Once again, an unarguable smart, intelligent, and agile mind, flawed by having the social qualities of an amoeba. Cant have it all, i guess.

Pretty sure you've made a big mistake in daily BTC outcome of both 6T and 44T. Should be around 27 and 198 respectively.

Would you mind showing your work? I'd like to see where I went wrong, if I did-

Current net hash rate is around 800T, and there's 3600 BTC a day. 4T is 0.5% of the total hash rate, thus 3600 * 0.005 = 18. So 6T is 27.

1T will mine you 5.78btc today...... http://www.bitcoinx.com/profit/

Creativex can give you real world payouts as he pays daily divs.

Absolutely blows my mind, how after months of of trying to achieve THE deal, still, there is no engagement from Ken or the board. Why are you guys not championing this?

Is it going to be the case, the next time Ken is going to engage with the people who gave him alot of funds, is when Ken wants/needs alot more funds? Hows that going to go down, do you think?

Baffling  Huh

This is a tricky one.

I too am wondering the same thing.  I think it through and conclude;

I need to trust that the important work IS being done.  A PR release and active advertising is just around the corner.  The existence of an internet forum makes my expectation for a constant flow of official information unreasonable.  I am insecure about my investment and I need reassurance that I've made the right desicion.

All that said, there is something to be said in maintaining the momentum following the VERY recent eASIC press release.

A fair and reasonable thought pattern, less the unreasonable expectation for constant news flow, as for some of the silent majority, its the journey, and for them, they have no possible sense of any hurdles, achievements, and challenges Ken/ActM face/are facing, cos no one is communicating it.

Just trying to work out, how 3 months ago i held +10X what i do today, and how is it correct, that i got filled @ 0.0028 (BF) last night? Just seems so far removed from a company who has just sealed an important deal.

I hope that this doesn't get buried. Hopefully a board member will catch this and bring this up to the mothership.

I would like to see some VMC employees going to various bitcoin conferences for marketing/networking. That's what all the other big mining guys do. I've heard conference interviews on the awesome podcast 'Let's talk bitcoin' from BFL and a few others. Additionally, conference or not, it would be fantastic if we could get an interview with 'Let's talk bitcoin' or 'coinsider this'.

Here's upcoming events, maybe we can at least stick to the US ones.

http://bitcoin.org/en/events

2013-09-27 - The European Bitcoin convention - Amsterdam, Netherlands
2013-10-05 - Crypto-currency conference - Atlanta, United States
2013-10-22 - Bitcoin Konferenz 2013 - Cologne, Germany
2013-11-01 - Bitcoin 2013: unSYSTEM - Vienna, Austria
2013-11-30 - BitcoinExpo 2013 - London, United Kingdom
2013-12-10 - Inside Bitcoins - Las Vegas, United States

Keep it fresh. The holders will see some good days in the coming months. Something that I thought looked good, compared to the rest of the US, Missouri has relatively competitive electricity rates. http://www.marketplace.org/topics/sustainability/maps-electricity Maybe we could get a few wind turbines or solar panels? haha

Anybody here booked for the Amsterdam Convention?

For those who are a bit slow on the uptake, think of how ActM's price just shot up to 0.006x BTC in minutes just from confirmation that there would be no new hashing power till half way through November. Now, think about how LC's price is going to increase when then actually start mining and paying divs in a couple of days. It should be obvious the price is going to smash 0.01 BTC and it's going to do so in a matter of minutes. This will cause big selloffs in ActM as people switch to LC, like we just saw with people selling LC to buy ActM.

and then think about, come mid-november, which ActM blasts LC out of the pond with hashing power, whats going to happen to respective share prices. Sorry buddy, I'm in for the long haul.

Which is when you sell LC and buy ActM. See how much more profitable it can be when you invest your BTC and not your emotions?

Mabs. Why not start your own trading thread?

"We want to mention that we have received interview requests from several well know parties, CNN and Bloomberg being the most prominent  and late progress with our 65nm design lead us to believe we will deploy 200-300 TH within 2013."

The press contact stands out as something big, if true and carried-out/broadcast. Im interpreting the (early?) deployment, as a confident positive change of status/progress.

Seems genuine, but needs some meaningful evidence.

...As you have PM'ed me multiple times telling me to shut up I'll do so. It's all yours now. See how you get on. I don't know what the feck you are going to talk about, but hey maybe another week of silence will do wonders for the share price. Be seeing you.

Plz don't go.  I have a pitcha of Ken's secrit batcave!

Edit:  I have a quest for you:  Find Ken!

Didnt we have the pleasure of Minor Miner back in the AMC days, for finding Ken? Looks like we need him again.

Is anybody else thinking, that a certain individual is off the scale, as far as narcissism goes?

Just a  Wink would do.

Frankly it's astonishing to see such a high number of trolls and fudsters.
If, as they suggest, this ship is going down then why are they present in such numbers?
They aren't populating other threads in this way which leads us to one conclusion.

ActM and it's prospects are to be taken seriously.

Not astonishing considering they are the best fed trolls and fudsters, ever. Have to question the definition of WHO is a troll, reading this thread.

This week there should be a dividend payment - is it usually on monday or when?

Should be reporting today or tomorrow.
2018  Economy / Securities / Re: ActiveMining Overview and Speculation Thread on: September 02, 2013, 09:35:01 AM

Price is up, maybe there is a coming good news and insiders are buying taking advantage of the low price

The buy action over the last 7 days suggests someone/s was accumulating, on the slow decline.

Im convinced Ken or a board member will break cover with at least a morsal of meaty news, but ive just got a feeling its going to be the kind that raises more questions, and/or deviates from the original plan. Just my speculation.
2019  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 01, 2013, 03:25:46 PM
Looks like ActM is about to go below 0.003 BTC while Labcoin is about to go above 0.004 BTC. If you can't see the writing on the wall by now, you need an eye test.

I'm forever blowing bubbles,
Pretty bubbles in the air
They fly so high, nearly reach the sky
And like my dreams they fade and die

Fortune's always hiding,
I've looked everywhere
I'm forever blowing bubbles,
Pretty bubbles in the air.
