I know that it is going to be hard quitting something where you have lost so many money, but quitting it is the best thing to do to get back what you have lost, getting back again and again in gambling is like repeating what you did.

If we can forget our previous loss and have a new view that gambling is not something that can be sustained to buttress our lives, then to stop or at least reduce gambling activity will be easier. Frankly, there are bad and good effects of gambling for our lives but overall bad effects will dominate.

2017  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Doge - Hold or dump ? on: January 09, 2018, 06:14:12 PM
Hi,

I have some Dogecoins. I read it hit 2 billion market cap. I am a newbie . a friend suggested that i dump it and buy reddcoin.

experts please suggest.

Usually when doge reach 100 satoshi each I will dump it. But as today, when I saw a lot of alts prices increased so significant, I prefer to hold it while I keep monitoring the price movements. FYI, I have some alts which in the past has almost no value but today some of my alts start to increase in price.
2018  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What was your worst mistake in Gambling? on: January 09, 2018, 05:41:46 PM
This happen a couple months ago, I was playing a hi-lo and from 10k sats I managed to go far to BTC.01 and I was still not contented and still continue to play but the end was quick and I lost all of it. I can't even move because of disbelief.
This is actually very usual mistake and one of the biggest gambling mistakes players are repeating over and over again.
~
I hear that voice too in my head and it attracted me to still play and even I lose more money.
You hear...voices in your head?
You should visit a doctor ASAP.
Voices in your head! I think this is a type psychological order because the things for which you think the most are always wandering in your mind when your mind is free from other activities. This shows that how much you are involved or interested in one activity.

I am saying this all because I was a student of medical since my school. It’s better to get a treatment of this disease as soon as possible before it becomes a permanent one.
Voices in your head are a psychological disorder and it goes on increasing with age if not properly cured and it makes the person mad in front of others. When people get soo much involved in the things which they are doing the most, their mind starts involved in affairs of that activity all the time and such a person becomes irresponsive to most of the words done with him. If it becomes permanent as you are saying, no one can get rid of it.

Having "voices in head" is a very common thing to happen due to my own experience in gambling. Frankly, it is because our greed comes to us and unfortunately, most of the time, greed will win and regret is the end result that we get.
2019  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ate you going to spend or save you bitcoin? on: January 09, 2018, 05:21:50 PM
if i have a bitcoin more i will spend it wisely.and then i will save it for the future.i will give money to the very poor family so that they can have enough food in their tables.
I think if I have a lot of bitcoin on online wallet I guess I will used it in a good way like I buy some altcoin and prefer to hold for many months and sell it in a high price so that I could earn income. On the other hand, I will also save some of my bitcoin so that I can secure I could have better future and life.

There are many things we can do when we have lots of bitcoins. Helping who in needs, buying some stuffs that usually only exists in our fancy or starting a new business. To be sure, if I had a lot of bitcoin, I would use little part of it for good and leave the othe part as bitcoin for future use.

after the update Bitsker looks even sexier than ever
well done admins and the team!
it looks and feels much better on a mobile, also now you can use mouse only
to adjust payout and multiplier-saves time and is very convenient
some of the new colour themes are plain awesome,I love the black one

It took me a while to get used to this new design but overall, the new design looks really cool. Gamblers need new sights so they do not get bored lingering in bitsler.
