1061  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Trading or Online betting? 2k Usd budget. on: December 01, 2018, 05:53:11 PM
Newbee here. Please guide me.

Which is more profitable in the long run, Crypto trading or online betting ?

For me, I would prefer to do the crypto trading since it will give high chances to earn good profits if we really know how the market flows and if we know how to be more patient. Although doing online betting is a good and easy kind to earn profits, but at the same time it is also a very risky kind because you will have a chance to loss all your savings.

Yes, crypto trading is more elegant than online gambling in term of profit in the long run. The number of bad experiences in the long run from online gambling are numerous. Indeed we won't always get good profit from crypto trading but at least there are hopes in it which will be determined by our own actions on how to manage it.
1062  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm loosing. What to do? on: December 01, 2018, 04:06:11 PM
What to do now when things get worse every day, only hold will help us? Who is trying to survive in such a market? Your advice, friends!
You should look for a new job and wait as the market grows again. Me and my friend have lost more than $ 20k and now we have to find a new job and still hold his altcoins. This is a way for us to survive the recession.
maybe this is best way for us to avoid stressed.moreover our loss reach $20k, its very big us and better to hold it till good news come to market and all cryptocurrency price rebound.

Looking for other activities to momentarily distract us from price movements that are in a downtrend is the best way to avoid panic and possible missteps in managing our investment. Make our minds relax with new stuffs and things.
1063  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: December 01, 2018, 11:14:11 AM
It would be interesting to see Crystal Palace playing against Burnley today as both of these teams are in urgent need of points to climb up the table in the English Premier League, the overall defense of Crystal Palace is pretty good whenever they are playing at their home stadium, I guess betting on under 2.5 goals might be a good option for this match.

Crystal Palace has bad performances while playing at home but today's opponent is Burnley which has also bad performances while playing away's matches. So, the chance for Crystal Palace to get three points will be openly wide this time. Under 2.5 or correct score 1-0 for Crystal Palace may be the good markets today.
1064  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you promote Bitcoin? on: December 01, 2018, 09:01:24 AM
I don't really promote it but most of the people who truly knows me know that I am using it to earn,
And if they are really interested in crypto they would be the one to talk to me,
I don't want to encourage them since I know the risk if they want to make money from crypto I would just guide them .

Maybe that is the best way to introduce bitcoin especially at the current state. In connection with the enormous risk that can be generated from this type of investment, it would be nice if we provide what we know only when people ask. I've been active to persuade people to learn and invest in bitcoin but once the price drop deeply, I started to decrease the intensity because I am afraid if someone followed me then he unable to manage the investment and lose their money.
1065  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling ends on: November 30, 2018, 05:49:49 PM
I cant understand people who are addicted in gambling what do they want in life? To win huge amount of money and become rich? Well this not gonna happen even if they gamble for the rest of their lives they will never become rich in this vice it will even make you a beggar after a months of gambling I know to others its just for fun but to some its an addiction.

It would seem easy for us people who are far from being addicted to gambling to say that gambling is an activity that is not financially profitable. But, for those who are already at the level of acute addiction, such words don't seem to work to stop them. There must be close supervision from other people, relatives or friends, so that the addict can get rid of his habits gradually. And sometimes, proffesional help will be needed.
1066  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you send bitcoins to Satoshi, if you know his Bitcoin address? on: November 29, 2018, 05:17:54 PM
Let's create a fictitious scenario where Satoshi sends a message in a way that can be validated/verified < PGP key > and he notify all of us that he is bankrupt and has no access to his coins.

If this is verified, would you send bitcoins to Satoshi, like people did with Andreas Antonopoulos?

We have seen people sending tips to Satoshi's known Bitcoin addresses and to date, bitcoin’s maiden address has received 16.7 BTC in tips, worth around $107 600. <This has never been claimed>

Will you send bitcoins and if you do, why?

If you will not send bitcoins. Why?

I won't send him even a single satoshi. Why? because it is impossible for Satoshi Nakamoto to lose the access to his coins. He is the developer and it sound weird if he send such message that stated he is bankrupt and got no access to his coins. I will certainly doubt the validity of the message.
1067  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This person made $500,000 with gambling and lost it all within 60 seconds! on: November 29, 2018, 12:53:13 PM
He thought he was on a winning streak and couldn't possibly lose. He got greedy and careless, and lost it all and some more. He should've at least put some of the money aside so he wouldn't risk losing it all.

Why do you call him greedy? It should be called a turmoil, that's a more accurate description of what the gambler is going trough when something like this happens.

It doesn't matter how we have to call him, but a question arises in my mind. What did he think about when he got the chance to go with $ 500,000? Is that not enough for him so he continues to play or are there other things that continue to persuade him to keep gambling? Tbh, people can win sometimes, but if they keep such behaviour, then there's no way to get good result from gambling.
1068  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What causes a person to become intensely addicted to gambling? on: November 29, 2018, 10:07:06 AM
For me the best way to prevent gambling addiction is abstinence. Not gamble at all.

This is definitely the best way to bet on yourself, hands down.

It can easily be said but difficult in applying to a gambler. You can't just have complete abstinence in gambling if you have been practicing it for most of your time. But if you are good in controlling yourself and in pushing through your goal, it's possible.

What do usually come to an individual is the thinking that this is just a pastime but when you are giving more time to it, you're getting attached then you will never notice that you are addicted on it already.

Thinking as pastime at first but then enjoyed the game and forgot the time. Curiousity about the luck will usually make people keep trying and tend to use more time on gambling which slowly will make people addicted. To keep steady on the the first plan, make gambling as just for entertainment, will face a bunch of obstacles.
1069  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Price Action vs Fundamental on: November 29, 2018, 07:42:53 AM
for major correction fundamentals will be good after that you will see those movements in charts as price action if you are new wait for corrections until you see majority for bull candles above a good level than think of entering with good risk rewards

Yes, when the price up or down significantly, fundamentals will be good to be followed otherwise we can use price actions. In cryptocurrency trading, we could use both of the methods in combination. We just need to see what is happening. Whether the price moves normally or not.
1070  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be careful with fake exchanges on: November 29, 2018, 06:30:36 AM
For those of you traders, please be careful with fake exchanges, because I found a VERY SAME exchange that makes no difference at all like the exchange on EtherDelta, the fake exchange link that I saw I got from my Gmail inbox, which message it was contains about giving tokens like AIRDROP, and there I am given a registration form link and in the form there is a fake EtherDelta link, and this is the link http://EtherDelta.website, and this is the original EtherDelta link https://etherdelta.com/. There is no difference at all in the two exchanges, the images, features and others are exactly the same, so please be careful.

Secure your private key, secure your wallet, do not easily believe things that invite you to get rich instantly, do not easily trust advertisements, because crime is not just at one door, who knows there are many other fake exchanges, therefore be careful.

Such phising sites nowadays have been grown rapidly and if we aren't carefull enough then we can be the victim. There are many phising sites that imitate the real ones. And with the promotions that offered through email, it is better to ignore it all or ask the respective supports in concern before take an action.
1071  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is Why you Should Worry! on: November 28, 2018, 05:35:06 PM

You said it yourself dude. No guarantee of future results. So you also can't be sure that bitcoin will not recover and exceed previous values. There are people like me who believe that the technology bitcoin brings will make sure it has a place in the future and that's why short term crashes like this don't seem to worry us that much.

True, there is no guarantee that bitocin price won't soar again and there is no guarantee that bitcoin will die. He only asks the reverse sides while forgot the possibility at the other ways. We as bitcoin supporters sure will keep believe that the price will moon again someday.
1072  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm loosing. What to do? on: November 28, 2018, 01:19:05 PM
Make another investment while the price goes down and continues to hold the previous coin that we already have. If prices rise later, at least with the subsequent investment we make, we will benefit. And if prices continue to soar, our first investment will have a chance to get profit too. But for sure, the risks will be greater if the price keep falling down.
1073  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂CASINO/12 COINS AVAILABLE 🎁50% REFERRAL PROMOTION🎁 on: November 28, 2018, 12:09:37 PM
Quote
you should may be give some explanation on how every player can get this token. And hope this bonus will apply on every part of this game. So goodluck Bitsler and the team Grin

- It's 100% free
- Everyone can claim it (left side menu)
- $250 daily & $3500 weekly, guaranteed prizes
- In the claim popup - there is an info tab with all relevant information (message support or mods if you think something is missing)

I just tried to claim it for the first time but it gives me a notification message says that I'm not allowed to claim any faucets. I'm not really sure why, but is it because I've been inactive for a while without no deposits in the last some months? As you said it is 100% free for everyone then I do not think there is specific requirement to claim the BTSLR coin. Did I miss something here, or maybe there is a reason why I cant claim the BTSLR coin?

Inactive accounts or accounts with no deposit history in the last couple of months indeed will be banned from faucet which is why you can't get bitsler coins. Send a support ticket is the only way you can pick and hopefully they will release it! It is 100% free but of course there are some conditions that must be met, including making deposits. As I know, that is the valid rules till today, idk if they will change it someday.
1074  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler's mindset! on: November 27, 2018, 02:45:51 PM
I think winning in all your bets will never happen you only win because its manipulated by codes commanded by casino operators you can win to lure you and gamble more money and later on lose all your money, can I ask to all gamblers here, Do you know any gamblers who became rich just from gambling? No one because gambling is not for profit activities its a business by casino operators.

It will be so hard to get rich as long as we are still in gambling habits. Even though there are people who able to win huge amount of money, but if they aren't stop, they will lose at the end. Rely on gambling to meet our needs will be the worse thing to do.
1075  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how long you can stay without gambling? on: November 27, 2018, 11:42:27 AM
~
It should be this way only where you only play when in mood or just when you are invited to to meet your friends. Not that every week you end up in a gambling and then realize that you are hooked up to it and cannot stay without gambling.

Every week or even everyday is fine as long as you stay on your own limit on each play. It is better than you play once a month or even once a year but you play over your own limit. They key is your own limit and yourself, no matter how often you play, as long as you stays on your limit then it wont be bad thing for you.

It won't be a bad thing regarding your finances, I agree with you on that, but I think another thing which should be considered is time. Even if you are playing in demo mode losing no money at all, you still can lose a lot of your time, and that thing should be avoided too. For example, some poker tournaments can last for 3 hours or even longer, and if you decide to participate in more than one of such tournaments during one day, I think it's too much. Gambling is a good entertainment, but constantly entertaining yourself is not what life is all about.

Wasting too much time on anything, especially in gambling, could make us lazy. This is one of the starting points when we become ignorant of other things in our real life that are very bad for our future. So gambling will affect not just our finances but also can change our behavior at the same time if we do it excessively.
1076  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best Thing To Do When Cryptocurrencies Price Dumps! on: November 27, 2018, 08:17:08 AM
If all the crypto coins decline like today I would better look at the daily chart to observe, I don't want to be fooled by buying in a hurry but it turns out there is still a deeper decline

Yes, makes some observations and wait for the right time to buy while cheap will be the best and not in hurry to make some buy orders. I have a feeling that the bottom price will be around $2k and if it is reached then I will consider to buy without the need to wait for further decline.
1077  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we still believe in Bitcoin? on: November 26, 2018, 03:30:05 PM
I saw some statistics one bitcoin price fluctuation and I began to believe there is hope for bitcoin and cryptocurrencies as a whole. Sooner or later things might turn out to be good

Till now I don't see any bad things beside the down in price, which is normal for me, that may ruin bitcoin future. So, I will keep supporting it and wait for some period of time to catch the opportunity that may occur. I still believe that there will be good things with crypto currency someday.
1078  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fiat or crypto betting in bear market? on: November 26, 2018, 12:42:56 PM
In the bear market, if we use crypto as our main tool to gamble then our concentration will be splitted. We can't focus on our games while our mind are always on the market, afraid of further dip. So, fiat could be the good alternative in this such down trend.
1079  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The consequences of gambling on: November 26, 2018, 07:44:00 AM
I knew a lot of people that as soon as they got their monthly wage, they used to go to the casino, no more than 1 hour after that.

And they used to pass the night in there, gambling all the money that they got from their salary.

This is sad, but this is true

That's a very sad story. What is on their mind when they do things like that. Risking all salaries just to gamble means they ignore their responsibilities in their lives. People must have families that are entitled to a share of salary and, how will they meet their own needs for the next month if they lose all their salaries? Very unfortunate, gambling can make people forget everything.
1080  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Make money with martingale applied to dice game ? on: November 26, 2018, 05:35:20 AM
This strategy will not work most of the time, a 20-25 loss betting is still keep you getting loose ad it is very risky to applied this method since most online dice casino has limitation on betting. Huge bankroll does not guarantee to have profit of this strategy.

Yes, unless that person has a big luck in the dice game. I am sure that in every gambling game, we can win the game if we have the best luck and I think we don't have to use any strategy to win the game because of we have a luck inside us. But maybe that person can win the game and I hope that he has a luck too. For me, to play the dice game, I don't need any strategy to win because my chance to win is not too big and I think I only get lost so it's better to enjoy the game only.

Luck won't come everytime. So even though a person has the luck while playing dice but if he is greed enough, don't want to stop while ahead, for sure the bad luck can occur and ruinned his balance. Luck itself won't help. The ability to control emotions/greed must be there as complementary.
